Elite were always responsive and helpful. I did not call Elite first and found out first hand not everybody answers the phone every time or even cares to help you out. Ryan almost brought my antique hot water heater back to life, but when it finally kicked the bucket he spent the next 24+ hours making sure the replacement was received, installed, and ready to go. He also went above and beyond cleaning up and topping off my water treatment system. We even talked options for when my other dinosaur of a tankless water heater needs replacement. I will only call Elite next time.

Patrick and Mykai are true professionals. Both of these gentlemen were friendly, courteous, trustworthy, professional, on time and reliable. They crawled around under my 100-year old house replacing that hodgepodge of copper, pex, charlotte pipe, and shark bites with this technology known as Uponor. It's reportedly better able to handle the freezing temps, especially when it's insulated. The job took about 3-days and everything looks neat and tidy underneath. I am very pleased to have experienced and known these gentlemen.

Company owner came out the same day for a free estimate and started the work the next day. Replaced two hose bibs which turned out to be more complicated than anticipated due to the way the builder had installed them and also replaced a leaking pipe in our bathroom. All three jobs were completed neatly and with high quality materials. We are very pleased with the work.

We had a slow filling toilet issue that we thought we could fix ourselves, but it turned into a leaking toilet issue at 11pm on a Friday night.  We found The Plumbing Dr on yelp.  They sent someone fairly quickly given that it was so late on a Friday night.  The plumber asked us a few questions and immediately knew what was wrong.  He quickly fixed the problem and explained to us what he was doing in the process.  We highly recommend these guys.   Friendly. I had a problem with a leaky valve and called Mallick. I set up an appointment time and asked for a ballpark estimate for the replacement of the valve. My call was then routed to Mike Mallick who explained to me how to fix the leak myself, saving me at least $450. The character and honesty shown to me by Mr. Mallick really impressed me. I would and will fully recommend Mallick for any plumbing or heating job just based on the experience I had with Mr. Mallick.
