I first wrote to this company through the yelp app and was contacted promptly the next morning to set up an appointment.  The office staff were very cordial and helpful when I called back to have a dishwasher installation put on the work order ticket.  The plumber who came out on the other hand was a different story.  He first called audibly annoyed with parking at my building and again with having to be buzzed in at the correct door.  He came in grumbly and dismissive.  He said that one task was impossible without taking the wall apart, which I did not have a problem with.  He then put together an estimate for changing a valve and installing a dishwasher that was OUTRAGEOUS.  The cost of installing the dishwasher was 3x the other estimates and more than the dishwasher cost. When I called to check in with my landlord about the price, he called the office and came back to say that he couldn't fix the valve.  Not being able to do the work was not his fault, but his attitude was obnoxious.  We stood awkwardly while I paid the fee for coming out and he left without a word.  Between the estimate and this plumber, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used this company for years and then got distracted and started using another vendor. I called this week for a repair and I don't know why I ever left. Liam was my plumber and he came out and fixed some issues I was having with frozen spigots outside my house. He was very thorough, did an excellent job explaining the problems and my options, and gave me advice on how I could prevent this from occurring in the future. I had other work being done on my home the same day and he needed to share space and my attention with these other workers. Even though this was undoubtedly a hassle for him, he was patient and good-natured throughout the entire visit. I was very satisfied with their service and I'll definitely resume my relationship with them. They're not always the cheapest, but they are excellent service providers, which is what counts the most.

Jacob made a service call to my home for shower faucet repairs. As he was inspecting his work he noted that the water pressure was too high. He came back to replace the pressure reducing valve. He did a great job. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism. While he was here he identified another bad faucet and was able to repair it on the same call.
