Requested help with high voltage line for electric clothes dryer. The main office was very responsive and communicated schedule changes quickly. Carlos was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue as well as giving me some recommendations for work which could be addressed later.

Tony, Matt , and Trish have been our sprinkler system service provider for many years now. After years of indifferent, and even some shady and unprofessional providers they have been an asset to have. Today Tony responded immediately to fix a broken cap and prevented a potential disaster for us. Not only that but he decided it was too minor to charge us for an unscheduled visit!
Over the years Tony, Matt and their team have done elaborate projects in our garden as we evolved and kept changing our landscape. Their work is meticulous, done with utmost care to details, and always in a professional yet friendly manner.
In the field of landscaping and irrigation it is hard to find such level of service. These guys are a real asset to have - the name they picked couldn't be more fitting to what you get!!!

I was very pleased with my experience with the heating/ac techs, and have used them several times for various issues.  The first time they saved me more than 5000 when another company tried to tell me I needed a whole new heating and cooling system when really all I needed was a clog to be removed from the condensation pipe.  Therefore I thought I was dealing with a great and honest company.  

The plumbing experience, however has made me rethink ever calling them again.  The biggest variable of how you will feel about your service is the technician you deal with.  Troy was unprofessional and told me how difficult the job was and how much he hates doing it (it was a leaky faucet) because he would have to take the sink off of the wall. Isn't that why you hire a plumber? Didn't instill a whole lot of confidence. Long story short, I should have trusted my instinct and hired another plumber that doesn't mind doing what he was hired to do.

If your looking for AC help, they're great. If you need a plumber, find some one else.

Did an awesome job in my home!! The worker hung my tvs FAST and effectively, as well as fixed a few other problems around the house. Prices were reasonable!! Work EXCEPTIONAL!! Will definitely use them again and recommend to ALL!!!

This is the worst company ever. They are a complete rip off and try to tie up their customers. I was told that to come out and trouble-shoot was going to cost me $69. Then the technician comes out and tells me that it is going to cost me $230 for him to trouble-shoot. The company never disclosed that there was a different cost to trouble-shoot. So I would pay $69 to have someone come out and look at my face. Absolute scam!!!!. Then the manager/ supervisor Terrel had that nerve to say I was shouting and didn't want to talk to me. The technician was great and understanding. Please ask all your questions before committing to this company. They are very bad, don't be fooled with their commercials, All lies!!!!!!!!
