Best Faucet Repair in Virginia Beach VA

I had a leaking showerhead and I gave this company a call. Mr. Stokes was able to come out within 3 hours to diagnose and repair my problem.
He was very polite and worked very quickly to repair the leak.
He offers payments through Square, with a 3% service charge.
The only reservation I had was that I did not receive a written detailed payment invoice but he assured me that i would receive it via email, so stand by for an update.
**NO MORE LEAKING**

So, the replacement valve was faulty and Mr. Stokes came out the very next day and fixed it. A+ service!!

On Saturday, I  had a leak in the kitchen from the ceiling.  I tried to find the leak myself but couldn't find it.   I tried 2 other companies who were absolutely no help.  One company stated, well since it's just dripping and not a big job to make it worth my time, we aren't coming out.  I called Drain Wizard and spoke with Alyssa and explained my situation, she said if it's your problem it's our problem.  Because it was after standard operating hours she said she would call the on-call technician.  The on-call tech called within 15 mins.  I explained what I saw and then further explained that all of a sudden it stopped dripping.  He said I'll come out as a courtesy and see what's going on.  He quickly came out and assessed the situation.  They looked everywhere and explained pricing and let me know what fits best for my budget.  Because it stopped leaking I forgot to call back to schedule an appointment but did receive a call from Alyssa the following week.  She wasn't pushy, just wanted to know if I still needed plumbing assistance.  I explained the situation and she said she would call the technician and let me know what their overall assessment was. (I asked for the advice) Adam, the technician, called and explained what he planned to do. He found the leak within mins, quoted me for the part and labour, fixed the leaks, and cleaned up any mess he made.  He was in and out in less than 1 hour.  He was professional, clean, respectful, and kind.  I hope to not have a leak again but if I do, Drain Wizard will be the first place I call!

This place is great. I was working on a difficult plumbing project, got stumped, and Lowes was no help with PVC parts. I walk in, get immediate service, immediate instructions, and the parts required at better prices then the big chain hardware stores. A plumbing supply business owned & operated by plumbers. I needed a couple parts they didn't have in stock, and they gave me all the info on another business so I could finish my project. Recommended!

Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Neil and his team were prompt, courteous, good at communication, and delivered on time. I will definitely use them again.

They did a great job - came when they said they would - solved the problem and figured out what caused the problem and even gave a small discount.

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

Mine is just an observation, of professionalism and what I perceived as genuine concern and pride in a job well done.
The team work of the persons at the site and the patience of the guy leading to explain their progress and the vision of the task at hand... I found to be impressive.

Service was appropriate, arrived on schedule ---at the end customer did not get any info regarding the $25 coupon which was at the web site.Very poor customer service by Candice at the  office .

POOR SCHEDULING AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Do yourself a favor and find another company. On MLK day we had American Mechanical come out and provide us with an estimate to install a wall outlet in our garage. We agreed on a time and date for later that week and I paid half the cost by check. Today (Friday), I have waited for this contractor all day and no one has showed up. I even received a text message saying the technician was on his way to my home. That was at 930. After a call to the company, I was told they had an issue with another job they were working on. At 430 I received a call from the dispatcher saying that they would get to me SOMETIME today. American Mechanical did not waste anytime cashing the check I provided them. The work wasn't even done yet and they had their money. I lost 8 hours pay due to poor scheduling and work prioritization. You would think that I would at least get a phone call the next week with an apology for wasting my time and causing me to lose a full days pay. Nope. Nothing! Useless company! Do yourself a favor and take your time and money elsewhere!!

After walking around Home Depot without any help, we tried this location. Service was immediate and the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. Recommended as a one stop shop.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! Very unprofessional. Called and schedule an estimate for Saturday. Plumber was 15 minutes late and didn't even complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he said we needed to find someone else and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time.

Excellent plumbing company! I have used this company several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. They work until it's perfect!

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
