Jason's an awesome guy and offers a fair price. Had him come and diagnose a leak in my house. Come to find out it was an HVAC issues. But he explained everything to me clearly so I was able to understand what was going on and also recommended an HVAC guy who came and resolved the issues. Jason was responsive and communicated with my the time he was available. Will definitely be contacting him again it I have any other issues.

Neil and his team were prompt, courteous, good at communication, and delivered on time. I will definitely use them again.

The technician, Brad, was punctual and proficient. He was detail oriented and good at his craft. A great experience overall.

The communication with Performance Plumbing at the beginning was rough to say the least and left a sour taste... HOWEVER, after talking with Mike, we were able to work things out and get them over to provide us an estimate ASAP (and at our convenience)!

He was extremely professional, nice, and apologetic for how things were initially handled. He provided a very thorough, top notch estimate and you could tell he's had tremendous experience in the industry! We received an estimate less than a day later (probably close to 12 hours after he visited the house).

If you're looking for a plumber in the area Mike and Performance Plumbing are extremely promising and a company I would definitely consider in the future! Thank you again!!!

I liked the service guy, Keith and Melissa in the office were nice too however there was confusion over when I was to be seen and what phone numbers they were calling. I was not sure how they had miscommunicated  this info with our warranty company.

The other odd thing is our warranty co. said the fee is $50 but A1 charged us $134 just come and see if there was a leak. Of course it is a Sat. but no one said it would be an extra charge. Is this the normal rate? if so, I am in the wrong business.

Extremely happy with AM!  When we realized neither of our HVAC units were working in 95 degree weather, we were frantic to get them replaced quickly. We got 3 quotes for 2 new systems from 3 different providers, including one we've used faithfully for 13 years.  

AM was easily the best quote, had the best financing, and got out here super fast.  On top of that, the job they did was impeccable.   Dave, Ryan, and John did an awesome job getting the units installed and running smoothly for us in record time.  I've never been so happy with a contractor as we were with these guys.  We'll be calling them for all our winter work as well!

Do not call these people unless you want to be frustrated!  They are so unprofessional including the female who answers the phone.  I see another reviewer said they called at the end of the day stating they would be there until Monday on Friday.  At least they called.  I didn't get a call.  No phone call at all.  These people are under contract with my home warranty company.  First they scheduled me outside the turnaround time under the contract which requires 48 hour turnaround.  Next they didn't show or call after waiting from 12-4pm.  I called at 3:50 and nasty Donna who answers the phone said I was next and they were coming.  She was very disrespectful earlier this week.  Well it's almost 8pm no Ellsworth and no answer.  If they don't care about a contract which brings them lots of work, they won't care about someone who is not under contract.

Once again your company came to my rescue! My brother was scheduled to help me winterize but he got sent to OK. My hubby is in the hospital in FL so I called your office. Sarah explained all the details and gave me a quote. JOE arrived at the house Sunday, called me and did the work. I know I can always count on your company to be there when needed! I normally don't review, well never review but I was extremely unhappy with my experience with this company. I own rentals in the NN area and have utilized the service before without any issues. I called for a leaking sink-but this time the service tech replaced the garbage disposal without my authorization. ($250 total) When I called to tell them I didn't authorize the repair they told me that it would cost an additional $125 for them to come and remove the unauthorized replacement. I wasn't looking to be relieved of my entire bill, I understand services were rendered. A little consideration would've been nice and a response to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Rental property owners beware, they don't call for authorizations. 2 stars only bc everything is fixed and working. Customer service really needs fixing.

Very unprofessional. Called and schedule an estimate for Saturday. Plumber was 15 minutes late and didn't even complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he said we needed to find someone else and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time.

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
