Best Cleaning System Repair in Tulsa OK
Great company! We have a lot of experience with plumbers (due to our rentals). They came out to our House to address several issues and took care of things ASAP (if you have to deal with the city, they will help with that). Good quality work, nice people, and reasonable pricing. Speaking from experience, don't go for the cheapest company. Cheaper is not always the best quality work. These guys did a great job and it really was not bad on cost.

I recently needed a plumber and decided to give Wooten a call. I was all things impressed and satisfied with the quality of the work. My technician was Devin, he was considerate and knowledgeable. He was kind, courteous, and left the job site better than it was when it arrived. That is the marking of excellence. I highly recommend Devin and Wooten Knockout.

Don't really know what to say. This is horrible company. They messed everything up. They hired most of employees don't know how to do plumbing . Sad now my business like a big mess

The tech did good plumbing work, but I felt he was trying to spend as much time here as possible. He was here for 3 hours, and I believe he could have finished in less time.

During the recent wind storm in Tulsa, our electrical system was ripped from the outside wall. Airco said they would be out two days later. When they got there the worker stated we needed a new meter and those were in short supply. He was ordering it for us, and instructed us to call every day to check on the order. 3 days later I was told that it was in and Management would call to schedule installation. I cried when I heard that because we (and most of Tulsa) had been without electricity for almost a week by that point. I waited all day (Friday) and got no call. I called back at 4 and was told that they were on the phone with another customer and would call me right back, which they didn't. The next morning I called back and was told that it would probably be the next Wednesday due to the 7/4 holiday. I said I was just waiting on a call from mgmt to install it and was told that Management doesn't work on the weekends. GRRRR Then my neighbor told me that PSO gives out FOR FREE meters when there is a natural disaster like what we had. Airco was going to charge us $600 for it! NEVER will I call Airco again. We were without electricity for 11 days and STILL no call from Airco to follow up.

Paid them for the job and said they would be back tomorrow to finish. Did not show up. Won't return calls. They did call back 2 days later and finished the job 2 days later.

James and the crew did a great job of replacing our electric panels. They performed a lot of troubleshooting during this time, brought up other issues in the house, and were able to fix them with no problems. Excellent job

They came on time did the work explained what he was doing and problems I may have later and the prices where reasonable compared to the other plumbing companies. The tech was friendly and I would use them again. And would recommend to others.

Called Duvall on a Sunday expecting that I would have to wait until Monday. Hunter called right back and was at my house in just a few minutes. Hunter fixed the issue quickly and the cost was what you might expect for a regular week day call. Highly recommended!

We bought a new HVAC unit from them and had them installed. It was not cheap. After many errors and an unreasonable amount of time they got it done. They gave us two years of maintenance to make up for their terrible quality of work. At today's service appointment the tech came out to service our perfectly fine working air conditioner, caught his tool on fire, fried the circuit board, then tells us they can't fix it today. We will have to go without until their part comes in. Highly incompetent, unqualified technicians.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would've had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn't make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

They came out and pumped part of the tank. It had water in it when he left about 2 ft from the lid. He told me that the lateral lines were stopped up so it backed into the septic tank. He had other customers that he had to go to. I did 2 loads of washing and it was overflowing already. He never told us we had a distribution box that needed cleaned out also. We took the lid off it and it was full. I would never recommend him to anyone. I would assume since I am a woman he did not think I would no anything and he could take advantage of me. I left a check with my son and told him to give it to him when he was done. My mistake because my son is 14 and I failed to tell him to check the mans work. He told me right after he gave the man the check that there was still water in the tank that it was not pumped out all the way. Rick said it is not his fault that we have a small tank. I say it is his fault that if he is standing there and there is stuff running back in the tank he should not put the lid on it until he has it pumped out. He is there with a paying customer his others ones can wait until he finishes mine. $275.00 down the drain. No pun attended. Please do not go by the BBB not having bad reviews. Ask around for a good person. This one does a bad job.
