I had DavCo come to my home when I had AC problem.
I figured I was going to have to replace my central AC unit. It started making a noise then stoped working.
One of the DavCo service members was at my home within two hours. I feel certain that response time depends on the number of calls they respond to. Sometimes it may be quicker. Sometimes it may take a little longer to take care of customers. I felt two hours was a good response time. Some of the other companies told me it would take two days before they would address my problem
When the service man told me that my problem was a fan motor and nothing worse I felt relieved. It did not cost me a fortune, only a fan motor. They could have told me that the entire unit had to be replaced. And I would not have known the difference.

The tech did good plumbing work, but I felt he was trying to spend as much time here as possible. He was here for 3 hours, and I believe he could have finished in less time.

Wanted to say what a great company this is. I have used them a few times now for various things. My AC went on a 98 degree day. They had someone out to look at that very day. The next day there service techs (Chris & Jake) replaced my AC system. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommended DavCo

WONDERFUL service. We have two Trane units, both of which DaVco installed a few years ago. We had DaVco out today for routine check ups on both units. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough and detail oriented. He efficiently checked both units. We will continue to be extremely happy and loyal DaVco customers.

Buyer beware!!!! Charged me $900 to repair a leak under my kitchen. Told me there was more cast iron under there but not leaking. Said they wanted $2500 to replace remaining cast iron. Told them I would hold off on the other cast iron pipes. Leak never stopped after Davco repaired!!! When I sent an honest plumber under there he said it was leaking less than 4 feet from the repair that was done. He repaired the leak for 1/3 the quote Davco gave me, with no problems since.
