We have called Dale and Lee at four times since 2016 regarding our unit. It finally went out and we called them yesterday. The employee came out for all of a few minutes to tell us what we already knew: it wasn't working before telling us we would need a new unit ($2000). He then said he would call first thing today to discuss new units. Before leaving, he said we owed him $130 for the service of coming out for a few minutes and doing nothing.
What?
I completely understand it was a Sunday, but it leaves a bad taste in one's mouth to be nickeled and dimed for the three minutes of time at a whopping $130 that consisted of no work. Of course, eager to sell something, they call the next day literally first thing. I ask for my money back and they tell me they will refund the $130 fee the charged to do nothing if I buy a brand new unit for them. We were loyal customers over several years, of course we were going to buy the new unit from you. But to be a repeat customer and have that $130 held hostage on the condition that it will be written off only if I make you more money by investing in your company for an expensive new unit is bad business and not how you treat loyal customers.
I posted a complaint to Facebook and these guys retaliated by posting their GPS records listed on a company record to my address online, identifying where I live. I asked them to take it down and they refused. Disgusting and unprofessional. If you called into their store and asked to see their GPS logs for work they just did at a random customer's home do you think they would disclose that? Of course they wouldn't. But when a loyal customer writes a a bad review, they retaliate and disclose identifying private records to the world. What kind of business does that? I asked the owner, Brent DeBoer, to remove my private information over the telephone and he said only if I remove my bad review first, using the same flawed logic as requiring someone to buy an expensive unit before they'll refund you a cost they know to be bogus (or else they wouldn't offer to refund it at all if it is truly honest work)
I would suggest taking a close look at other recent bad reviews here on Yelp and on Google and Facebook before calling this place.
Unprofessional.

So disappointed. I had used this company at another residence and thought they were fairly honest and reasonably priced for their services. I purchased the HVAC maintenance package for over $400 and had furnaces serviced at the end of November. Had problems right off with furnaces not blowing heat. Discovered on one unit the technician had turned off the heat at my programmable thermostat when he changed the filter but apparently forgot to turn it back on - no big deal, I found the problem and changed the setting back to run the program. On the other furnace, the programmable thermostat heat setting had also been left off but even after I put it back to the correct settings, the furnace would come on but would not blow hot air. Took off panel to furnace unit and saw that the Tech has left the gas valve switch in the off position - I switched it back on and this fixed the problem. Then this week that same furnace again would not blow hot air (burners not igniting). This time called for service. Ended up having a bad igniter. Quoted almost $300 to replace. I told Tech this price seemed excess for the part which literally was basically a small metal rod easily replaced with one screw. He said that was just off top of his head and that he needed to check the price. While he went to his truck to check on price. I looked up the price for a Trane burner igniter and found an average price of $20. Even with 100% price mark up and maybe around $100 for labor (even though ridiculously easy to change out, the company does need to make money), I figured he would come back telling me it was more like $150 especially with my 20% discount for having a service maintenance agreement. Nope - almost $300. I declined to pay such a crazy price and went to Tulsa Appliance, purchased the part for $25, installed in in 2 seconds. I would have paid a reasonable price of around $150 for this repair, $300 is simply taking advantage. Disappointed.

Professional, courteous, and a good communicator. Appears to know his trade. Coming back to finish the job.

Installed a furnace and ac air handler, and replaced the condensate drain line. The PVC pipe they installed for the condensate drain started leaking at the fittings and they refused to fix their poor workmanship. Would not recommend.

Advantage Plumbing came late, didn't give me a quote, and then overcharged me big time. 3 times what I think I owe them. I had asked their hourly rate prior to coming. Called and asked the owner or manager to call me back 3 times and the coward never called me back. I had planned to consider them for a bigger project. No way in hell. He's a coward and a crook in my opinion.

He charged a block of 10 hours for $250 but worked only 4 hours and quit. Promised to refund the 6 hours left at $150 but then never refund me the money.
