We reached Logan thru our neighborhood site and
he responded quickly. He was such a polite young man. He was on time(actually he was a little early) and got right to work. He had to leave to get a sealant he didn't have and when it took him longer than he thought, he texted me to let me know. Logan did a very good job and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would highly recommend him.

I've called on Hampton's Plumbing twice in the last 4-5 years and both experiences were outstanding. The first call was for a garbage disposal which quit working. Another local plumbing company came out and told me that we needed a new garbage disposal (very expensive) so I decided to get a second opinion (and am I ever glad I did!). I called Hampton's who came out (in their big truck), and in less than 5 minutes, unscrewed the wall switch plate and discovered it was simply a loose wire. I offered to pay for the service call but we weren't charged anything! The next time I called was for a malfunctioning toilet. He promptly came out and not only fixed the toilet quickly but also replaced a washer in the leaky shower. Again we weren't charged for this even though I called twice in inquire about the bill and was told that I would get a bill only if he thought it was worth charging for. I meant to post this review much sooner than this, but if you're looking for a quality plumber, I don't think you could find a better one. He also rates A+ from Better Business Bureau.

American Leak Detection customer service is really poor. I am a property manager, so I deal with service providers routinely. With ALD I was treated rudely from start to finish; apparently it is unacceptable to ask a question about about a bill.
They quoted one rate billed another. When I asked for an itemized invoice I was told, we don't bill, we get paid. After paying them, I had to go to their office to get a copy of the report and the invoice. The manager came into the lobby and told me, oh no, we are not talking to you. When, after being required to demonstrate that, via a receipt, I had paid them, they finally produced an invoice and a report.
The invoice had a billing rate 20% higher than quoted. When I brought it to their attention, they said they charged more because they decided to send two techs instead of one...in their world they make those decisions for you, don't inform you, expect you to accept it and like it as well.
Only, after another discussion did they agreed to bill me the quoted rate.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was out of town when I got a call that our toilet and bath tub were clogged. Called Rusty and was told a price that seemed reasonable since it was almost 5pm in Tulsa. The Tech came out and took a look and called telling me I didn't have a clean out and wanted to put one in, that would be $2,500, or he would have to remove the toilet completely to fix but would be more than the quoted price, we went with the later. He came back the next day and fixed the clogged toilet but didn't even look at the tub. When we returned to town I called Rusty back letting him know the tech never fixed tub and it was still not draining and let him know that we did in fact have a clean out, his tech just didn't look (we were able to google clean out locations and found it the first try). He said he would have to charge us again for someone to come take a look at it which was ridiculous since he was supposed to fix it when he did the toilet which I had already paid for. Well we got it worked out and he would have a tech come by. When the tech, Jason, called he was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do short of taking apart my shower/tub completely or pouring an acid solution down the drain. He said that he was never told about the tub and the reason it is backed up was due to the toilet being clogged and in his 20+ years being a plumber it always happens, yet he didn't do anything to fix it at the time or address that issue during the initial visit why I don't know. After a pretty heated discussion where he berated, yelled, and told me I'm married I know how you women are just going round and round in circles not going anywhere he finally agreed to come and fix the tub which I let him know I would not pay for since I had already paid extra to have the toilet pulled when it didn't need to be.
The technician is very rude and unprofessional. I've heard of plumbers crack but have never witnessed where the technicians pants are sagged so low they are literally under his bottom. I will NEVER use this company again.
