Would highly recommend their services. Not only did they take care of a serious plumbing issue for us, they were kind, helpful, friendly and responsive. The guys ended up having so much work to do on our old pipes that the toilet had to be completely uninstalled. Because they had to charge us for that they agreed to reinstall a new toilet at no cost if we purchased one. I was amazed they were willing to do this since such a high level of customer service is so rare. Chris Andrade was a godsend and I will highly recommend Fusion to friends and family. Absolutely will go back for any plumbing needs.

I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :(  fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite,  clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. Brandon and Adam came to our house to fix a slow drain sink and address a thumping sound when I start my washer. They quickly solved the problem and reassured my concerns! In fact the owner called me back yesterday (Sunday) and scheduled the call for this morning! Another plumber that was referred to me had their techs working on commission and were scheduling 3-5 days out. IMO this was a red flag!!!! This  father/son team is efficient and most importantly skilled and ethical! It's difficult to find decent tradesman and I'm keeping Hester Plumbing in my contacts! Thank you Brandon and Adam!!!!

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

I needed a new gas line installed at my house (gas meter was being relocated due to a leak and I wanted a new line between the meter and the furnace since the location of the leak was unclear). Called around and several places were too busy (end of Jan -- I needed heat ASAP, so I couldn't wait a couple weeks for the work to get done), some places didn't want to deal with the hassle of doing a permit with the city and a couple places said they'd come out, check out the amount of work and then give me an estimate. You can see my other reviews for the 2 who promised to come out with an estimate and then didn't show.

I spoke with Bobbie Shenk around 9:30 am on a Friday. He went out to our house and called me with an estimate by 1 pm. I agreed to have him do the work late that afternoon (just before 5 pm) and he worked on the permit over the weekend and had the permit taken care of with the city by 10 am on Monday. His guys were at the house starting the work around 10:30 am. They finished before 2 pm. Bobbie had already set up the city inspection (to sign off on the permitted work) for the next morning (set that appointment up when he went in for the permit -- knowing it would be ready to inspect the following day). And, not surprisingly, the inspection went fine.

I can't say anything about the cost (high, low, average) -- because I couldn't get anyone else to show up to give me an estimate and I needed to get the work done. But, Bobbie was true to his word in every aspect. From doing the estimate, to having the final bill match the estimated cost, and doing the permitting and dealing with the city. It was the smoothest part of the whole meter relocation fun we did. And, of course, the work got done correctly. There was one little hiccup/misunderstanding but we took care of it -- but Bobbie had also offered to fix it (old pipe wasn't removed and we just capped it off instead of having him come back to deal with it).

Overall, happy with the work and, most of all, happy to find a plumber in Tucson able to do the work and follow-up on what they said they'd do.

As a note, we've never had plumbing work done. We only knew about Classic Plumbing from a business card that had been stuck to our fridge for the last decade. We think he might have done the pre-purchase home inspection when we bought the house -- but we're not sure!

Glad I chose Elite Rooter for plumbing issues.  Tech Brian H. was polite, helpful and figured out the plumbing issue quickly.  It was fixed and the bill was very fair.   Definitely use them again!

This plumber is a superstar! After putting off for weeks the repair of my badly leaking drip irrigation box, I finally put in a call to Anthony based not only on the many terrific reviews of his work that turned up in my search, but on his thoughtful, brainy replies to each of them.

I called the guy late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a callback in a few days. He called me that night, walked me thru the  process for estimate and repair, made an appointment for two days later, showed up bright and early and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Based on prior experience with lesser repair folks I expected maybe half of those things!

Visited store for information on water softener systems, received very little information or help. Store personnel very unfriendly.

Austin did a great job with our drain repair.  We ran into an issue with our camera inspection & Kevin did a great job as well with communication & solving the problem.  Would recommend their service as they were prompt and diligent with customer needs.

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
