Best Toilet Installation in Tucson AZ
Wow! I do not give 5 Stars but it seems this time I must break my record.
I had an Over/Under 3 ton unit that was fried from a lightning strike. I used Yelp to do the three company estimate thing so I had choices. Within an hour of posting what I wanted Daniel from Fusion came to my house! Fusion should be really happy knowing they have employees like Daniel.
Daniel is professional with a very friendly and easy demeanor. He just made me feel very comfortable, like a friend I had known for years. Daniel answered all my questions with great patience and provided an estimate that was actually less than I thought. I was so comfortable after speaking with Daniel that I canceled the other two companies for an estimate and went with Fusion! The very next day (today), Daniel arrived bright and early and had a well orchestrated team and a crane to remove the unit. By 3pm I had ice cold air and nice warm heat! Daniel took the time to answer and explain the install and how to work the new thermostat and then he was gone!
Like I said, Wow! Fusion should be proud of Daniel! If Daniel is any indication of the caliber of employees at this place, other companies should be very nervous!
Highly recommend, Fast Friendly and extremely competitive

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.
I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.
I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.
Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)
I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

I reached out to Daniel's Plumbing Tucson and he quickly responded to my service request. We were experiencing super low water pressure even after the city water provider said all was working correctly on their end. Daniel came out and within minutes found the issue, corrected it and had us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and reasonable rate too! I prefer to use a local small business and Daniel's Plumbing Tucson did not disappoint. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. Thank you Daniel!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Superb company. Reasonable rates, reliable service, prompt, and they stand behind their work. We've used them multiple times and they are excellent to work with.

Finding a plumber can be daunting. Luckily I was recommended to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing owned by Jake O 'Hara. My bathtub had leaked and I was not using it. Jake & Pedro arrived early. They were very polite & quickly resolved the problem.
I highly recommend them.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

Got an estimate... was shocked that this unlicensed guy charged WAY more than the big licensed plumbers in town... WAY more!! Avoid getting taken to the cleaners!

I called on a Sunday morning with a stopped up kitchen sink. They had someone over within two hours. Sean was professional, friendly, and got the job done. Prices were affordable as well. Very happy with the service.

Needed a new water softner. Called and a consultant came out. We agreed on a product and pricing. Within 48 hours I had a new system, simply Amazing in these days.
Two techs came out and in about 2.5 hours I had a new water softner. They also took the old one away.
Zeke, a trainee and Brett are a great team. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Courteous as well. It is a pleasure to work with Parker and Sons and their professional staff.
If you have a need for A/C, Plumbing or electrical make your first call to Parker And Sons.
Highly recommend!

This is specifically for Steve T
We called Tucson Plumbing and talked to Dori, the dispatcher. We told her that we had a clogged kitchen drain and a leak. She said she would get someone out to see us on Monday, since we called on a Friday. We asked if all the plumbers were employees and she said yes! She also said that all the plumbers were employed ten years or longer.
When the plumber showed up Monday, we found out that Dori did not accurately describe our problem on the work order, but he came expecting only a leak. We also found out that the truck that came out with the plumber, who was an independent contractor, was not fully equipped to handle a clog further than 50 feet from the kitchen sink. (our clog was past 50 feet. The longer snake was not on the truck due to the lack of equipment distributed to the contractors.
The plumber. Brian, was very exceptional, and was highly skilled. However, without the proper tools, he did his best,
After over three hours, Brian left with everything apparently working properly. An hour after he left, the Clog returned and was worse than when we started.
We called, and Brian was to return the next day. He snaked it again with no success. He needed a longer snake!
We immediately called the company and talked to Jasper, the supervisor over all the contracted plumbers. WITHIN THE COURSE OF TWO MINUTES, JASPER INSULTED MY WIFE, INSULTED ME, AND WAS SO RUDE, I ALMOST CAME THROUGH THE PHONE! Not only was he rude, but he lied to us blatantly throughout the phone conversation. This guy has no business being on the phone ever with a customer. He has 0 people skills!
We had to overlook Jasper's temper, bad manners, and rudeness with the hopes that they would return without charging us more than the $586 we already spent.
Brian returned the third time with the proper snake. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction.
We would highly recommend Brian, but were very dissatisfied with Jasper and the high prices charged by Tucson Plumbing.

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician. He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
