We just moved into our new space and noticed a leak coming from the shower faucet. We were promptly taken care of and Paul helped us fix everything. He was polite and quick about the process, no more leaks!:)

Tina is female plumber, hate to say it boys but she puts a lot of plumbers to shame. She does quality detailed work she's a great asset to the company. She has great customer service skills someone you can trust incredible ethics she fixes the issue doesn't try to upsell. I will continue to use Right on Plumbing exclusively because of Tina! If you want an honest quote and someone you can trust call Tina.

I had a serious issue with an old cast iron drain pipe in a bathroom wall. On The Way Plumbing was the first to respond to my requests for quote. They were the only plumber willing to give me a rough cost estimate right away, even over email with a few photos. Communication was excellent. The work was executed quickly and professionally. So once upon a time a few years back we had central heating and cooling put in by StrongBuilt LLC . First there was a gas leak from where they shut off the gas. Oppps they di dnot shut it off all the way. Yeah not safe and we had headaches from it. Then our roof leaked where they put a hole in for the return. They said they fixed it.  Then the thermostat stopped working, they came back and fixed it. Then the roof leaked again. they came back to fix it. Then the rooms still were not heating or cooling after they came twice, then the roof leaked again, this time they were rude and said what do you want us to do come stand on your roof with a hose. Then some sort of fuse broke and they had to replace it, they told us it was because they use cheap ones.  Okay so today, 1-17-23  the roof leaked the fourth time....and again for the 4th time they fixed it. My roof never ever leaked till the cut a hole in my roof. FOUR times...I need to tell you please be careful when choosing a heating and cooling company this has been a nightmare for 3 long years. Please choose wisely I do not recomend them for heating cooling or plumbing. Please share we must protect our community and make sure consumers do not have to live this nightmare.

Here is my story... I requested a maintenance in January 2022 that was covered under the 1 year plan I purchased. That appt was rescheduled due to the technician not being able to come out. The January appointment was pushed out to March, March came around and the day before I was contacted to reschedule AGAIN due to no available technician. The March appointment was moved to May. The technician showed up in May but would not move or ask for us to move the broken-down cardboard boxes and left without asking or providing the maintenance. Today we called because my AC went out and the house was at 85 degrees, I was told no one can come to run a diagnostic on the unit until Sunday. It is over 100 degrees during the day, I am home all day with 2 small children. I asked for hotel reimbursement and was denied that there was nothing they could do for us. I then asked to speak to a manager, and no one was available and the 24/7 emergency services that are on the radio and website are false. The customer service line is open 24/7 not the services. Come to find out the yearly plan that I paid for is now expired and the maintenance that was scheduled can be rescheduled at full price when I had the original appointment set within the 1-year window. Our unit was put in in June 2019. We will no longer be using these services and I will be contacting the BBB. This is unacceptable and I will be asking for reimbursement.
