Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Tucson AZ

We had been experiencing water heater issues, the water's temperature would only stay hot for about 4 minutes max!
When we got into contact with Paul, he was very responsive and professional, he came over that day to fix the water heater. After throughly examining the water heater, he clearly explained why we were experiencing the hot water shortage and promptly fixed  it. He also ran it through a few cycles to make sure the problem was resolved.

Anthony came by today and took care of our plumbing issues. I don't write reviews often but when someone really goes above and beyond how can you not? From the moment I opened the door I could tell that Anthony was a good guy.  He had his mask on already and maintained his distance respecting the COVID rules and figured out the solution very quickly. He was aware of his surrounding and took the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing could be damaged. When he was done he cleaned up the area cleaner than it was originally (rare). Aaron from Quality Plumbing Pros gets my highest recommendation. He was readily available to check on a leaking faucet during off hours and immediately identified both the problem and other areas of poor workmanship in my kitchen plumbing. He eventually replaced both of our sink faucets as well as our small water heater that had also recently given out. Aaron was friendly, polite, and unobtrusive and made sure to clean up after he was done. My only complaint would be that his pricing felt a little haphazard but I don't think it was unreasonable given the usual cost of plumbing. I will absolutely use quality plumbing pros for my next plumbing job.

The same Plumber came at 1am unannounced and was extremely hostile and rude he made the clog in my drain worse and demanded 350 dollars to unclog and using a camera for pipe mocking me over the price I paid with the f word my house is flooded and don't know that I will contact the bbb and let them know my experience

Thank you thank you strong built. I have several medical issues and installed a walk-in jetted tub 12 years ago. The fixtures had gone bad and it was taking 45 minutes to fill and I couldn't get enough hot water. They took the bad parts out but were unable to find replacements for them so we bought a new quality set of fixtures and they install them. I had a wonderful hot bath tonight that filled in only 15 minutes and I actually had to turn the hot down.

Recently had a water heater replaced. The technician did a good job. Later found out that Goettl charged twice the amount of other companies for the same unit and installation.  They are a total rip-off.
