Best Sink Repair in Tucson AZ

I had a wonderful experience with Eli and Express plumbing. I live in California but recently closed on a 4-plex investment property in Tucson and one of the units revealed a water heater that was on its last leg. Within the first two weeks of owning the property, a tenant submitted a maintenance request stating there was no hot water so I know we needed a replacement.

I initially went to Yelp and submitted a request a quote (RAQ) and was shocked to find many highly rated brands were either too busy or wanted to over charge me by $700-1000 for something I know is really simply to pull out and replace. They would claim it's higher because it's time and half given I needed this done asap and I had inquired right before the weekend.

I then went to Home Depot online and saw the water heater I wanted was around $450-550 and hit the Inquire about At Home Installation button which I eventually just called the number. I was connected to a larger plumbing firm that also said they could get it done asap (the next day) but also wanted to overcharge. Out of options, I just booked them to come the next day. Sadly, I realized their reviews were very poor after I booked them.

Fast forward to Saturday morning, Eli messaged me back from my Yelp RAQ and offered to do it that day or the next for far less (but also more in the range of what I thought was fair for a 40 gallon electric water heater replacement). I called him immediately to confirm and was able to cancel my original home depot plumbing contractor appt. Eli was very professional and communicated with my tenants on his arrival and the whole process. He ended up bringing a slightly taller water heater and even went to get a medium sized one that fit in there (my tenants said he was back in 20 minutes). He texted me photos right when he finished (attached)

I strongly believe doing great/fair business results in great karma and I think Eli has good karma coming his way. Would highly recommend him if you want someone that's fast, easy to work with and won't leave you with the feeling of being price gauged. Thank you Eli and team!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! I called out Tim Swanson for three plumbing issues at my residence.  He took care of my problems immediately.  In less than one hour all problems were fixed.  Very fast & efficient & the prices was right.  Thank you Tim, I will certainly recommend him as well as use his services again.

Fixed my pool riser for exact estimate. Understood what I wanted done and completed the task requested.  Very efficient , clean, on time, and is a perfect permanent repair!  Highly recommend.

We just moved into our new space and noticed a leak coming from the shower faucet. We were promptly taken care of and Paul helped us fix everything. He was polite and quick about the process, no more leaks!:)

Glad I chose Elite Rooter for plumbing issues.  Tech Brian H. was polite, helpful and figured out the plumbing issue quickly.  It was fixed and the bill was very fair.   Definitely use them again!

This past Wednesday our tankless hot water went out for the 4th time. In the past, Tucson Plumbing has been able to diagonose and repair our problems. The hot water heater was putting out a code 11 which indicates that the gas is not properly igniting. This past April Tucson Plumbing replaced the igniter switch. When they came out on Wednesday, the plumber/tech came out without a gadget called a manometer, a standard and critical tool used to analyize gas pressure. When the hot water heater company refused to work with him without the tool (duh, the unit runs on gas), the tech said that his boss would not let him come back till the end of week, walked off the job, and totally screwed us. The good news is that hours later Pioneer Plumbing got us up and running.
I do not recommend Tucson Plumbing. I will never use them again for anything.

A.S.G. plumbing enterprises fixed the tub faucet leak, replaced tub and shower fixtures and made sure everything worked correctly and that there were no leaks.  Competitive pricing.

The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves:  $592!!  They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each.  And charged $300 to install them and the faucet!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!

Call these guys before anyone else, Frank was awesome.  I made the mistake of calling another company first.  The answering service said someone would call me right back, an hour later that call never came so I called Rooter Ranger instead.  I was called right back and they were very quick to respond.  Frank the technician took the time to assess how my drains worked so that he could save me money by not having to pull the toilet up.  Most other plumbers would have just pulled it up and charged us the extra charges.  I will not hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again, great service, great quick response time and extremely friendly help.

For the many remodeling jobs in our home, we have called on the services of Best Way Plumbing.  Brothers Mike and Alan are expert at their craft, resulting in perfect end results in all of our plumbing jobs.  Both are an absolute pleasure to work with.  We will be calling on Best Way Plumbing's services again soon, as we continue our kitchen renovation.

Gabriel was very nice and knowledgeable.  He gave me several options which I loved because I felt the business wasn't just after my money. He was there to help! He deserves a raise. Merry Christmas!

Ron is a sham and crook in my opinion.  He will rip you off every chance he gets.
