Best Faucet Repair in Tucson AZ
We asked Fusion to come look at our broken water heater. They plumber who came out here was super nice and friendly, so I don't blame him, but the company quoted us at $2,999 to replace our water heater -- including parts & labor. Thankfully i sought other quotes--all of which were less than HALF of that cost, with the same water heater and same warranty! I ended up paying someone else just under $1,000 to get the exact same water heater installed. I am honestly just kind of confused as to how this company is charging so much for something that others are not.

I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :( fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite, clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

Brandon and Adam installed a dishwasher. They were polite, professional and thorough. I would use Hester Plumbing again.

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Finding a plumber can be daunting. Luckily I was recommended to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing owned by Jake O 'Hara. My bathtub had leaked and I was not using it. Jake & Pedro arrived early. They were very polite & quickly resolved the problem.
I highly recommend them.

Scope was to check BBQ grill gas hookup and ensure right line between gas line and grill was used. The plumber checked and found the solution with my help in providing the manual and determined he did not have the right parts. So he went to the hardware and got the part and installed the right line. The installation was a plug in play but it took about as long as I would have replaced it - expecting quicker for a plumber. In the end, I was charged for the hardware trip and longer than expected install - what started out as a $69 trip charge (which was basic) but it quickly added up for a $550 plumber job to replace 2 basic gas flex hoses! Very expensive for basic work in my opinion.

I called them because I thought I had a clogged sink , but my washer had also stopped working three months before - because of the plumbing which they found out was not properly installed 10 years ago. I had no P traps , so I was breathing sewer gases. Adam and Jason properly installed all the plumbing with in the kitchen and laundry rooms ; put 2 P traps in so I'm breathing fresh air now. I Also had to get the underground clay tile replaced with the 4 inch black pipe thanks to Giovanni for that also, which wasn't cheap but I know it's right and it'll last for my lifetime with a 25 years warranty. I have to thank Adam and Jason they are such hard workers, they worked on my house as if it was their own they wanted it to be right. However beware they have you sign on a phone , they are charging me $2500 for work they assessed, but it has not been completed because I said no, I can't afford anymore. I have repeatedly asked for this bill to be removed, and they have NOT done it yet

This plumber is a superstar! After putting off for weeks the repair of my badly leaking drip irrigation box, I finally put in a call to Anthony based not only on the many terrific reviews of his work that turned up in my search, but on his thoughtful, brainy replies to each of them.
I called the guy late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a callback in a few days. He called me that night, walked me thru the process for estimate and repair, made an appointment for two days later, showed up bright and early and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Based on prior experience with lesser repair folks I expected maybe half of those things!

Last July my husband just got out of the hospital from heart problems. So when our kitchen sink plugged up, he wasnt able to try to fix it himself. We heard Rooter Ranger ads all over the radio (dont hear them anymore), so we called them. They found so much wrong. Roots in the lines were said to be the problem. They quoted us $7289.00 to do a lot of work which I could never see being done. There was one guy with a shovel doing all the work for a day...and a little more digging the next day. Then a truck came to drain half of the septic tank. That was it. $7000. for one guy and a shovel to do all this work. I thought I would see a big machine of some kind with what they wanted to get this done. They talked like it was a big undertaking. Anyway, normally I would get more opinions but with my husband having heart problems, I just wanted it done. I kind of felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. No more Rooter Ranger..anyone but them. WAY OVERPRICED. They did knock it down to $6560. after my complaining. Still a lot of work for one man and a shovel!!!

Mike at Best Way Plumbing was recommended to me by my handyman who said one of his clients raved about Mike the Plumber. I have since used Mike for several small projects and found him to be both prompt, personable, and honest. His work is excellent and fairly priced. Most important, he guarantees his work for one year, no questions asked. If there was a rating of 6 stars above, that's what I would give him.

They cancelled their appointment twice - once an hour into three hour window and the second time the evening before. A month later and I still haven't gotten service.

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician. He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
