After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.
RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

On Friday night I accidentally plugged my kitchen sink up with about a pound of uncooked lentils. The next morning I called around and finally settled on Bryant Plumbing. Robert quoted me a price that was over 100 dollars less than the other two companies I had called. Additionally, he arrived at my house within the hour! Robert was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering every plumbing question my father and I had. Robert took the sink trap apart (very mindful of not making a mess) and thoroughly cleaned it. After assembling it back together he made sure everything drained properly and addressed a few other plumbing issues we had. Robert did a wonderful job and we were extremely happy with his work. I highly recommend him.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced. I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe. The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours. John was super friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Responsive with calls. Was able to get an appt quickly. Josh was friendly and professional. Great job with replacing some faucets and plumbing in master bath. Would absolutely call them again if I need work done.

They came to hook up our newly remodeled kitchen. Under the sink leaked first time I used it.
The plumber was to big to fit under the sink area. The problem was the garbage disposal. He hooked the front but the back side wasn't hooked. . After back side of the garbage disposal was hooked up correctly no more leaking on my new cabinets

Edit: Fusion reached out to me immediately and have resolved this issue for me so I am changing my review. I understand what happened and I am happy with the way the fixed things.
My shower water would not get hot. They came out and spent almost 3 hours, most of that time he was on the phone with 'the boss'. Was told they replaced the valve/cartridge and I needed a new trim kit and I owed $279. I looked it up online before they left and they said it was the right one so I ordered it. When they came back they wanted another $200 to install a trim kit but turns out the trim kit was wrong. So they gave me the 'old' cartridge to take into Lowes and get the right one.
Long story short after going to Home Depot, Lowes and a local plumbing supply turns out they did not replace the valve at all - so not sure what I paid for other than wasting my own time. Also the valve they gave me to compare is brand new and not the same as my old/existing valve. No wonder the trim kit didn't work.
I called the office to voice my concerns and they took a message. That was well over a week ago and no call. I would recommend using a different plumber.

I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :( fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite, clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

Our house is a plumbing nightmare--soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.
We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.
Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation--one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.
Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.
I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work--and they stand by it--with even better communication.

Brian was my point-of-contact for the toilet installation and valve install. He was professional and knowledgeable and said he would be sending his two sons to do the work. They were fantastic! The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently. I have had this house for fourteen years and now have a new plumbing company to depend on. Hester Plumbing is beyond wonderful. It's terrific to have a family-owned business that I can call for future plumbing needs. I already have a list of jobs that I'm going to schedule with them. They are amazing! Eileen McKinney

Our home warranty company wanted to send some sketchy installer to install a new built-in oven so we asked if we could find one on our own and if they would pay use and they said yes. So, my husband did some research and found MM installations--they have great reviews on Thumbtack, are accredited with the BBB who gave them an A+, and they have a contractor's license--so far, so good. Plus they don't repair appliances--they just install them, so they're an expert in this area.
The reviews and BBB were spot on. Roberto the owner was very responsive to texts and phone calls, and called us before he came. He and a helper expertly removed our old built-in oven (haul-away is part of the service) and put the new one in so well it looks like it was custom built for our kitchen! We were worried at first because our original oven was so so old and we thought the new one (which was a different brand) woudn't fit but Roberto knows how to do any work or tweaks needed to make the unit fit correctly. We're so pleased with the work and the professionalism and would use him again!

I've been going to Naughtons for over 20 years. As a property manager, I'm always needing something for our properties and Naughtons has been a life-saver many times. The employees are always ready and able to help and they are a go-to source for us. You can go to Naughtons and get useful advise or you can go to a big box and talk to a salesman/clerk. And I much prefer to buy from local merchants as opposed to indifferent nation-wide chains who send all their profits out of town. Thanks!

They left the small copper piping repair job @ my 85 year old Grandmother's home so much worse off than it was to begin with, or than it had to be in the worst case scenario. They, literally broke some PVC piping outside her home in the driveway while looking doe the leak, which was already explained to them that it was in her washroom inside her home. They broke some ceramic tiling inside her home, totally unnecessarily. They left her without water for nearly a week, without knowing if she was going to have any source of water at all. They were 100% unprofessional in every possible way. They didn't have decency for a senior citizen, who was unknowing of the repair process. They lied to her on 5 occasions that I know of, they blew her off day after day after day. They lied over and over and over. They in fact made up a lie that my grandmother fired them, which is why they never showed back up after 2 days of destruction, and another 5 of trying fruitlessly to get them to return phone calls, and to tell the truth. Trust me when I say that It wasn't just the Lowmen on the totem pole who were vile in everythingthey did, this scandalous behavior was on full display by their Chief in Command, who himself was smiling as he lied to my grandmother. Little did he know that my grandmother has cameras in the living room in which he chose to spew out his verbal vomit. Thank the Heavens up above for Lakeside Plumbing, for a Father & Son team came and righted all of Presidio Plumbings wrongs, and then wrapped up the job in a day and a half. They were blown away at the lack of care by Presidio Plumbing. It's on another level of slime ball to leave a 85 yo widow in that position. FYI my Grandmother was well cared for during this time period, she lacks nothing, she needed nothing that our family didn't provide. But they didn't know this. They broke, they worsened the job, they bailed, they disappeared, Lakeside Plumbing to the rescue!

Called because an outside spigot failed, causing water to gush out - we had no water as we had to turn off at main cutoff valve. The tech came within a couple of hours. He was professional and competent, explained that he had to do some welding to install new spigot. We thought the charges were on the high side but per neighbors they were average and reasonable. Would probably use Tucson Plumbing again.
