There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars aren't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. His trust is what made our transaction not just possible but a friendship for many years of his professionalism in his trade will cause me to call on him first  as his rates are worth his value & guarantee! I highly recommend him to you for your business and household fixes!

Plumber came out the same day and fixed my gas leak. I have absolutely no complaints. I'd definitely use them again.

I strongly recommend T&J Rooter Service.  About as friendly and courteous as a business can get.  For the type of business they are, they took every precaution (and I mean every) to ensure 1) their work area was left as least cleaner than it was when they arrived, and 2) that they didn't track anything into the house or around it.  With this type of business, this should be a concern but it wasn't with T&J.  When we had our outside sewer replaced recently, the work was done professionally and expedient.  The next day they had two gentlemen return who leveled out the dirt, spread grass seed and layed the straw. With the outside cleanout now in my front yard and sticking out, I was concerned about running it over wit the lawnmower.  One of the gentlemen suggested I get out my mower so he can ensure me the pipe was low enough for the lawn mower to go over!  For me, that is going above-and-beyond! Fantastic job all the way around.  Every worker there had an assignment and they stuck to it.  Didn't see anyone standing around and talking. Lets not forget the office personnel too. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted John's to install a large window AC in our home. We agreed upon a price and job date, they even sent me a reminder 24 hours prior to our appointment. I took the afternoon off for our appointment and...John's never showed up. They did not respond to my calls or messages either--ever. I wasted an afternoon off and still had to find someone else to do the work. I would avoid this company, they are highly unreliable, unresponsive and a waste of time.

I've used Peters Plumbing for any plumbing issues and for heating and air conditioning.  i also used them at work in an historic building.  They have always been reliable and trustworthy.  So grateful that I can trust having a company to call on for their honesty and consistently good work.

One of the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with. Jen from their office unfortunately doesn't have time to be explaining billing with me... I have never been told by a company I'm about to pay thousands of dollars too, they don't have time to deal with me. After paying for a repair that did not fix my AC unit, that I also found out part of it should not have been necessary to start with, refused to reimburse me for the failed repair. Refused to even roll it a new one and then inadvertently admitting to price gauging! Filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and probably going to have to file small claims now too if I ever want to see my money again. Steer very clear of these people!!!

As usual, I received exceptional service from Mick and his colleague from Beltz.  They were punctual, professional, and thorough.  I had my grinder pump in the basement replaced, as well as a few small plumbing repairs.  They answered all my questions and gave me some very helpful advice.  Beltz always goes over and beyond.

I called them out for service on a drain, it was suppose to cost 59.95 for the diagnostic and they knew it was in a crawlspace and then once I got the bill they added an extra $40 when they needed $1200 to fix it. Buyer beware may go to the BBB for this.

This company was dispatched by a home warranty company first American home warranty after a 79$ service fee was payed up front. After 3 days and no call from mancini plumbing my wife called. My wife set up a appointment for a day were she would have to leave work early to accommodate the plumbers schedule.

The day before the service date I received a phone call but no message was left and they never answer the phone.

Service day comes and no one shows. Several calls were made and messages were left. No return calls from the plumber which ultimately led to me doing my own plumbing after work at 4am. (Drains were now so backed up the house smelled like ) after I was able to get the drains cleared I canceled the plumber after 6 days of no communication. .. if I had waited most likely there would have had damage to my property.Critical:

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.

THIS IS NOT A LICENSED AND INSURED PLUMBER. He damaged my home and did not fix the damage. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Do not let this convicted felon in your home. Richard Mann, LLC was provided a check for $1,800 to provide work on a swimming pool.  4 days have gone by and still Richard Mann has not performed any work. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE on Richard Mann as what he has done is FRAUD | CRIMINAL. Richard Mann doesn't return telephone calls or text messages. Richard Mann was enthused to work but once when he received payment he didn't even perform the task at hand.  I have passed Richard Mann's contact details onto the POLICE.

Beware of individuals like this as they act like they are calling up other vendors to get a quote. Walk off to their car and come back and say I can do it for this much. Please watch out for guys like Richard Mann as they are professional scammers.

Richard Mann cashed the check at Chase bank in Milan, MI. We even went to the bank in  Milan, Michigan and filed a complaint with the branch manager of Chase Bank in Milan, Michigan.
