I couldn't have asked for a better company to install a new furnace for my home.
When I decided against adding AC there was no pressure to change my mind.
My basement is better than when they began.
I really got my money's worth from them!

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. They came out two weeks ago to look at the work we wanted to have done.  The estimate was supposed to be emailed to us (we gave them the email address that day).  They called several days later asking for the email address again which we gave them.  We still did not receive the estimate.  We called several days later and left a message stating that we had nor received the estimate and left the email again.  We have not heard back from them yet.  We will look for another plumber.

Awesome company that was contracted through my home warranty. Came and fixed an issue that a previous company failed to fix in 3 visits. Very professional and clean. I will definitely be contacted them to do other repairs and upgrades!

I had been happy with T&J for 8 years, before the pandemic. Their work was high quality, although high priced, and I considered it worthwhile. However, they have seemingly doubled their labor charges in the past year. Pre-pandemic, they charged me $90 to install a bathroom faucet, and quoted me the same price ($90 each) to install 3 more identical faucets I later purchased. Today they quoted me $200 apiece, and told me it was a deal because the normal price was $300 apiece. Sine I was present when they replaced the first faucet, I knew that it took them 40 minutes, which is $300/hr at their reduced rate.

Prospective customers: Be sure to get a quote from them (either per job or per hour of labor) BEFORE they show up on your doorstep, because you can't rely on your previous experience with them.

After an electrical problem with my house, Brian Beltz came out immediately to address the problem. My main meter and disconnect on my house was burnt up...quite literally. Brian quoted me a price for a new disconnect that was well under one-third of the MSRP price that I had found online. Then he called the manufacturer's engineers and was able to get me a replacement for free, even though it was several years out of warranty.   Brian definitely went the extra mile and stayed in constant contact with me through the process. His costs were very reasonable for the level of service he provided. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Edwards Heating and Plumbing regarding a leaking garbage disposal at my rental home last week (9/11). I was told that they do not provide exact quotes over the phone but that they would waive the service fee if I would allow them to look at it and provide me with a quote. I agreed. At 3:35pm I received a call that the plumber was on his way to my rental home. At 5:00 I was contacted by the plumber stating that job was completed and I owed $480. I was SO upset. I never received a quote beforehand and I never agreed to them completing the work. In addition, he installed a standard, 1/2 HP Badger (retails at Lowes for $99). The job included NO additional or new pipes or any electrical work. It is a 6 year old home. It took him less than an hour to complete the job. I was contacted the next day by a supervisor and after a few back and forth conversations, I was given the option of paying $325 to close the account or $59 to have them come out and take the disposal out of the home. There was NO way I would inconvenience my renters so I felt pressured into paying the $325 for a service I never agreed to. I feel that I was taken advantage of.

This company was dispatched by a home warranty company first American home warranty after a 79$ service fee was payed up front. After 3 days and no call from mancini plumbing my wife called. My wife set up a appointment for a day were she would have to leave work early to accommodate the plumbers schedule.

The day before the service date I received a phone call but no message was left and they never answer the phone.

Service day comes and no one shows. Several calls were made and messages were left. No return calls from the plumber which ultimately led to me doing my own plumbing after work at 4am. (Drains were now so backed up the house smelled like ) after I was able to get the drains cleared I canceled the plumber after 6 days of no communication. .. if I had waited most likely there would have had damage to my property.Critical:

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.
