HISTORY

Established in 1983.
The Schmidlin family has been in the HVAC & Plumbing business since 1917. Schmidlin Brothers Heating Company was started by Dan & Carl Schmidlin. Their nephew Oscar Schmidlin eventually took over the business, renaming it A-1 Schmidlin Plumbing & Heating in 1960. After Oscar's death in 1983, his sons Charles & Walter continued the business as Schmidlin, Inc. Over 100 years after the start of the family business, Walter Schmidlin still carries on the business.

Great customer service. The staff is extremely helpful, and if they don't have what you need, they will call around and find it for your so you don't spent half the day driving to every plumbing supplier in the area.

Great place for your plumbing and heating needs. Very knowledgeable. Great inventory of discontinued parts. If they don't carry it they will tell you where to find it or chances are it is no longer available.
