Leak under my sink due to old garbage disposal. I was able to call and get in schedule for the next day. The tech came out and was able fixed my issue on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

Jordan explained the situation about the plumbing back up. He was very quick he let us know exactly how much did a wonderful job I would recommend them to anyone.

$500 to do a simple kitchen faucet install. We provided the faucet. Shutoffs were there. The job took 1/2 hour. Our fault not to ask for the price ahead. They have a set price, no matter the job. On top of a $100 service charge. Their motto is Where the plumping bird says cheap, cheap!  Not the case. We've installed several faucets in the past 10 years or so, 3 being last summer, and have never paid that much.

Worse commercial on TV!  They are just screaming! Really, that's the best you can do.  Most annoying!

We had hired a terrible plumber who left us in a lurch. TB Plumbers was recommended by a friend and we got Matthew to give us a quote. He gave us options and the gave us a detailed breakdown of what had to be done.

Matthew found issues that we weren't aware of and fixed them without charging us extra! All of these issues ended up taking extra time, but he always showed up with a smile, willing to help us. He understood how we had been without a shower for weeks and desperately wanted the job completed.

Our old plumber bought a tub for us that was too big for the space, but Matthew used some ingenuity and viced it in! That was amazing!

Matthew really saved the day and now we have a great bathtub that will last a long time. We really appreciate and highly recommend Matthew!

I would not recommend this company. I called to request an estimate for a bathroom renovation project. Someone answered the phone and see they would be over the next day. No one ever showed.

For some reason, I called back. I get some to come out this time. I show the plumber my bathroom and he agrees to send me an estimate for the work. To this day, I've never heard back from this company.

BEWARE this Christian company!!! I called Northside to perform a routine servicing/cleaning of my AC unit. Instead, they spent their time trying to sell me an extremely overpriced new unit. When they left, my previously functioning AC unit was no longer working. I ended up calling in a different company who informed me that they had disconnected wires and that the outdoor unit they had been working on was not even the one for my unit! (Some of the wires in the outdoor unit they disconnected could have literally cause the technician to get shocked due to the Florida rain.) They seemed super nice when they came over, but they are are a bunch of crooked thieves! They literally charged me to STOP my AC unit from working. I am a young, single woman and I guess they were trying to take advantage of me. Absolutely disgusted.

These guys are great! Very professional very knowledgeable! Everyone that we talked with were informed and kind!  They are our Plummer's now we won't use anyone else. Joe is awesome!

I had a complete ac unit installed just over a year ago. The work was subbed out to Lewis. The installation was shoddy and had pro plumb out about 5 times throughout the year. Finally I had another HVAC come out and they said the unit had fallen apart and was cooling the attic space. I called pro plumb and this time I had the owner of pro plumb on the phone. He tried to do a good job but once again one his workers screwed it up . He fixed the break in the unit but did not do the annual service  he charged me for and the drain pan over filled and caused damage to my drywall and door space.

Never ! BAD !  I do NOT recommend this business ! DO NOT GO THERE !  Fraud - A-Stone Plumbing Company !
I feel like I was going to be taken up for $1,950 for unnecessary repairs under false ( ! ) pretenses and fraudulent ( ! ) findings, and that the camera investigation ( $250 ) was imposed on me for the sole purpose of scamming me for the additional pointless repairs.
( will be to file complaint to DBPR )
After attempting to clear the clog in the pipe It was advised that for unknown reason running the auger cable does not clear the clog and further investigation by camera is required to figure out the problem, which would cost additional $250.
Upon alleged further investigation, I was told that the roots of bush in my yard damaged 10 feet of the pipe underneath, therefore an estimate was given to me to remove the bush, dig up the line and replace 10 feet of the main pipe that has roots growth through it.
I have declined the proposal to move further at the time and my plumbing issue has miraculously cleared on its own, needless to say that the camera is being used to point out the problem but not to fix it, if auger cable did do what it was intend to then why further investigation by camera was requested?
To make matters worse, the footage that was provided to me with a quote for the job does not seem to even belongs to my house; I have removed the bush, dug up the pipe exactly where arrow mark left by your crew was showing and to my surprise I did not find a pipe in question underneath at all! After talking to another plumbing professional, I was able to locate the actual pipe, it was not near the bush or any roots and it was free of leaks and any kind of damage.

There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are for the outstanding response and service we received yesterday from their electrician Mike Manibusan and office receptionist Glenda. They both demonstrated that Taking Care of People (TCP) is more than just a company slogan, it's a philosophy that the employees live by. Around 4 in the afternoon on Saturday the lights in one section of the house went out as we were setting up for a big 60th Birthday Party celebration that started at 7 pm. It was thundering, raining and the sun was rapidly setting. The lights involved included the lanai and part of the dining/living room area. I called and explained to Glenda the situation and she was very emphatic. Even though it was last minute and they were booked with other customers, they made it happen and fit us in.  Mike who was very friendly and reassuring, got right to work to diagnose and fix our problem. We had lights back on just as the first guests were arriving. I am very appreciative and did share my experience with my friends at the party. I will highly recommend this company!

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
