Best Water Heater Repair in Tampa FL

I unfortunately had to call the plumber's. Of all  the plumber horror stories we hear our adult life I  wasn't looking forward to it at all! I pictured the typical dirty, sweaty, crack exposed over priced & unfriendly plumber possible to show up at my door.  I had the complete opposite! Not only did they  have the nicest, most informative woman receptionist answering the phone but the plumbers their self are the same way. First let me tell you they were chosen because of the initial call. They answer the phone by saying how can we make your day better and they aren't kidding. I thought yeah right to myself but after question after question that I had the attitude never changed. The whole time helping me figure out what all I needed and what all my visit was to include. The low prices were unbelievable and there was no pressure set upon us when we heard what unfortunately needed to be done.  They even offered ideas of what could be done if we wanted to only take one step at a time. They were very clean came did what they needed to showing up exactly on time and left. No mess was left no rude sweaty plumber and no crack view!! All laughs aside they are awesome!

I spoke with Chuck and described my situation. Wanting a tankless water heater, he suggested we look at the electric TO determine if we could set it up. He asked if he could call back when he was in the office and never did.
I can't say what kind of plumber they are because I didn't have a chance to evaluate. We had no hot water and I had to call another plumbing service to get the job done.

If I could rate this company's any lower, I would!! Total rip off!!! They quoted me $220 maintenance fee on my 1 year old A/C!! And don't expect the guys who show up at your door to speak English, you only can talk to a guy over the phone who relays how much they are gonna overcharge you!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

Completely stressed and not knowing who to call, my brother gave me this reference.  Kody had excellent customer service, was professional & is very knowledgeable.  For an emergency call, on a Saturday night, the cost was very reasonable.  I highly recommend!!  I now have a competent, trusted plumber on speed dial.

Had a problem with our toilets.  Not an emergency but they got us an appointment within a few days. We given a window of between 10 and 1 today and he was here at around 10:30. His name was Michael and he was great. He figured out the problem right away and was very knowledgeable . He worked very quickly and got the problem solved. No nonsense or trying to upsell on anything. Very pleased with pleased with them

Mark was my plumbing professional yesterday.  He showed up on time and hit the ground running!  He was here for much longer than I anticipated but he vowed to fix what was causing the problem. He was professional and courteous which is a commodity now a days. He also has a great smile is an all around nice guy.

Need parts or repair? Excellent! Need to buy fixtures? Make the trip to Ferguson in Pinellas Park - Plumbing by Gus could care less. Zero customer service on this end.

Very impressed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Allso, respectful of the house by cleaning up when finished. This company was not the cheapest but my first impression told they this was the crew to use. I will always call this Bay 2 Bay when we are in need of plumber. Plumber came out quickly for our clogged kitchen sink. He was fast, professional, friendly, and thorough! Services were very reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied and will be using them again in the future!

I needed plumbing installed in my shed for a washing machine.  I received a prompt response for my request for a quote.  Jake was professional and on time!  The quote was explained thoroughly and work began as agreed.  Everything went as planned from start to finish.  Great Work!  I will be giving their name to my friends for their plumbing needs.

Called and explained my emergency situation which was toilets leaking at seal and sewage coming up through shower and tub. John rearranged his schedule to be at my place in 25 minutes.  He snaked the pipe to see if there was a clog in line . Had some trouble getting through so tried another vent . This time it worked . He was very helpful , assured me he would get our problem solved. He gave me a name of drying company for dry out of baseboards and floors.  The cost was very reasonable and he was honest and friendly . Would highly  recommend for any plumbing issues . Will definitely use again .

I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house.  I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour.  He was very professional and went right to work.  Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour.  I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house.  His prices are very reasonable.

I've used My Plumber a few times since moving into this home to correct minor problems.  Work seems to have been done correctly since issues have not reoccurred.  Prices seem fair.  Only negative is that service personnel often do not arrive within the promised 4 hour time frame.  If they are going to be late, a call would be most appreciated.

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
