Leak under my sink due to old garbage disposal. I was able to call and get in schedule for the next day. The tech came out and was able fixed my issue on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

Wanted to take a moment to share my most recent experience. Let me preface this by saying the first time we used Chucks we had an awesome experience. Hence, why we reached out again for a leaky faucet. This time however, was completely different. Office staff is great, but the plumber that was sent out was rude, argumentative, and just unprofessional. Daryle came out the first time and convinced my husband and I that we were basically crazy and our faucet wasn't leaking and it was bone dry. The next day we had water pouring out of the base of the faucet and went through 10 soaked towels in two days. Called Chucks hoping they would send someone else, but the same gentleman showed up. And guess what!? He said there was no leak and that I must have washed dishes and splashed water or gave my babies a bath and got water on the counter. So basically blaming me and in my mind, calling me an idiot. Mind you, under the sink was wet too. He literally argued and didn't bother to take apart the faucet when we suggested that might be the problem. Then he tried to charge us $50... ‍ THEN we got an email with recommendations from the technician for a $500 faucet and multiple $4000+ water softener!??? ‍ and guess what? We are still experiencing the leak and have towels surrounding the faucet. Haven't washed dishes or my children in the sink... so not sure how the water ended up there.
Anyway, like I said, first experience was great, but this most recent one was extremely disappointing. I felt strongly about providing this feedback.

I contacted this company recently to diagnose and fix my AC. The technician arrived within the requested time slot, which I appreciated, and I also liked how they send a text to let you know when the technician is en route. Our AC issue turned out to be minor and was quickly resolved.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company before. I called this company and asked them if they could send someone out to check a leaky faucet on my tub. They are very close to where I live. I met the plumber at my home and showed him my tub. He said he would try to fix it but most often they have to replace the entire assembly costing $650. Of course he couldn't get the screw out and told me I would have to have my shower wall cut up. The guy was playing his rap music with vulgar lyrics as he assessed my situation on his cell phone. I felt very uncomfortable having him fix anything. I told him I could not do that right now and would have to call him back because I needed to go back to work. He was there less than 15 minutes. Did nothing but make my problem worse and handed me a bill for $101.00 . I was livid. I called their office and asked about the charges and said, you never told me about any charges for doing nothing. The secretary said, You didn't ask. I was appalled!! Who says that? I feel robbed! My problem is worse now and I am out $100 for nothing. This company did not inform me of these charges and their plumber was not professional. There are many companies to choose from. Beware of a company that provides this kind of service.

Had a clogged toilet at work(truck drivers ugh!) and called CP. They had a busy week an got me an appointment for two days later at 10-2 pm. They called the morning of and said they had a cancellation. Nice! The guy shows up and gets to work. Fifteen minutes later I checked in with him and he showed me a rag that was 40 feet down the line. It was unclogged and I was happy. I go back to work and see him leave...hmmm. Maybe he needed some wax ring or something.
I forgot about it and the next day asked the office Lady did we pay the plumbing invoice? No! He forgot to get paid!!
Not wanting bad karma, I called and the lady seemed not phased I could have had a free plumbing service. It was pleased with clearwater plumbing and will use them again!

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

They were prompt and showed up right on time. We discussed my options and was able to resolve and retrieve the jewelry.

This is the 4th time I have had to call Clog Kings in the past 2 months! We started renovations on our beach condo and that opened the door to many hidden plumbing problems. Clog Kings has been great to deal with each and every time. This time Josh came out to troubleshoot a wobbly toilet that our flooring people put back incorrectly and to help Install a vanity and do all of the associated plumbing. He was great to work with and helped find solutions to some of the problems that cropped up. He also did a great job at diagnosing the issues with the pipes and rerouting them so they came up to code. It was an expensive two days of work but it had to be done. We highly recommend Clog Kings!

Quickly fixed my issue at a very affordable price. Very responsive to my emails, and provided my invoice and receipt electronically. Would definitely recommend!

Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

JJM Plumbing is very professional and arrives when they say they will. It is a family-owned business which is something I normally look for when hiring. John and his helper installed several faucets and sinks and were meticulous in their attention to what needed to be done. I would recommend JJM Plumbing but you may have to wait for an appointment since they are so booked up in advance. I don't know how they deal with emergencies so I would just call and find out if you needed them like immediately. I'm sure they would figure it out. Very clean with the booties etc. Cleaned everything up as they went.

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house.  I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour.  He was very professional and went right to work.  Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour.  I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house.  His prices are very reasonable.

Your Plumber came to the rescue again. On New Years eve our bathroom flooded while I was out of town. The first thing I did was call Your Plumber. On a holiday I felt fortunate that Trevor was able to arrive quickly to take care of everything. He stopped the flooding, contacted United Water Restoration to work on the drying out process and put me at ease knowing that even at 1000 miles away my house was being taken care of. I can not express how grateful I am to have a company like Your Plumber. If I could give more stars I would.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
