Best Water Filter Services in Tampa FL

Thank you Johnson Brothers Plumbing for servicing my parents home. My elderly parents have been dealing with broken water pipes in their home since Dec 2019!!! When I called to let Johnson Brothers know about my parents situation and to kindly ask that they take care of them, they first responded, of course, but finished by saying, this is what we would do for anyone. They are a Christian family and have morals and values they feel are incorporated in their business. It definitely shows! My parents were completely satisfied with their work. They were kind, professional and thorough. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my parents. May God continue to bless you and your business!

It's the rare business that really, actually cares about you. Mostly, they just want to get the job done as efficiently as possible and get paid. However, you do have the right to expect that if something goes wrong, that the company will have enough conscience to make it right. We chose Chuck's Plumbing because they had a high number of five star reviews and I thought we could trust them. But a business should be judged not by how they perform when everything goes right, but what they do when they're tested and everything goes wrong. This was a messy job, but they didn't rise to the occasion. I am disappointed with this company, their business practices, and their work.

Communication was poor, and they dodged giving me the price, despite my repeated requests for an estimate, until the job was done and I couldn't do anything but suck it up and pay. The price was then revealed to be extraordinarily high ($2000), about twice what my neighbor (a retired handyman) said I should expect.

They also installed the wrong size water heater. It doesn't provide enough hot water for anything more than a five-minute shower or a half-full bathtub every other hour. It's not at all enough hot water for a family, causing arguments and tension in the house and fierce competition for the limited hot water. A relative has a medical condition that requires baths, so we've been forced to boil water on the stove to dump into the tub, which is ridiculous and highly frustrating. The company refuses to offer any solution or apology, and we can't afford to have the entire job redone.

They claim that the new water heater is the same size and caliber as the old, but I have photographs of the old one and it was obviously bigger. It was a tight fit in the cupboard it was in, and this one has plenty of room on the top and the sides. Our old water heater also was capable of filling our bathtub to the top with pretty scalding water. I don't remember ever running out of hot water before, and now we run out almost every day.

Again, I don't know what happened here and I don't know if it rises to the level of a lawsuit or a complaint to the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Protection, but I do know that I'm extremely dissatisfied with the outcome and that they're not willing to make it right or even apologize. I can't in good conscience recommend this company, and I really just wish I had used anyone else.

I contacted this company recently to diagnose and fix my AC. The technician arrived within the requested time slot, which I appreciated, and I also liked how they send a text to let you know when the technician is en route. Our AC issue turned out to be minor and was quickly resolved.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

Wow!  Best experience I have ever had!  James helped us out with a small job and was very professional and knowledgeable. He looked over some other issues we were having and directed me on how to take care of those problems.  The price was very reasonable.  I am so glad we found Clog Kings through home guide.com  We have 4 properties including our primary residence and we will definitely turn to James and Clog Kings in the future!

We love our water softener! Showers are so much more pleasant using less soap, and reduced water spots are a plus. The dishwasher even cleans the dishes better. The installation was quick, and looks very professional. We won't ever have a house without a water softener again!!

Shawn was amazing!  Arriving promptly to install my new water heater and water softener, he explained everything that he intended to do, and offered me both suggestions and choices regarding placement of the new equipment.  He was extremely deferential to my concerns regarding safety during the pandemic, carefully keeping a distance while working in my garage.  He is professional, considerate, and expert his work.  When he completed the job, he charged me less than his online estimate, then carefully explained all pertinent warrantees and operating instructions.  I'll certainly call on Shawn again for all of my plumbing needs..

Be prepared to wait a long time on the phone to talk to someone. My experience, 28 minutes before I hung.

Horrible! Sewage backed up, first tech that came couldn't find a problem on our side and said it was the city's responsibility. That report cost almost $300. City came, very promptly, didn't have right equipment but found blockage. Called Gus Plumbing to send out another tech who did fix the problem but charged me again $200 this time. Incompetent crooks.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

Needed a Plummer fast on a Friday afternoon @4:30pm. James arrived in 45 minutes, had everything solved in less than a hour. Very professional, explained everything before starting, very neat too. I highly recommend.

If you are researching these guys, please make sure to read the not recommended reviews as well. Yelp has a bad habit of burying good and honest reviews when a company chooses not to purchase the Yelp ad services.

Very pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of these young men who installed our new AC unit. Quick, efficient and clean. The previous unit had been installed with quite a lot of shortcuts. The men from Northside cleaned all of that up and installed the new unit paying attention to the engineering of the space. My experience since I have been in Florida, is that, most services like this tend to look for the fastest, easiest way of repairing/installing such equipment. Northside paid attention to the smallest details. And for reference, I worked as a member of the Local 26 IBEW 30 years ago.

Now, let's see how fast Yelp buries this review.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out

Sorry to give a bad rating but this company is sold and the new company didn't explain that to me. Performance Air-conditioning took over and didn't explain that at all. Their tech only tried to sell a membership, a new unit while the existing unit is from 2014 and with the new code requirements. I couldn't get an estimate until the work would be finished. Just be aware that a low service fee can come with a high price but I didn't let them do the work and wait for the regular companies that we work with on a regular base.
