Best Toilet Repair in Tampa FL
Leak under my sink due to old garbage disposal. I was able to call and get in schedule for the next day. The tech came out and was able fixed my issue on the spot. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

We had used Chuck's two years ago for an emergency repair, which they handled perfectly. When it came time to replace the kitchen sink and faucet, we asked for Chuck's to provide a quote. They were a little more expensive (less than $50) than another plumber, and just slightly less expensive than a third. I didn't hesitate to give Chuck's my business again, since Bobby was genuinely concerned about keeping me as a loyal customer.
Bobby was able to come out the next day, and provided excellent quality plumbing service, as well as great customer service. He complimented us on our sink and faucet choice, was meticulously clean and neat, insisted that he double-check all of his work, and clearly explained a couple of options for the install (no extra charge, regardless of which option we decided).
I teach customer service professionally, and from the initial call to the quote, install and follow-up communication, Bobby and the people at Chuck's exceeded all of my high expectations. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues. Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues. They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed. All with a friendly attitude!! We definitely recommend them!

It is rare in this day & age for a company to be so fair & honest. we recently bought a house and needed a few plumbing repairs. Slaughter plumbing did not gauge us and fixed everything for a very affordable price. We will continue to recommend them to all we know!

The worst customer service ever! I had several appointments with them that they didn't keep at all, I took off so much time for work that a 500 dollar job cost 3 times as much due to their incompetence and lack of respect for other people's time, they kept saying we are 10 minutes away and on our way to just not show up at all, over and over, you would think we would have learned after them doing this twice, but no, we gave them multiple chances because we were desperate to get the work done, hopefully this review will make you think twice, go with a reputable company that cares about their clients and keeps appointments. I think they need to sober up and start acting professional. Just another example of the poor standards of service in this

Showed up with mask. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer Bill worked very hard and the dishwasher and space he had to work in were difficult. Over all happy with the install.

Plumber came out quickly for our clogged kitchen sink. He was fast, professional, friendly, and thorough! Services were very reasonably priced. I'm very satisfied and will be using them again in the future!

Very prompt and professional. The estimate was right on the money. Had a quote to replace a faucet on my kitchen sink for over $390. Jones and Sons did for about half that. Will definitely use them again. Responded in 1 day.

Aaron came to the rescue as I needed my door jam and frame was in need of repair. His responsiveness to my needs was quick compared to others in the market. His rate is pretty competitive and gave multiple options to stay within budget. Highly recommend! Thank you

I called Rahn because of the star rating. I got the wife who called her husband on the job. He said he couldn't do it till next week, but he'd call me Sat morning between 9 and 11. He didn't. I called his wife at 2 pm and left message asking if he was going to take the job. No reply. I have the camper toilet but cant empty the holding tanks to the septic once they're full, and a half bath in the rear trailer whose 4 in sewer pipe travels separately to the septic tank. My wife's mother with Alzheimer's turned 89 this weekend is using a hospital bed pan chair we had in storage. My wife and I are disabled. I just turned 75 and have had several back and neck fusions, several shoulder repairs, the last injury with a total replacement, several hand surgeries, etc. I worked for Verizon as a repairman for 34 years. I can build you a house with my skills. I've owned huge Victorian homes and know my plumbing. But I trouble shot this sewer problem and swallowed my pride and called for help. I had to do it myself. I dug and followed the line from the house to the septic tank, through 3 inches of soil and another 8 inches of lime rock. It took me all of Sunday with some rest brakes. I found the damaged , clogged elbow in the run. I finished this afternoon, now I have to fill the trench, take my pain medication and muscle relaxers and call it a day. Not even a courtesy call to say he didn't want the job. As an aging American citizen and a U.S Navy Veteran I am offended. I've never taken disrespect from anyone and I sure as hell am not in the market to take disrespect from this business.

I used Yelp to request quotes for 2 minor plumbing repairs; Your Home Services was one of the first companies to reply, and their quote was the most reasonable ($39.95 trip charge which would be applied towards any services we chose). I scheduled an appointment for the following day with a window of 1-4 PM.
I received a call around 3:30 that our plumber was in the middle of a job that turned out to be more complicated than he had anticipated; I was told that he would arrive between 4:30 and 5. Short version: as he hadn't arrived by 5:45, I called dispatch. They were very friendly and apologized and asked if I still wanted service on that day (in about an hour) or reschedule for the following day. I chose to keep the original appointment (but delayed). They graciously waived the trip charge and kept in touch with me until our plumber arrived.
Our plumber (Jeremy) arrived at 6:30; he sent me a text when he was 15 minutes out, which was helpful. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He gave us a quote for the repair 10 minutes after arriving and was on the job 15 minutes after arriving. The work was done quickly and correctly.
Although our appointment was pushed back, I understand. It was not the plumber's fault, and frankly, if I were the other customer, I would not have wanted my job rushed so that the plumber could rush off to another job.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.
