Best Heater Repair in Tampa FL

Johnson Brothers replaced my water heater this afternoon and the plumber, Nick, was wonderful! Professional, neat, explained what he was doing and could not have been a better representative for Johnson Brothers!!

I will definitely be referring anyone who asks me for a good plumber, to Johnson Brothers!

It's always good to do business with a local company as that helps support my community and the people working and living in it.

Very impressed! Very polite and knowledgeable. Allso, respectful of the house by cleaning up when finished. This company was not the cheapest but my first impression told they this was the crew to use. I will always call this Bay 2 Bay when we are in need of plumber. I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house.  I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour.  He was very professional and went right to work.  Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour.  I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house.  His prices are very reasonable.

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Even though I had a non-emergency item, they were able to send a tech out the next morning.  I received a call when he would arrive, and even where he was coming from.

Miles arrived and was 100% prepared.  He provided an out-the-door estimate that was not filled with caveats, or inflated prices, or any of that nonsense.  I authorized the work on the spot, and he did a beautiful job!  He even had to work around another issue, and nailed it.  

Overall I am extremely pleased.  Quality does not come cheap folks. You get what you pay for.  Even though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, it was worth it in the end.

If I could rate this company's any lower, I would!! Total rip off!!! They quoted me $220 maintenance fee on my 1 year old A/C!! And don't expect the guys who show up at your door to speak English, you only can talk to a guy over the phone who relays how much they are gonna overcharge you!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

There was very easy communication via phone and internet.  The woman in the office found what I wanted and gave me a fair price.  The plumber showed up on-time and did a clean, professional job.  This company does business the way all companies should.  Very highly recommended.

I recently had my water heater replaced. The price isn't cheap but shopping around only saves you a little and who knows why they skimped. Clearwater Plumbing is an established, reputable company so I went with them. Rob was my installer and knew exactly what to do. I had no worries because he demonstrated his expertise and knowledge right away. And he was determined to do a good job and make sure I was comfortable with this once-every-15-years-or -so event. Rob pleasantly answered all my questions and even gave me free advice on the remodeling plans I shared with him. I would definitely hire them and him again.

We have had sewage backing up multiple times the past few weeks. These guys were great, they came out and worked to get everything fixed on our side for us. Devon was really friendly. After having more backup problems, jerry, jake, and Steve came out more than once to try and help us understand what the problem was -- the backup was on the city side. Our city wastewater department  was, unfortunately, kind of a pain to work with. Your Home Services was amazing because they came out free of charge and showed me with a camera what was going on. I was able to prove to the city it was their issue. Thanks so much!! I won't call anyone else from now on.

Well it was really hard to not take a shower, or do the dishes for three days. We exhausted all our efforts to try and clear the clog in our kitchen and tub ourselves. James came an hour and a half after we called, which was so nice having a quick response time. He did the job within a couple of hours, explained what he did. What a great guy, and very respectful. I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. Thank you James you made our day.

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
