Thank you Johnson Brothers Plumbing for servicing my parents home. My elderly parents have been dealing with broken water pipes in their home since Dec 2019!!! When I called to let Johnson Brothers know about my parents situation and to kindly ask that they take care of them, they first responded, of course, but finished by saying, this is what we would do for anyone. They are a Christian family and have morals and values they feel are incorporated in their business. It definitely shows! My parents were completely satisfied with their work. They were kind, professional and thorough. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my parents. May God continue to bless you and your business!

We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity.  I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done.  They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time!  The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable.  It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises.  These guys are honest and do what they say they will do.  Highly recommended!

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

I called this company at 7:30AM. Whoever answered (the owner I assume) was incredibly professional and on point. It's now 9AM same-day and all my issues are fixed for a reasonable price. A+

We went off to work this morning, not knowing we had a valve under the sink in the guest bathroom start to leak badly.  Our housekeeper arrived to find the guest bathroom flooded.  We needed help and we needed help quickly.

After calling all the sources which claim to have One Hour Emergency service, to find none could come for days, I gave Grable Plumbing a call.  Not only was the person who answers their phones the nicest and most positive, but she managed to understand we had an emergency and promised to get a plumber out to us within the next two hours.

I came home and got a call our plumber Eddy, was on his way and he arrived minutes later.  He was terrific.  He isolated the faulty valve, and had it replaced within minutes.  He was professional, clean and just made me comfortable knowing his years in the plumbing business would take good care of my situation.  

To say I'm grateful to Grable Plumbing for being so responsive, considerate and good all at the same time is an understatement.  If I EVER need plumbing services again, you can bet I'll be calling Grable.

Arrived on time and performed a very quick repair.  Price was very reasonable.  Will defiantly be calling them again for any future repair.

Had a leak from my outside water line. Came right away and fixed it!  Excellent quick service!

Please don't be fooled by companies that claim they are faith-based some of the worst perpetrators hide behind God, this company is no exception.
My air was running perfectly cold I called these because I have a dust issue and I wanted information about a product they have called aeroseal Mike Langer came into my home, I trust these people to come into my home to help me, he went up into the attic where the Handler is I have no idea what he did, but myair  is no longer working it's not blowing out cold air anymore. I noticed it about an hour after he left.
I have surgery coming up next week... this had added to my anxiety .. I cannot come home from the hospital to a warm house.
I spoke with Christine the manager who supposed to send me pictures of what this man took in my attic.. 4 days later she has not sent me anything... he was supposed to send me the pictures as well of course he has not sent anything either.  From this point I will go to the media because I read in another review this has happened to someone else it may or may not make a difference because I'm just one person but I encourage anyone that has has issues with this company to post we have to put a stop to dishonest service we have to put a stop to trusting people to come into our home and then take total advantage of us. Is such a feeling of helplessness when someone takes advantage of you you feel like there's nothing you can do but there is we can get the word out and stop these fraudulent dishonest criminals. Christine said to let them come back and see what happened but why would I let these people back into my home again. Remember I had a dust issue I didn't call them about air conditioning problems when Mike came downstairs that's all he discuss how I really needed to change my AC Handler and how it will probably go out on me in a year and how they have a good Finance situation where some people pay as little as $80 a month all this information he gave me about an air conditioner Handler unit
.....he gave me nothing about my dust issue which is why I called and then all of a sudden my air conditioner is not working what's wrong with this picture. Everyday I walk to my home I'm frustrated it's so unfair but one thing for sure, the God I serve teaches us that you reap what you sow... Northside will not survive deceiving people this is going to be a short-lived company... they're probably already suffering financially.... it will get worse before it gets better God don't like ugly! I had to give a star rating in order for my comments to be posted so that's why there's one star they deserve a minus zero

DO NOT use this company unless you don't care about overpaying for a routine job.   I had then come out to replace 2 shut off valves under the sink and also a simple drain line to the toilet.   The valves cost $12 apiece and the line was $10 at Home Depot.   Total time on the job was 20-25 minutes.  They  proceeded to charge me $245 for the first valve replacement then a discounted price of $125 for the second.  I explained to the manager, Jennifer, that it was the same job and both valves were exactly the same.  Was informed they were 2 different jobs and also that I was getting a deal with the discounted price for the second job.  I then asked her to contact the owner,  quite possibly her dad, to discuss further but the verdict was all prices are final and nonnegotiable.   Paid almost $400 for lest than a half hours worth of work and $34 in parts.  I should have known I was geting ripped off when they charged me $50 for the $10 line.  I doubt I will ever use  Olin again.  Family base, locally owned companies don't take advantage of their local support.

This is one of the best plumbing stores you could go too. Prices are reasonable, costumer service is excellent and they are very informative with any questions you need answers too. I suggest everyone that ever needs a go to plumbing store to head here.

Had a very leaky faucet that needed attention. The technician came and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. However he insisted we reschedule at a later date because he clearly did not want to work late on a Friday. I asked if there was at least a way to temporarily stop the leak which he shrugged and offered no suggestion. My neighbor, who is not a plumber, had a perfectly logical solution of turning off my hot water heater when I wasn't using it which stopped the leak. I paid $95 for this diagnosis, a short term solution should have been offered. If this guy hadn't been in such a hurry to go drink a beer or whatever his plans where I'd have been perfectly fine to wait a few days for the permanent fix. They have to take a picture of your cars if you don't have checks. Overall this is a sketchy operation and I'd avoid this place at all costs.

had them here today to check hot water heater, restarted the pilot light left ASAP 125.00$ it went out in 10 minutes. Called again advised I needed a new water heater (over the phone). They only install tank less heaters 6000.00+$

Joel set up an appointment for 3:30 Tues, Aug 8...didn't show...didn't call...didn't reply to my texts or calls for 2 days...so I thought this might have been some kind of a lame joke...COLON PLUMBING...please help me out
