Jessie replied right away when I requested quotes. He was very professional and offered the price right away instead needing an appointment for an estimate. His price was extremely reasonable. He came on time to the appointment. He also did a couple small things I needed help with free of charge. Now that is unheard of. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. We will be using him again if we have any problems.

Son of a Plumber Plumbing Service
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Jerry and all the hard work he put into my disaster of a house. We ended up needing a main line replace and several of clogs cleared. Jerry has gone over and beyond in every way to make sure my family was well taken care of.

I've literally never met a more hard working person who cares so deeply about taking care of their clients. I will never stop recommending Son of a Plumber. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.

Alafia Plumbing Plumbing Service
Best plumber EVER. My sink has been clogged for weeks and every plumbing company I called told me it would be $150-$200 just for them to come out to my house. I was referred to Alafia Plumbing by a friend of mine who said his prices were fair and he was honest. I gave him a call (Friday) and he said he could come out the next day (Saturday) and look at my sink. He told me it would be free for him to come out and he quoted me $75 if he needed to snake the drain(s). He came right on time, looked at everything, snaked the drain, and I paid $75 All together. He was very respectful of my home and did honest work. I will use this company in the future may I ever have another plumbing problem. I highly recommend!

Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

Just a great honest group of guys!!

Bayshore Plumbing Plumbing Service
I am giving Bayshore Plumbing one star not because of the quality of the plumber's work, which was very neat, but because of what we were not told was a viable repair option at the time of service.
The job was simple: remove our broken toilet bowl and replace it with a new, one-piece toilet. Only the bowl was sitting on the floor when the plumber arrived - we had already removed the tank, as it was the part that broke. The plumber, Dan, only had to remove the two bolts holding down the toilet, lift it off, clean up a little, put on a new wax ring, and lower the new toilet onto the bolts. The old toilet did not wobble at all, and the bolts were secure in the floor, so I was a little surprised when Dan told me that one side of the flange had a small tear in it, and he doubted the bolt would fasten securely. Not sure when this tear occurred - possibly when he lifted the old bowl up? No way of knowing that. Anyway, Dan asked me if I wish to install a new flange, which would entail cutting, gluing, waiting for the glue to dry, etc - at least another hour's work, if not 90 minutes.

At this point he hadn't said that the bolt would not tighten AT ALL, merely that it might not be as secure as I would like, and I opted not to do the extra repair. As it turned out, when he lowered the toilet onto the new bolts, the one on the left did not tighten - in fact, it lifted right out, but I didn't find this out until after he had left, when I removed the cap to look underneath.

Dan thought perhaps the caulk, together with the one bolt, would hold the toilet down, if we weren't too rough on it and gave the caulk a few days to mature.

So here is my beef: NEVER ONCE did he mention that there was a simple repair in the form of a flange saver, an inexpensive metal part that is commonly used in cases such as these, when the flange is essentially good, but needs a little repair. I discovered this part after Googling flange repair.

When I called Bayshore this morning to voice my complaint, I was told by a very nice employee named Andy (Andie?) that the Master Plumber considered a flange saver nothing but a Band-Aid, and that is why Dan had not offered us the option.
Regardless of what the Master Plumber considers a proper toilet installation, a flange saver that would have held down the second bolt would certainly be a preferable solution to what we have now - one bolt and caulking - to hold our toilet secure. And he certainly should have told us about this BEFORE the job was finished.
I would happily pay for a flange saver and new wax ring if Bayshore Plumbing would send someone back to put it on for us, but that is not going to happen. It was not even offered.

I will not use this company again, even though they were highly recommended by a dear friend. Too bad - I was intending to refer them to my wide circle of friends and clients, all of whom are always looking for a dependable and honest plumber. I guess repeat business is not important to Bayshore Plumbing. They have lost a good referral source in me.

Never send a boy (or2) to do a man's job.
Replacing a hot water tank in condo high rise.

A while back-
-estimator's Sales Quote did not match multi installation discount promised to the building.
-estimator tried to upsell replacement of brass parts not needed.
-quoted price to install short boy 60 gal
- 2 young Installers did not know what they were doing to remove old one. They didn't want to remove utility closet door to prevent damage. but did after I made them measure, did not want to cut pvc from a/c air handler that was in way and would break pipes. Again I said measure and took pic of it before any damage.  Then they did. Old 80 gal tank was too wide to be pulled out around the pvc and Freon tubing. I had to problem solve for them how to do that. They installed new tank without a new drip pan. They filled the tank with water and said that is all they could do. An electrician was needed to put in longer wires, the estimator screwed up on that. No electrician that day...I had to wait almost 24 hours for that to be done ???  Over night and next day - no hot water or shower. (No, I won't pay for the electrician that was not in the quote)

All finally finished and they did provide a $100 discount.  But could not recommend. The price was higher than their pitch to get many installations in one building

It was a relatively simple repair.  A valve behind the fridge was leaking.  Kelly fixed it in no time.  Good communication.  He answers his phone and is very friendly.  Definitely recommend.

I spent my whole day off waiting for these guys to come to my house and give me an estimate. At 1 PM I called them to see if they were coming and was told they had one more job then they would be at my house. Never showed up and never called. That's just rude and no way to run a business........avoid this company.

Bay Area Plumbing Plumbing Service
Was in need of a new water heater. Called Bay Area Plumbing. Talked to a very nice lady, who was able to quickly schedule an appointment. She gave me a two hour window the guys would arrive (12-2), which is much better than the standard 4-5 hour window. They arrived right at 12:00 and were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced the heater in about 1.5 hours. I think they even left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived.
The repair was priced quite fairly as well.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
