My water heater in the garage started leaking. It wasn't a big leak, so I wasn't getting flooded. It was a leak, though. I got a phone number from a friend called the number and waited for him to call. He didn't. I put one call into Formula Plumbing Service and had two repairmen at my door within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the leaky stainless steel web pipe that was the culprit. They had the materials with them and replaced both of them in about an hour and a half. I would use them again, although I hope I don't need them.

This project was a whole home water reroute due to a slab leak. Adam's name/number were given to me by the plumber who diagnosed the leak location but did not have time on the schedule to do the reroute. It seems that even before Adam returned my call, he coordinated his team to stand by for an almost immediate repair. They came the next day and with 4, the complete reroute was accomplished by the end of the day. The cost came in at less than 2 other quotes, the service and professionalism impeccable. The workers he had were willing and motivated to do the work right, in constant communication during various times in the project. I can not say enough good things to express how much I recommend Guardian Plumbing.

Referred to Jim by a handyman friend. Had a slow leaking toilet that's been bugging us for some time. Called him Wednesday afternoon, he was here promptly at 9 AM Friday morning. Took about an hour replaced the seal and flapper. Nice older gentleman. Reasonable price I thought $125.

We had a slow leak at our property and were able to narrow down that it wasn't in any of the units, but somewhere on the grounds. We originally called another company and this other company turned out to be a total fraud, but I won't get into the details. When we found Leak Ops through Yelp, the owner messaged me back through Yelp right away and took the time to answer every question I had with patience and obvious knowledge about what he does - finding leaks! Kenneth was confident that he would find the leak and even went so far as to say that if he didn't find it, he wouldn't charge us a dime. He came out within a day's notice and had all the right equipment. He was professional and determined to find that leak. I believe it took around 4 hours, but he didn't give up. The leak was underground and it was very slow, caused by tree roots. Really amazing that he found it, but, like I said before, not only did he have the equipment, he had the knowledge, patience, obvious experience, and probably most importantly, determination. We will definitely keep Leak Ops' number on speed dial should we have any future leaks that we can't find!

Big thanks to Flow Pros for their efforts in replacing my water heater. The tech was savvy and worked to make it happen for my house. A plumbing emergency is never fun - but grateful to have this team when they do arise.

Recommended by John Knab at WinSupply Co. Joel was great....good communication beforehand, and he showed up when he said that he would. He installed a Toto UltraMax one-piece toilet, a new Moen kitchen sink faucet, and a new bar sink and faucet in my outdoor kitchen. He also evaluated my home for a Halo water conditioning unit.
All three work well and look super. Joel had to Sawzall the opening in the outdoor kitchen sink in order to drop the new, slightly larger sink in, but he had all the tools that he needed, and got on it. His rates are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing, so he didn't waste any time (or my money). I definitely recommend him to anyone for these kind of jobs.

I needed a hot water heater installed to save a closing on a fix and flip. Within 5 minutes I had a price and it scheduled for the very next day. Office is very polite and knowledgeable. The guys that came out were Dylan and Brandon and they were flawless with their work & very professional. This company down right exceeded expectations. I don't usually post reviews but this company deserved it. Keep up the great work guys

The day after a holiday, our drains backed up and getting a plumber to even return my call was frustrating. Marc with Your All Hours Plumber was recommended to me and he responded right away. The service charge was much more reasonable, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he took his time to get my issue resolved. We reviewed the video scope together so he could show me exactly where the issue was located. I would absolutely call Marc again when I need plumbing help.

Great service at a great price. Our washer was backing up into the bathroom in our garage. He came out got the clog cleared right away and then checked our other drains to make sure the problem was resolved. Turns out he found our tub in the main bathroom was draining very slowly and we didn't even realize it. (We're currently moving into the home.) He snaked out a huge hairball and it's like it's brand new. Thanks so much and we'll be calling you for our next project!!

These guys have excellent Google reviews so I figured I'd let the yelp world know that this is a group of plumbers you can trust and use knowing they will give you quality work for a fair price and deliver excellent customer service. This is coming from someone who has had a lot of trouble from multiple hire outs while remodeling their home. Experts plumbing is one of the few groups of skilled workers I can highly recommend.

Rude. No mask and told me if I didn't say yes right then and there to do the job, don't bother calling back. He wouldn't come back. Also threw a brick from the bottom of my mobile home in my grass. Don't call these people. Rip off and rude.

If I could give a negative 5 star to Chris's plumbing I would do so. We were told they would be out between 8:30 AM and noon. We waited eight hours for them to show up. Two plumbers of which one was extremely rude. They left at approximately 8 PM that evening. They were to install new shower fixtures and A faucet in the master bedroom and a new faucet in the guest bathroom . When they finished with the shower faucet I told him it was unacceptable and I was going to have it inspected. At that point they took it back apart and fixed it the right way. The mounting plate for the handle was approximately 1/2 inch out from the tile. The backside where the valve was installed had a chunk of PVC pipe used as a shim to hold the front mounting plate in tighter to the tile. The rude plumber installed the faucet in the master and moved onto the guest bathroom. There instead of checking to see if the faucet would fit he tore out the old faucet and destroyed it then took out the drain and destroyed that. Then informed us that the one we bought would not fit. I told him you will have to put the one that you took out of the master in here so we use the sink. He said I think I destroyed that one too. He had to use the drain from the new faucet ( so now I can't return that set) so we could use the sink. When we told them we were not going to pay until we had someone from Chris's plumbing come out to look at the mess that they made and did not want to pay for the extra hour it took for them to correct the shower valve and faucet handle the rude one got mad.
The next day we called Chris's plumbing and spoke to Chris Hoffman the owner. When my husband asked if they were licensed plumbers he got mad and started screaming at him. Never did answer whether or not they are licensed plumbers. I'm guessing NOT since he got so mad. We ask him if he would come out and look and he SCREAMED I'm not coming out And I will take you to small claims court. At this point he said this is how it will go down
1. We will both show up, and have to go to court the second time. At this point I will fain stomach flu. Which means you will have to show up the third time.
It sure sounds like this man has been in small claims court several times to know how to use the system so well.
By now we have him on speaker phone. I told him I have pictures I can send him so that he can see what they did in the shower. He insulted me at this point and my husband hung up on him. Then he called us back and asked my husband if we got disconnected. My husband said no I hung up on you and he said well let me do the same to you and then he hung up.
I have never worked with a more unprofessional company. All we wanted was for him to see firsthand what was done. We did not want to pay for the hour it took for them to correct their own mistake. I will be talking to BBB and also to Angie's list when I am finished here.
Do yourself a favor and scroll down through the reviews and you will see that this is typical of Chris's plumbing. I should have read those reviews before we ever hired them. I hope this review will keep someone else from going through the misery we went through with Chris's Plumbing.

I need a contractor for several jobs. I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool. Seemed simple.
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby. The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose. I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose. So they re-did it. I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min). It was worse. Very unsafe. Very poor workmanship. I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away. I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't. I asked for my money back. They said no. They do not stand by their work. They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done. I suggest to avoid BMD. They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it. It was worse. Why would I have you out a 3rd time? I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you, i had a real professional out to fix it. He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert. He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing. You caused a dangerous situation. You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled. To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.

DO NOT CALL! UNRELIABLE, INCREDIBLY RUDE, DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Waited around for HOURS for them to show up only to be talked in circles by 3 different people in the same company, all with completely different stories/excuses within a 15 min time span! The only positive thing that came from this is not having a company like this in your house! SCARY!
Tampa, FL
Outrageous! A first time scheduled, non emergency call, replaced a floater in my toilet, about a $15 part and in my house not more than 15 minutes = $175.00. Yikes, thank goodness this was not a serious plumbing issue? Never, ever, again!!
