After a year long struggle with a plumbing issue we originally thought we had under control, my wife and I reached out to a local plumbing company to get to the bottom of the issue.
We contacted Alex with Calello Plumbing and we could not be happier! The last time our issue reappeared, Alex more than happily snaked every pipe in our house to find the issue. I should also mention that even though the sun had already gone down at this point, Alex worked hard and did everything he could in the limited light.
After a couple hours of exhaustive work, he informed us that he could not find the issue, and would not charge us because of that. He told us he would be back the next morning with more equipment to find the source of the problem.
Early the very next morning, Alex showed up ready to get to the bottom of things. After a few more extensive hours of work with more equipment, he regrettably informed us that we had tree roots in our pipes somewhere along the line. He got us in touch with a sister company they work with which ran a camera cable through our pipes to find the source of the issue.
After that the roots were found, Alex was back out to our house again to fix the problem. I should also mention that this all took place over the holidays, and Alex still treated all of this as an emergency, focusing all of his attention on the matter.
I cannot commend enough how professional, courteous, expedient and meticulous Alex's work was - he, along with Calello Plumbing, are a true class act. With fast and thorough service, at an amazing price, I cannot recommend Calello Plumbing enough! I will certainly be reaching out to them the next time we have an emergency plumbing issue!

On 5/12/2018 i called lightning plumbling because my kitchen faucet was leaking. A technician called me to inquire about my leak. He inquired about the type of faucet I had. When I told him I had a pull out faucet, he asked a few more questions about the leak. Within our conversation he made a suggestion that may solve my problem. He suggested that i try to tighten the plull out cord to see if that would stop the leak. Later I discovered that there was a defective part that the manufacturer was responsible for replacing. The purpose for this review is to let others know that Lightning Plumbing Services have an A+ Rating because they could have just come out and charged for a service. They made suggestions without charging me. It appears they will try to help you before they charge you.

Absolutely great company. We called more than a few plumbers who couldn't fit a simple drain snake into their schedule, meanwhile an hour after calling Optimum I had a technician at my door. Mike, the tech was honest, professional, and knowledgeable as well as being, BY FAR, the most competitively priced. He was done in 15 minutes. I won't be calling any other plumbers from this day forward. They've earned my business.

Laura was very prompt in responding to my inquiry I needed to repair a broken hub tee under our home (1920's bungalow) and properly run the drain waste piping which was installed incorrectly. While getting the estimate I also requested that the plumber snake a bathroom sink that was clogged. Everyone involved was professional, the work was completed quickly and at a great price.

Very impressed with the speed and service of this company. Had a Sunday morning plumbing emergency and called probably a dozen plumbers. This was the ONLY plumbing service that 1) answered the phone 2) got someone out here in about an hour and 3) had VERY reasonable rates. Another company I called, Ben Franklin plumbing quoted us $250 just to come out!! Any services done would be on top of that price! Abbott Plumbing did it all for less than that.
The technician (I believe his name was Jason) was extremely professional, courteous and genuinely did everything he could to save us money. He completed the job in under an hour, which saved us more money, and did very good work. I will definitely call this company first in the future. This is how a company should operate. Thank you Abbott's and thank you Jason!

Five stars all day guys! My 16 year old water heater was leaking and I needed a replacement. I called all the high rated plumbers and got around the same quote. I came across these guys by word of mouth and they came in way under all other estimates.
They showed up on time and ready. The installation went off without a hitch. Very painless and easier than expected. Highly recommend this new company.

Our small restaurant has used 3 different grease trap companies. GreaseCorp is the cleanest and most professional by far!! They make it virtually hands free for me. They call to verify monthly appointment and show up on time, every time. Just one less thing I have to worry about. Thank you GreaseCorp!!

Kudos to Kyle and Edwin for their expertise and professionalism in installing a new garbage disposal unit, unclogging the kitchen drain, and installing a top-quality water filtration system. These Apex plumbers were responsive and on time and made sure the jobs were done right. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I came home from a weekend getaway and threw some clothes in the washer. Later I went to load everything into the dryer and stepped into a puddle. I tracked it down to corroded drain pipe under the laundry tub.
I took the parts to the expert, patient and very kind folks at Palmer's. For $16.05, I was given all the replacement parts assembled along with tips on how to install them once I got home. I'm no spring chicken, but I always feel confident I am able complete simple plumbing and electrical projects. Please see pics to see what I was dealing with and the final results. I highly recommend visiting the amazing Palmer's Hardware team for any home improvement/DIY jobs.

I had a great experience with this company until they showed up. Greeted well when I called, appropriate appointment time, they called before coming and showed up on time. However VERY DISAPPOINTED within minutes of their arrival. After quickly assessing the situation of my bathroom standard size drain - the plumber stated that he did not have the standard size 1 1/2 inch straight PVC pipe or the slow sweep standard size curve pipe that he needed. He suggested coming back later in the week when he might have the pvc on his truck, even though I had cancelled work for that afternoon and driven 21 miles home for this appt. otherwise he would have to charge me a $55 fee for getting the materials in addtion to the labor/service call. When I told him that I told them when I called what he would be servicing my standard bathroom drain and he should have had them on his truck he said well you can't have everything on your truck. I could understand this if it was a special pipe or fitting but this was standard stuff and I had alerted them what they would be fixing. He went 2.8 miles to get the pvc and truly did add $55 to my bill for it. I paid it telling myself that I would call the office later. So I called the office later and explained that this was absurd not to have this standard stuff on the truck and I had told them what they would be working on. The office person cooly stated that basically that yea, that is the way we roll. NEVER NEVER EVER using these people again. That is a stupid money making scheme that is way over priced. I will inquire about this the next time I need a plumber.

I recently received a wonderful letter from the City of Tampa. It was a harshly worded letter advising me that I had 14 days to have a backflow test performed and the results sent to them, or they'd begin fining me. I received the letter Saturday preceding Thanksgiving. Really?! I've got 14 days to test something I've never heard of, with the clock running as of Thanksgiving week, and I'll get fined if I don't comply.
Anyway, a backflow device is something inserted into the water line on the customer (resident) side of a water meter to prevent water from flowing back into the system after it has gone through the meter. In my case, my lawn hose spigots and irrigation system are all isolated from the rest of the home via a backflow prevention valve. Unbeknownst to me, the City of Tampa requires you to have your backflow devices tested once per year. Of course no one does that, since no one I know had ever received this order either.
In any case, ten years after buying my home, I received the letter to show proof of compliance with the annual testing. The letter included a list of 40 or so companies who can perform the test. Olin Plumbing was on the list, I visited their website, and unlike most plumbing companies, I could even order the testing via their site, for a flat rate of $25 if no repairs are needed. Their site advises that they donate any profits above the cost of the test to All Childrens Hospital in St Pete. I placed my order on a Sunday evening. Monday morning I had an email reply asking for me to scan and email a copy of the City's demand letter, which I did. They performed the test Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving, submitted the results to the City, and sent me a bill.
So, hard to complain about that; easy ordering of the service, surprisingly rapid delivery of the service, they did all the work, I paid my $25 and got the City of Tampa off my back.

I have a client who needed an outside 1/2 inch cpvc pipe fixed. She called several plumbers but found All Pro Plumbing was able to come that morning. All Pro Plumbing did fix the pipe as illustrated in the first image that's attached. The part they fixed is circled in the first image that's attached. The charge was $682.86. In the hour that the plumber was there he replaced a 1/2 inch cpvc T and 6 inches of pipe. So for an hour's worth of work and about $10 worth of parts the bill was $682.86!!!! See attached bill. This lady was taken advantage of. She needed her pipe fixed and the plumber took advantage of her. I called the company the next day and basically was told by I'm assuming the receptionist, there was nothing she could do about it. she then went on and said, well the customer agreed to the estimate and paid it. I said, she needed her pipe fixed and was taken advantage of because of her situation. I said and hour of work plus $10 in parts does not equate to $682. Her reply was well there was 47 minutes of drive time. I told her if she can't do anything about this then I'd like to speak with a manager or owner who can. She said she would let the manager know. Of course I never heard back. I waited a few days, then sent a message from there website, still no call back after a few days. I didn't leave this review to be malicious. I've left it to tell the truth. All Pro Plumbing apparently charges $600+/hour for their services.

A Stone was hired to disconnect and reconnect a solar panel for a roof replacement. They came out and disconnected my parents solar panel and when called out convinced them that they needed a new hot water heater. That there would be no charge because it was under warranty. That of course does not include installation. Once installed they never reconnected up the solar panel. The plumber was asked before he left and called the office and was told to leave it. They have ignored numerous calls and letters sent to them.
