Outrageous Estimate
Had them come to provide an estimate. They were the 4th of 5 I was getting. The first four estimated 3-4 hours of work, all at about $100 per hour. Cass came and provided an initial estimate of $3250. In their defense, the person told me not to gag. When I told him I wasn't interested if it was anywhere near $1000, he hemmed & hawed with much silence. I asked him to leave for wasting my time. Are they just trying to find an unaware customer willing to pay such bizarre costs? You should check around and never pay more than $100 per hour for a licensed and insured plumber. They wasted my time.

I had a drip in the cold water inlet valve under kitchen sink. I decided to call a plummer to repair rather than try myself. Cass plummer arrived and I informed him exactly where the leak was coming from. He looked at the valve and confirmed it was leaking. He simply tightened the screw on the valve and it was fixed. Surprisingly, I was charged $135. After plummer left, I called Cass Office to inquire how the charge could have been $135 when plummer was in my home max of 10 minutes to fix the leak. I was informed that I was charged the diagnostic charge of $185 but with a discount of $50 because I was a member. I stated that I had informed the plummer exactly where the leak was coming from and that he did not spend any time diagnosing. They said they would call me back but did not hear back from them.
Called several 24/7 Plumbers, none could come until the following day except Cass Plumbing. Richard arrived on schedule (8:30 pm on a Saturday evening) and made the repair quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Very pleasant, friendly and personable. He was informative throughout the entire process. Will call Cass for all our plumbing needs in the future.
Amazing precise craftsmanship. Amazingly neat. Amazing final product. See pic of new garbage disposal

Advertises as free Estimate, scheduled an appointment . but when they actually get to the property they will try to charge you to do the diagnosis in order to get a 'free estimate' . Another words no advantage over any other plumbing company in the Bay Area. As a property manager will not be using them again.

After speaking with Tammy, she sent out Drew to work on my plumbing problem. Drew was great, he analyzed the problem and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes after meeting him. Drew had a great personality and he seemed as someone I would enjoy having a beer with. Other than having to stop work to go buy a part, he was very efficient and quick. Great customer service from both Tammy and Drew. Very good customer service overall and would definitely use them in the future.

Scam artists. Came out 3x and my toilet was still not fixed. After paying $275 the first time was told that I needed a new toilet the third time. An hour later quoted me $750. For a guest bathroom toilet install. No way! Do NOT give these people your business. Home Depot toilet is $150. $300/ hr labor? I don't think so...
RESPONSE TO CASS:
I understand sir and I appreciate the $100 credit after I asked for it, however $750 (or $650) is just not competitive with the market for a small install like this.
Also I was told driver would call when on his way and of course he did not. I have a big dog that goes crazy when people ring the doorbell.
service person arrived outside the 2 hour window given for service and was not professionl enough to call and let me know. needed to swap out a chipped enameled cast iron dual bowl kitchen sink with a dual bowl stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink that i purchased at lowes. the estimate was $600!!! he said he would need 2 people and 3 hours to do the job. i laughed and told him to take a hike. this company was referred by home advisor which makes me suspicious of them as well. my wife and 30 year old daughter put it in in 6 hours and it looks great. they have never done like work before but they can read instructions/follow them. that job should have been no more than $250 and one person could have done it in 2 hours. i definitely felt the service person was 'testing the water' to see if i was stupid enough to accept his initial bid. i wasn't! don't do business with this company.
Today I had Cass come out to snake the main drain line. They would not give an est. over the phone, and when the plumber came out he charged $425 with a $75 first-time customer discount. So $350 for a 30-minute job that should have cost $100. People are getting overcharged for simple jobs! Since I needed to be completed ASAP, I had no choice. I would not recommend this company because of the price. Simple labor should not be this expensive for a 30-minute job.
I needed a new hot water heater and was referred to Cass Plumbing. They were friendly and came when they said they would. Their price was a bit high but they were willing to match a price given by another plumber.
We did not use Cass as they asked for a 50% deposit in advance. We have never been asked for a deposit before. The reason we do not approve of this is that once a plumber, electrician, etc. has your deposit they can change the cost of the job and you could be stuck trying to get your deposit back. This was especially true as their initial price was several hundred dollars higher then some others.
It is important to repeat that they were friendly, punctual and were willing to work on pricing. We just do not pay plumbers a 50% deposit.

My gas hot water heater was partially working, not producing hot water all the time . The tank was not leaking . Cass plumbing service man gave me an estimate if $1200 -saying it would be just as cheap to replace the whole unit than to repair it. I called a repairman from my local online neighbor hood group and he checked it and said the pilot light and burner flame were working. He said it needed cleaned and at worst the thermocouple tube (an $8 part at Home Depot) may need replaced and it would cost $75-$100 . By the time this service man came the water heater was working fine. So I opted to NOT repair it or clean it at this time. I also had researched videos on YouTube that made the job look simple and a cheap fix so I may repair / clean it myself. Cass was obviously a RIP OFF company iut to take advantage of customers so I would NEVER recommend them to anyone !
Stay away!! I used them previously and didn't have an issue. Hired them for a second job and every thing fell apart. Please note, Cass has program where if you use their services, they provide you with a $75 discount coupon towards a future service. Make sure they apply the coupon before doing the work as they will not honor their own coupon!!
I asked them to come and do an estimate to install a water softener. Nice guy comes out and tries to talk me into upgrading my hot water heater as well. He quotes me $450 to install the water softener and $550 to install the water heater. I explained i only wanted the softener done and he says OK. Fast forward a few days and I notice I never received an estimate emailed to me. I call the office to set up the appointment and ask if they can email the quote over to me. The dispatcher explains the price to install the water softener is $550. Now I'm confused. I explain to her that wasn't what the gentleman that provided the estimate had quoted. $550 was the cost to install the water heater that i never even requested an estimate for. The dispatcher was really nice and says that she will check in with her manager. She calls me back the next day and says Mr Hall, you are right, I spoke with the guy, $450 was for the softener, $550 was for the water heater She even mentioned that she could see from the original call, I was only looking to install a water softener only so no worries. I set up an appointment with her for the following week. Fast forward to the appointment date. No one shows up. No phone calls and I'm confused. I call the office and get a different person that had no knowledge of my appointment and only had details on the previous work I had done. Now this is starting to get bad. I call a different number and i reached the original dispatcher I spoke with. She can't find the appointment and has no clue what's going on and asks if she can call me back. When she does, she says that she reviewed our calls. She says the appointment should have been set, but she didn't know why my appointment wasn't in the system. She keeps apologizing and then she says she will ask her manager about a discount and if she could call me back. No worries but this is where things get very upsetting.
The lady calls me back and I explain its nice that she is offering a discount for the NO SHOW but i wanted her to be aware that Cass Plumbing provided me with a $75 discount certificate which can be used on any future services. If they are going to provide any discount it would be on top of that coupon as I planned on using the coupon they provided to me. The dispatcher then tells me, that since they already gave me a discount and reduced the installation price for the water softener from $550 to $450 they won't provide any discount for being a NO SHOW for the first appointment AND I can't use the discount certificate they provided to me for future service.
Cass Plumbing dropped the ball and was a NO SHOW. I don't really expect a discount for that. However they did quote me $450 to install a water softener and provided me with a $75 coupon I expected to use.
It is extremely unprofessional to change the estimate from $450 to $550 and then act like you're doing me a favor when you change it back. $450 was the original amount of the estimate for what I wanted done. You guys got the numbers confused trying to include other items.
It is extremely unprofessional to give me a coupon good towards future use and not honor your own coupon!!
These are my two complaints. Im not even going to address the poor customer service, them not showing up for the appointment or them treating me in such an unprofessional manner.
I Would Stay Away!!

I chose Cass Plumbing from Home Advisor, and from the first phone call the experience was top notch. The gentleman who set my appointment was friendly and accommodating, and there were follow-up e-mails and phone calls so I always knew I was on their radar. On the day of my appointment Tony arrived at the earlier part of the time window, which was helpful. I had an unexplained leak and at first glance it looked like it could be an extremely expensive fix. But then Tony had a hunch which turned out to be correct, and it ended up being very simple and inexpensive. Tony is my hero! The $75 coupon for first time customers sure was nice too. Thank you Tony and Cass Plumbing!

We paid $750 for a half-ass job and a mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for any type of service. Please do not waste your time and money. We own a home in Clear Water area, got back-up couple time and we tried our luck with Cass Plumbing. They quoted $750 for video and jet our pipe. We were out of town at the time so we could do nothing but trust Cass Plumbing for their service. After the technician came, he quoted us $10,000 to dig up and replace the pipe (that cost is not including re do the concrete). According to Cass Plumbing, we have cast iron pipe and it belly-up. THIS IS A BULLSHIT LIE. Only PVC pipe belly-up, Cast iron will either break or crack. We asked for the video to see what he saw and IT TOOK 4 WEEKS. We have to fly all the way to Florida and they still kept playing telephone for another 3 days. Tammy provides horrible service. We had to have another plumbing company come over for another video then found out a 5ft broken snake was left in the main line pipe which jammed everything. I tried to be fair and not assuming the snake is belonged to Cass Plumbing but very obvious they're not only fail to provide the video but also fail to jet the pipe for us. We reached out for Tammy one more time to let her know we're fed up with this scam. Surprisingly, she blamed the technician (cannot reach out for him for 4 weeks??). Of course, Tammy too rude to apologize and just hung up on us. Again? Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They're fail at handling customer service and fail at accomplishing their job. They almost hot us into a $10,000 project. Totally a scam!!!!
I called them about a plugged toilet issue on a Saturday. They stated it would be $55 to come out and see what the issue was and give an estimate. If I decided to use them the $55 is waived and there was not additional charge for a Saturday call for service. The tech called me and said he would be there in 2 hours about 15 minutes later he called back and said he was on his way and be there in 30 minutes, I thought wow that is great, but that is all that was good about the service.
When I tech showed up I told him the issue and showed him the bathroom. About 10 minutes later he came out to the kitchen area and said that it would be $270 dollars and I told him not to do the work and why so high priced. He stated they have set prices and a restricted toilet is $270 no matter if it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours. He informed me that I owe the money because he had completed the work already. It appears my father ok'd it to get it fixed so that is not issue with Cass Plumbing.
When I called on Monday to find out about these set prices and why if they have set prices why tell people it is a $55 to respond for estimate. I was told they cannot give prices over the phone, guess they get plumber to door and then collect $55 when they give outrageous price. They then had service manager Drew call me back. He told me their prices are set and that is the price for a toilet to be cleared and it does not matter if 10 minutes or 3 hours, woe I guess that is in their training because that is the exact same words the tech used. He told me it was the luck of the draw, don't know if it is good luck then that it only took 10 minutes versus 3 hours but for a manager to say to customer the price is set and luck of the draw.
Drew told me he would send me a $75 dollar gift card but a week later I did not get it. When I called the lady told me that Drew did not tell them to get me one but she would get one out in the mail. When the card came there was nothing else inside the envelope not even a business card or thank you comment, it was like here take this a go away feeling.
I did see another review saying they got a $75 gift card from Cass Plumbing too, must be standard practice for them. Drew also told me that he needs his people to make $200 per hour and that still only gives him 3% profit, he needs a new financial department if he only makes 3% that means for $20,000 the company only is making $600, how do they stay in business?
Cass Plumbing
Leaking kitchen faucet, nothing out of the ordinary. Issue was not with the repair but rather the advertised first time customer $75.00 gift certificate. Turns out the gift certificate is imaginary as it is never noted on any of the invoices and thus never applied.
You are given a figure, you pay half and the other half upon completion. When you ask about the credit you are told.. no more discounts.. but hey, where's the first discount?? However I can do math; add the alleged $75 gift certificate to the quoted cost and you get a sum that no one would agree to to change out a faucet! That's called low key shady and misleading advertising. First and last time as a customer.
Only giving 2 stars because they came same day. Had a sewage backup due to a blockage in the line. Tech came out and snaked the line and said he cleared it. Paid over $400 for him to snake the line. I specifically asked if this fixed the problem and he told me yes he is positive. Next day we still had problems and I called in only to be told the work is not warrantied and non refundable. I called a different plumbing company out which did a camera inspection and found a way to clear the blockage. Cass plumbing basically stole my money from me.

Took nearly 3 months to complete a job they told me will take 3 days to complete. After two months of not returning my calls or avoiding them, I had a scheduled 12 day vacation planned for over a year, then they blamed me away those days why it took so long, even though when I got a hold of them they confirmed it would be done the day I left and I had someone at the house waiting with no show. It took the BBB and a Lawyer letter to get them to finish 5 days shy of 3 months. The nerve of them after two and half months to say it was me for that time. Stay away. Even when they came to fix the remaining it took them two trips, because the first team half ass it leaving holes in the yard.

We appreciate the response time but the cost, really? $427 for 20 minutes of work! I am on business travel so my wife naturally freaked out when garage water heater pipe burst and spreading water everywhere. This is an external breakage so I can not imaging if the in wall repair would look like. It's normally $100 per hour is the going rate, so it's on the Saturday so you can double it should still be $200, min 1 hour + material should be $200+, Not $427. Doing business like this is not ethical, yes my wife agreed to the work, what is her choice on a Saturday. I hope you guys can sleep at night!
I would give Cass Plumbing 6+ stars. Had a worsening problem with a pipe leak on a Sunday and Cass Plumbing had Brian out to fix the problem within one hour. The other plumbers I called didn't return my call until Brian was finished.

Cass was referred to us by the COA for a required plumbing inspection. The only issue we knew of one toilet was running, there were no other noticeable issues. Cass sent someone out and they said there were numerous issues at the property and they would fix everything for $3250. I had another plumber go out to quote the same work. That plumber came back and informed us that most of what Cass identified as issues, were in fact not issues. That plumber fixed the three items that were actual issues, one of which Cass did not even identify as an issue. The bill for repairs from the second plumber was $325. Cass charged us $250 to inspect and provide us a bogus quote. I will not use them again.
I had three estimates to re-pipe my home, Cass came in substantially higher then all of them, however being that they were a preferred vendor with the remediation company assigned through insurance, I decided to try to work with them. I asked for them to honor their 11% price match guarantee I saw posted on their website, they told me they would price match, but they would not extend the 11% guarantee. Anyways, in the end insurance agreed to pay for the work as part of an existing claim so we agreed to use Cass.
Pros:
-Did the job in a timely manner, completed in 3 days.
-Crew was friendly and respectful.
Cons:
-I was told everything was finished and when they turned the water on we discovered the soldered connections on both of ours showers were leaking and they said they would have to come back later to redo the work.
-Two huge holes were dug in my hard and were never fixed, it would have been helpful if they at least put the dirt from the holes on a tarp for me to fill the holes back in rather then putting it all over the yard taking me hours to rake up.
-They had to patch a large area of stucco siding from incorrectly drilled holes running the supply line into the house.
-Found multiple scrap parts and food items left throughout the house and cigarette butts on the driveway.
-The two plumbers assigned to my job told me they had only been with the company for 2 weeks, I would have liked a veteran plumber from the company overseeing the work.
-Poor communication when requesting information prior to the start of the job.
DO NOT CALL! UNRELIABLE, INCREDIBLY RUDE, DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Waited around for HOURS for them to show up only to be talked in circles by 3 different people in the same company, all with completely different stories/excuses within a 15 min time span! The only positive thing that came from this is not having a company like this in your house! SCARY!
$320 to snake a kitchen drain. Actually said it was $400, with a 20% discount. Also doesn't guarantee snaked clogs for any period of time.
I contacted Cass Plumbing through Angie's List and had them come out to give me an estimate to install a water softener I bought in a location where the previous owner of the home had his ( I just bought the home) and put in a recirculating pump on my instant hot water heater. Quote for the installation of the water softener was $4650.

Almost 2 weeks ago 2 associates from Cass Plumbing came to give me an estimate to install a water softener. One of the individuals put his leg through my garage ceiling leaving a hole approximately 3x3 feet. I was assured that it would be repaired. No word after 2 days. I began calling every day and was told each time they were attempting to reach their drywall people. Never did anyone contact me with a status. I filed a complaint with Home Advisor where I had originally obtained the name of this company. Still nothing. I sent an email to Tammie the office manager for a status. She replied that she attempted to contact their drywall people to no avail and suggested that I find someone, WHAT!! Seriously, you want ME to find someone to fix this problem that was caused by YOUR employee!!?? So 2 weeks later I still have a huge whole in my garage ceiling. If I could give a negative 0 rating I surely would.

Excellent service. I replaced my water heater in my condo. Not only where they the cheaper of four quotes they used the same high quality products, were timely, and very professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Cass Plumbing.
I've been a Cass Plumbing customer, and a Team Club member, for several years. I've always found Cass Plumbing to be professional, and perform quality work at a fair price. My latest plumbing need was on 4/20/2017. Pete and his apprentice were punctual and professional. My small, easy job proved to be challenging. But Pete used his experience and skills to accomplish the fix (an exterior water leak). I highly recommend Cass Plumbing!
I called Cass Plumbing because they were close to my house, and had a high rating when I typed in best rated plumbers in Tampa into Google. All I needed done was a simple kitchen drain unclogging. The plumber that came out used my wrench to get into the drain trap. He was done in five minutes, and charged me $200 for the job. This is supposedly after a military discount. I tried contacting them numerous times about a coupon they advertised with no response. I could have bought all the equipment necessary to do the minimal work the plumber did for $25. I will not use these plumbers again. Pick someone else.

I was staying in Riverview with a friend. After a series of plumbing leaks, leaks that she was repairing one at a time she finally experienced a huge pipe burst. After calling and emailing multiple plumbers, Cass got back to me almost as soon as I pressed enter. They were out at the house in 14 hours and were able to give a full evaluation of the problem. They also provided an estimate. With estimate in hand, I shoped around. Cass was right in line with the cost. Within a week the entire house was replumbed. An entire house recieved an entirely new system, the old system shut down and the water heater, outside spikets, etc. all properly hooked up and working perfect.
Cass was professional, worked without budget and did things quickly.
There were a few things that I didn't expect. When I reached out to Cass for clarity, they came back out, fixed a few things that were not part of the contract and did it with free of charge. They put quality and customer service ahead of dollars.
If I ever need, or know of anyone that needs, plumbing services, Cass will be my first and last call.
One star because 0 is not an option. Gave me an in person estimate to replace toilet. In the estimate appointment, I explained the toilet had only plastic lines and valve that I wanted updated. On the scheduled work day, I noticed the valve and line were not changed out. I was told that was $150 extra. I tried to explain that it was discussed in the estimate and part of the quote. The company was quick to tell me that it was not in writing so they would not honor anything said in the estimate. Very bad customer service, very rude service provider .... Please save yourself the hassle and find an honest plumber.

Called for a clogged sink (Garbage disposal), they showed up and asked me to pay $175 diagnostics. 3 minutes later, I was told I need a new garbage disposal that will cost close to $500. The serviceman never even tried to run the disposal or loosen it. I wouldn't get them near my house.
From the office manager Tammy to the technician Cody, Cass Plumbing was top notch! We found them through Home Advisor, and we're so glad we did! Tammy got us an immediate appointment. Cody arrived on time and was exceptionally polite and professional, but most importantly, he installed our 2 new bathroom faucets perfectly; this included replacing what turned out to be an old rusted out trap that was on the verge of leaking, which required going back to the shop for the right size trap--all of which was already covered in the cost of the job--at no extra charge. He also completed an unexpected toilet repair for a very minimal fee. Cass also offers a free membership that immediately gave us 20% off on the spot on everything that Cody did and any future jobs forever! Great service, Cass!

Cass was the first plumber to reply to my request on Angi (Home Advisor) They had very high ratings. If you look at yelp.com their ratings are not very good.
I was pleased that they came out right away so I give them high marks for coming fast and without a service charge.
Their quote was $650 to install a faucet and fix the kitchen leak. I hired a different plumber and they also came out that same day, and it cost me $354 in total including a trip charge of $59. That's 83.6% higher than the amount I paid. Shame on you Cass Plumbing and shame on those that pay your ridiculous prices.
i assume that theyt lure a lot of people to give them a try because they don't charge an up front service fee, but they sock-it-to-you once they come out.
We had an emergency back up at our community where CASS was supposed to both Jet the line and run a camera. Neither of those services were performed and they charged me $1000. They did not fix the issue and I had to call another plumber out following their visit who was able to fix the issue by jetting the line. I expected a service call as time was spent on the property, however, to charge $1000 and they didn't even do what they were called out for was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not use them again nor recommend them.

After having 4 different plumbing companies try to solve the problem at a cost of over $1000 I finally called Cass Plumbing and was impressed from the first phone call. They were responsive, hard working, communicative and professional. They gave me a very competitive estimate and even called the morning of their visit to let me now they were on their way. Their team included Cleveland, Stephen, and NG, (new guy, sorry I did not get his name). They worked hard to cut through 20 feet of concrete to replace a broken sewer pipe. They cleaned up their mess afterward. When I next need a plumber I will certainly give these guys a call.
We've gone with Cass Plumbing several times because they seemed reliable and honest on some small jobs we had done. But, during an inspection, they found our water heater leaking and talked us into replacing two old tanks with a brand new tankless. We didn't do the research we usually do, which was our fault. They told us we were getting the top of the line model to the tune of $6400.
Well, I was getting tired of waiting 2 minutes for hot water to reach our master bath (which they graciously told us they could remedy for another $1000). I started the research on the model we had installed and recirculating solutions (2 months too late). I found the most expensive retailer for this model water heater was selling it for just under $1600 (another was as cheap as $1300). So we paid approximately $5000 for four hours of labor, parts and haul-away??? Not only that, our research showed that the Navien 240 model tankless heater (which we had installed) has a version with the recirculating pump already installed (it IS their top of the line model) and retails for only a couple of hundred dollars more.
On top of all this, they left the wire harness from the electric heater in my closet hanging out with just some loose wire nuts improperly secured on the tips (one fell off when I went to look at it). I'll have to remove that, cover the holes in the wall and the old pipe they left sticking out of the wall too. Pretty shoddy for the amount of labor we paid.
When I pulled the receipt to see how much they charged for labor/materials, I realized they didn't give my wife an itemized receipt, just a total amount and that alone would've been a clue to the legitimacy (or lack thereof) of the estimate. I am kicking myself for letting this happen, it's a standard buyer-beware situation that more diligence on my part could've prevented. Steer clear!

I called and asked for a quote to replace a Toilet Valve. I was told We give free estimates when we send the Technician out I could not get them in until next day( 2 PM) but I decided to go w/o water because they offered a $75 Gift Certificate. This is copied from thier website
: To redeem, simply give the Certificate's Number to our Cass Plumbing Service Tech, at the time of your first paid service call.
The Tech came and quoted me $175 to replace a Toilet valve which took about 20 minutes .. I presented Certificate when he gave me bill and he told me I already had a 20% discount from the regular $223 price. When he realized it still would have been cheaper for me to use the $75 Certificate (would have been around $25 cheaper if $75 was deducted from $223... he started trying to calculate a new price in his head... throwing out numbers I told him to stop and i would pay... I was upset. This is a SCAM and Rip Off. Do not fall for thier Club or the Certificate.(which I joined so Cert would be honored- Webpage said you had to join to use it) I could have done job but was afraid I might have broken pipe.
I followed thier rules which are apparently made on the fly as in the only rule is do not give the Cert Discount. I then asked if I could still get the $75 Gift Card - that was another option for the $75 Cert. Tech told me Gift card was figured in price Nothing but a marketing Scam! Do not use these guys! They charge more an hour than my Mercedes Mechanic!
Note - I had to come back and mention something I just realized. I had bought the parts to do the job myself. They were in the Bathroom. I just went to take them back to Home Depot and noticed that Cass even used my parts! They did not even provided the Toilet Valve that they charged me $175 to replace!

I called them to give an estimate to install ProFlex CSST through my attic, and down the outside wall. Basically, go into the attic with a 50' ProFlex CSST line. Drop one side through soffit on right side of the house, and drop other side through soffit on left side of house. Connect to pipe and into kitchen. Perhaps a 3, maybe 4 hr. job. House is 35' wide, single story. The drop down is 5' on one side, 8' on the other. They quoted me a ridiculous price ($70 per foot). Seriously? When I told him I had another quote he asked that I send it to him and he would try to match it. He then asked for the lic # of the other company. I sent that to him as well. I followed up with him and he said he had a medical emergency and would call me in a few days. That was weeks ago. Never responded to any of my messages since that day.
This company failed to fix the problem and charged as if they did. Since they didn't fix the problem, they allegedly did a camera inspection and charged again. When we questioned the charge for the camera inspection, they were rude and threatened collection and a lien. We did find another company to resolve the issue quickly and without a camera inspection. This company is not good.

Extremely unreliable and dishonest. Call the Clean Plumbers instead!
Cass was three hours late to the scheduled appointment to unclog the kitchen drain.
They did 5 minutes of work and said it was fixed and billed me $200. They also told me the real problem that needed to be fixed would cost several thousand dollars and they'd like to come back to do that! Because they were so late I had to immediately leave for work and didn't see that nothing was fixed. When I called the next day and following day they would not return my calls. I called the Clean Plumbers who said it was a simple clog and there was no major repair needed and the problem has been solved. Now Cass has a collections agency and lawyers trying to collect for their (lack of) work. Could not be worse. Stay far away!
Had the water pipe broke where the water comes into my home. Called Cass Plumbing on a Sunday. They did come out right away and the work they did was quick and very good. It took him about two hours to do the work. The bill was $427.84. While I understand it was a Sunday, thought the price was too high. The person doing the repair was very polite. Great service, pricing too high.
My technician Maurice did an excellent job, with a much more reasonable quote than competitors, and quick service. Customer service over the phone was equally great! if I have any future needs, I'll be sure to continue with them! A+
They responded after hours promptly and properly performed the job for the agreed-upon price. Employee was friendly and knowledgeable.
Found Cass Plumbing Inc. through Home Advisor. Scheduled an appointment 4 days in advance to ensure availability on both sides as I would need to take time off from work to be home. At 12:30pm day of appointment (appointment window 12-2) I call them to confirm only to learn....Sorry we are busy and won't be able to make it today.
How do businesses like this remain in existence? They clearly don't value the customer or respect the customers time or efforts to accommodate them. Consumer beware!

Horrible experience. Problem was misdiagnosed and we were charged for a flange we did not need. The plumber was obviously not experienced. Horrible customer service. Will never use cass plumbing again.

I had what I thought was a problem with my gas water heater. It's the only item in my home that is gas, so I am not as familiar with it as other items. Cass Plumbing was able to send someone out same day. John M. arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He also gave me a thorough review for how the gas system operates and how the gas shut offs work, etc. I had already read the manual, but it was severely lacking. It turned out to be so simple it was a no-charge visit. It's rare these days to have a company that has employees that take the time like John did to help me out and explain things. Follow-up before and after the service call was excellent. I have already referred my neighbor to them. Great job John and everyone involved!
Would give them a zero if I could. Called to get a quote to replace two water heaters and they said they would send someone out between 12:00 and 1:00. Great. Therefore, we made plans to be home by noon to meet them. They showed up just after 11:00 and left because we weren't there yet. On top of that, they were rude when we called them back and basically blamed us. We have used Cass in the past but will NEVER use them again.

These guys are by far the best commercial plumbers I've worked with. They explain what they're doing, come early AM if needed to avoid customers, and come back if the problem isn't completely fixed. I've never had a hassle from them. Will definitely use again.

I got 3 quotes to replace the whole-house shut off valve. The price quote form Cass Plumbing was double the quote from the other 2 companies. It is a very simple job. It is hard to explain why Cass Plumbing was so high.

Cass plumbing is one of the worst company's I have ever had for service! They don't care when they make the mistake and don't do the complete job. My water bill jumped up to $311 when it runs $158. When I question them about their work a tech comes out and replaces a $2 gasket. I call them anout my water bill and the owner says because a tech came out to fix it it was a service call and that was free! I could not believe it! Poor customer service! They don't want your business !
