I called Nino after the 1st company that I had service my unit in 2020 never returned my calls. Nino was at my place the next morning. Told me that my unit wasn't wired properly and that's why it wasn't turning on based on the programming of the thermostat. When I asked him if I needed a new unit he laughed and said 'are you kidding me, you got a lot more years on this unit'.  It's so refreshing when you come across this level of professionalism & integrity. Without hesitation, I will definitely call on Nino for all of my HVAC & plumbing needs.

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Jesse arrived promptly, to service our two water heaters, he was professional and polite, he was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do and what I/we are looking for throughout his inspection, he was thorough and neat, what water that may have spilled, he was sure to clean the area.it was nice to talk to a young man who appreciates his job and the company he works for. They came, they saw, they fixed it!  James is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.  Had problems with a backup in my bathroom drain and my garbage disposal was on the fritz.  They worked quietly and efficiently and now my drain is working and my garbage disposal has been replaced.  I will continue to use his services whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Had issues with water heater yesterday called them and came right out. Took the time and had patience to figure out the problem and get it solved. Would definitely recommend.

Called PGE around 4pm on Tuesday to check on possible gas leak around our stove. When PGE comes out, they check everything that uses gas. They unhooked gas from my stove. No cooking until fixed. Then they checked my water heater. It had worse leak than the stove! Thought I would be without hot water for days. Found Emergency Water Heater & Plumbing on yelp. Mr. Mufin replied right away and was able to come out early the next morning. He found issue right away and fixed it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also explained to us everything that he was doing. Best of all, the price was right! I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend Mr. Mufin to everyone. Now time for a HOT shower!
