Seatown did a great job for us when we needed to replace the ductwork in our crawl space.  Fair price impeccable service completed in less than a day and left no trace.

The team was amazing.

Dean. Is. The. MAN!!! Our garbage disposal was rusted out worse than the Titanic (see photos) and he replaced it with a shiny new one! He was very responsive over the phone and was in and out in less than an hour. Working with Dean was a very smooth experience. Super nice and personable guy, and I could not recommend him enough!

Called about an extensive leak in our laundry room (sink)- they sent out Vincent, assisted by Art.  I was so happy that they arrived so quickly. They assessed the situation and discussed the problem with us and the costs. Although our problems were expensive:( we feel really good about the complete repair, the customer service and how nice they were! If we have any future plumbing issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask for Vincent!

They were reasonably quick with a reasonable price to diagnose the hot water tank. That's how they get their foot in the door. Within minutes of the arrival they were quoting me a price  of over $1900 to replace 1-40 gal gas HW tank. I could buy a brand new tank for around $400 at home depot, so they want $1500 for an hour's labor? WTF! What a rip-off! I was a general contractor for about 15 years in a younger life, so I have an idea about what things should cost. Being retired and laid up with a bad wrist this wasn't a task I could take on myself. I made a second call. The second plumber charged me $1200 to replace the tank. It was still a steep price but a lot more reasonable that Hunt's price!

I STARTED freakin' once I saw Beacon's estimate for a new water line.  Beacon wanted $7500 while my other two estimates came in at $5000 and $3300.

The guy they sent out was super nice and seemed to know what he was talking about, but the cost... oh my, the cost.  I almost paid double what I had to.  It's been almost a month since the work was done and it still makes my stomach twist to think of my near-robbery courtesy of Beacon.  

I see other reviewers of this company have attracted damage control attempts from someone high up at Beacon.  That wouldn't be so necessary if Beacon just stopped charging way more than the competition.   I don't normally go to Yelp to rip on a company just for being the highest bidder, but Beacon earned an exception.

In the end, I hired Top Gun Plumbing for this job and they did fantastic work.

Called about replacing a dishwasher. I had already pulled out the old one and had a brand new one ready to install. All I needed was the new dishwasher installed, that was it. I asked over the phone roughly how much it would be but they had no idea but offered to send someone out for a $100 service charge. The tech comes out and offers the service for $2,000!! To replace a dishwasher seriously?!! For these levels of plumbers that should be a very simple job and nowhere near that price point. Unreal.

We purchased a new heat pump and furnace (12K) with these people just about a year ago. Not at all happy. The person selling us the unit really sold us on the energy efficient properties and cost savings. We were under the impression we would be saving a lot of money on our heating bills to help offset the cost of the new unit. They even would guarantee it. Right. That is not the case at all. A BIG FAT SALESMAN'S LIE. We should have been less gullible, however, with the good rating of the company we felt we were okay to trust them somewhat blindly. I would not recommend trusting them at all.
