Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing!!! Thank you for sending Davey our way!! He is perfessional, caring and demonstrated expert work. Davey explained everything to detail and doubled checked all areas of the house for where our leak was coming from. He immediatly suggested we connect with Premier Water Removal to investigate the leak, so he made the call and PWR called right away..... We thank you so much for your quick and great service!!! These guys are the ones to call, hands down!!!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

I Have purchased items from the store a number of times and always have found both the parts and showroom staff very helpful. Saving me time, money and return trips!
Until a few weeks ago, I had not used their service dept. Then our aging water heater started to fail. Chris came out twice and was very thorough and attentive to being masked, etc... More importantly, he did a great job and found some ways to save us money as well. Great job, Chris!
Years ago I worked for the largest plumbing distributor in the western US and therefore had a lot of interaction with plumbers. Like any profession, there are good and bad. The folks from Aurora were always professional and knowledgeable. Its good to see that years later this hasn't changed.

Anyone reading this review, you'd do well to avoid this company. Take the time to read the reviews here and other sites like City Search and elsewhere. This is a common practice, the negative reviews are primarily about shady pricing and evasive answers when pressed for explanation about charges.

You are missing the point Bill.
NO ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED - NONE.
Zero.
Nothing.
Your plumber broke your own rules.
Actual time on task was closer to 35 minutes. I should not have to pay for your people to sit in their truck smoking cigarettes while 'writing up the bad news'
When I said I could do it myself for less than $400 that means BOTH the hot and cold water + the faucet. The ENTIRE assembly. Your numbers are for only the cold water - see the difference here? Labor for a replacement... 15 minutes, tops.
Based on the readings from here and other reviews posted at other sites, and NOW personal experience, your company bills at whatever rate your plumbers decide the customer can pay. Nice house = lots of $$$ because 'that is what the book says'.
You are right I posted this before talking to you - I am furious at the audacity of you and your company to not make this right.
I noticed that King 5 has done a story about your company in the past, I'm sure they will be interested in hearing about this and maybe doing another one.
KIRO radio is playing your adds... I am sure they will rethink that when they start digging around in these reviews.
Your company took advantage of the situation. Your plumber should have said I am going to try and slow down the water, it is going to cost you $ per whatever amount of time and NOT presented it as though doing a favor after telling me he could not fix it.
Why don't you do the right thing and refund $135.73. You keep $200.00 which is more than reasonable for the work that was done.

They canceled my appointment hours before they were supposed to show up due to other customers requiring service. My appointment has been on the books over a week. Thank you for wasting my afternoon since I had to leave work early. Very inconsiderate.
