Best Appliance Installation in Seattle WA
Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Good- quick availability, fast work, problem resolved
Bad - quality of finished work/product, lack of transparency
Summary - if your problem requires replacing your toilet, I would recommend you to go to the store to ensure what is purchased meets your needs.

We had Michael's come in to look at a plumbing issue. The person who came to fix the problem suggested that we replace the entire toilet. I had specifically told them that I want the same kind of toilet before he went to the store to purchase. After the work was done, I found that the one installed did not match the base size, seat cover, handles. I was told that what he got was the only kind available. However, this weekend when my husband went to Lowe's (which is the closest place to us), he found the exact one like ours.
Considering I spent close to $600
(which includes about $100 including taxes to get rid of the old toilet), I am not super happy about how the new toilet looks. I don't like the plastic seat and cover and guess that can be replaced but that's for another day. There was no transparency about the options for the new toilet or the breakdown of the cost (how much was spent on the parts vs labor) and there wasn't much choice i had when I saw the new one after it was all installed.

This one is the real deal! Leon is quite simply awesome. Definitely works too hard which is good for you the client. Needed someone to complete several small repairs (painting & smoke/fire alarms installation) in two rental properties. Leon showed up before appointment start time (8:00 am) in a clean professional looking work van. Project was done in agreed upon timeframe. Leon maintained a professional work environment throughout the project and removed all work debris once project was completed. Leon is a highly skilled professional handyman. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and has integrity. You will not be disappointed.

With all the rain the last few weeks, the crawl space in our house had water in it. After a week of getting jacked around by another plumbing company I called All Water Plumbing. They immediately got me scheduled to have someone come take a look at our sump pump which was obviously not working as designed. Vlad showed up and inspected the pump, made sure it had power and initially determined the pump needed to be replaced. The cost quoted was reasonable and he was prepared to replace the pump that day. Not long after agreeing to the repairs and price, Vlad came back and said the pump did not need to be repaired after all. It needed some minor repairs which he had already made and the pump was working like a champ already. What I thought was going to be a $600-$800 job needed up costing me less than $300. I appreciated Vlad's honesty. I wouldn't have had any idea that the less expensive repairs would fix the problem and could have gotten taken for an additional $500. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with a need for a plumber. Job well done Vlad!!

**Buyer beware!!** We had fixer come out to install an outlet above the fireplace for our tv. The first person they sent was not qualified for the job, he made multiple holes in our drywall and instead of drilling through the studs to route the wire, he drilled through the other side of the drywall into another room. Then they sent a second person to patch up all of the random holes and the second person charged us incorrectly for the hours they worked. Now they are trying to charge us $400 for all of the errors that they made and we still don't have the outlet at the end of the day.
I can see them maybe being worthwhile to call for small jobs around the house as long as you are tracking their time worked closely, but I would absolutely not trust them with any electrical work.

Very quick to respond and the folks I chatted with were super nice and accommodating. Will use these folks in the future.

Summary: Overpriced, Jerks, Irresponsible.
Tom threw around a bunch of jargon and scare tactics to get you to accept the job. Cost $4000 to dig a hole and unclog some stuff with a stick by bashing our pipes over and over. A bunch of water collected in the crawl space and he didn't bother to scoop it out, just said that it would dry out on its own to avoid more work. Some weeks later we suspected there was an issue with the plumbing as a result of his shoddy work. They still charged $83 for them to come out and look at stuff without doing anything and did everything they could to avoid admitting fault.
Bad work, overpriced, and ill-mannered. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

These guys are really busy so some patience is needed. However, when all was said and done they are definitely five stars. I generally don't write reviews but in this case it was well deserved. They hiked down to my property and up to the septic field without any complaint. The current problem was fixed and a plan for pumping a difficult home is being developed that will save me lots of money and headaches in the future. Much appreciation to Jerry, Al, and the rest of the team!

Honesty and efficiency is there thing. Originally we didn't vent our water heater correctly. Beacon came out and fixed the issue under their original estimate. All in a couple of hours.
Thank you
