*2018 Update*

This is a major bummer, but I have to change my review. I don't know if they went out of business, or if their service just dropped considerably, but I needed some more work done, so I called, then called again, emailed, and sent a message through the site and I never got a single response. Not even a, sorry we're too busy to take on more business at this time.

My husband interacted with the electrician. He was impressed with their work and knowledge. He said he took the time to show and explain to him the cause of the electrical problem. The cost appears to be reasonable (can't say for sure because only have two others to compare with and one was asking for more and one came with a free consultation). Dependable charged for consultation. However, he did the work and was neat. Plus, he provided the outlet covers. He also guarantees he work. My husband liked him!

AAA and David did a large project at our private residence. I have nothing to say but positive things about our experience with AAA. They were on-time, efficient, and communicated very well with us on all of our needs. They even identified some potential safety issues and resolved them. I feel like I can trust AAA and will definitely be a return customer!! Highly recommended to anyone on the island needing electrical work done.

I had a sudden electric failure at my house, involving my refrigerator. I'm part of a FaceBook group and a woman posted that her husband has this business and he provides community discount; so I called.

The technician and my boyfriend were working on this together. The The technician walked around with a voltmeter. He tested wires. He wiggled wires occasionally. The technician found what he said was a loose wire in the disposal switch, but tightening it did nothing. He walked into another room and was in his kit (not near any walls or wires) and my boyfriend was in the kitchen when suddenly everything came back on. The technician asked my boyfriend Did you do something? My boyfriend said, No. The technician said he hadn't either.  There was no repair done. He stopped looking for a problem and left.

Brian texted me that the problem was fixed and paid the bill. This past weekend the problem came back, all weekend intermittently. We looked for the problem ourselves and found the short -- hard to miss cuz there was an outlet sparking(!!) in a room nowhere near where the technician had been, but on the same electrical circuit.

I contacted Brian. He said his technician told him that something in the kitchen was the culprit -- I told him that the technician thought my boyfriend had fixed it because he (the technician) hadn't touched anything. Bryan refunding my fee.

I appreciate Brian's honesty. I question his technician's ethics. Because Bryan made it right, I will use them when I need to do a re-wire to made dedicated circuits for a few large electric items.

I needed a dryer outlet replaced in my house.  I had some scheduling challenges on my end and in spite of that George's Electric was able to accommodate.  Melissa and Cherie were very friendly and helpful over the phone.  The electrician, Joe, was very friendly and efficient!!  I hope to use them again!!

I needed help hiding an exposed electrical conduit that was a huge eyesore.  While every other company immediately quoted me for the cost of replacing the entire electrical circuit, Greg suggested a simple solution for burying the existing line into the wall, at a fraction of the cost other companies were quoting.  Greg and his colleague James completed the work quickly and professionally; they were in and it in just around an hour!

This is my first experience working with Honesty Electrical and they have lived up to their name; they will be the first company I will call if I need an electrician in the future.

Andrew and his team at Bothell Electric are fantastic. I could tell from my first phone call with Andrew that I would enjoy working with him. Andrew was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule (he's in high demand!) and spent a significant amount of time with me discussing all the electrical needs I was thinking about including moving outlets for major appliances in the kitchen, adding new outlets, updating electrical so that it is up to code, installing new electrical in the ceiling where there was none etc. He was patient and caring, gave excellent explanations, worked with me on design, was creative with solutions to save me money and overall did an amazing job. I look forward to hiring him again in the future!

Very dissatisfied with the performance. Estimator didn't show up when we scheduled an appointment and kept 2 other people waiting. Then, when I called to see where they were, two guys lied about what actually happened and blamed the other.
 Get someone else who is dependable!

The guy was nice when he did the first mini project. The plan was for him to come back afterwards to finish the job. Problem was...I could never get a hold of him ever. I left several voicemails and felt like he just took my money and left. I'm not surprised others had the problem. Don't expect him to come back if you need help or have problems later.

I love supporting small and local businesses and Polarity Electric is a great company to do business with. Not only do they work on huge commercial projects, but they were happy to help me with a ceiling fan and some dimmers in my house.  Pricing was upfront and I was very happy with my overall experience.

I don't write many reviews on Yelp and tend to reserve them for times when I truly receive excellent service. From the prompt response I received regarding an appointment to the resolution of my electrical problem, I had a very positive experience with Kwality Electronics. The cost was very appropriate for the services provided. I highly recommend this company.

Oh I didn't know I'm first to write here and happy to be the one. I want to thanks Ron hamer for doing such a grate job with our shower tile installation and the faucets loveee the work and the price.

Cecil, Denzel, Isiah and Austin did a totally awesome job getting our house up to modern standards. They were fairly priced and worked hard to make a ton of electrical updates to our 1908 home. They were able to adjust their schedules to accommodate our ever expanding scope of the project. They installed recessed lights throughout plaster ceilings , gfi plugs, ceiling fans, ev charger plugs, bathroom ventilation fans, vanity lights, led panel lights for our basement, dishwasher plugs, washer and dryer plugs. Super job all around and they are awesome people.

I set up an appointment to meet with Charlie to come to my house in March of 2018. I was able to set up an appointment and Charlie came out the next day. We discussed all the work I wanted to have done and I even brought up future work I would like to have done. Charlie said he would get back to me with an estimate for the work that was to be completed right away. I waited five days and nothing, so then I texted him and inquiring about about the estimate, Charlie texted back I'M WORKING ON IT. BEEN REAL BUSY. To this day I still haven't received an estimate.
Sorry Charlie!! Very unprofessional!

Eugene's team did a great job installing new lights. I really appreciated him working with us to determine a more cost effective and less involved way to switch out the previous lights. He responded promptly to the job and communicated well about the timeline for both the estimate and work. I highly recommend him.

Our fixer was great in fixing our clogged kitchen sink.  He was quick to diagnose the problem, honest in his appraisal of what would be the best and most affordable solution, and able to get everything done.  We appreciate the convenience and honest and hassle-free process.

I used Varsity to change out some exterior light fixtures at my house.  NOt only did they do it quickly, and for a great price, but they showed up on time and were very personable.  Highly Recommended!

I'm hesitating with a 4; it could have been anything lower depending on the day. Worldview took over the contract for a job previously bid and started by another electrical contractor, which is run (I think?) by a friend of Worldview's owner; I could never get a straight answer, which was concerning. Nonetheless, they sent out a tech to install a new circuit, ground a pool light housing, and connect the circuit for said light. Before the tech arrived, another one and his crew showed up ostensibly to drop off the materials (they claimed they'd bought them, but only dropped off a spool of ground wire). When the tech arrived, he had no materials (wire, conduit, circuit breaker, junciont boxes, etc) and no vehicle to go buy them which could hold 10' conduit sticks, so I followed him to Home Depot with my vehicle to transport the 10' sticks of conduit. By now it's ~6:30pm.... I assisted the tech until 9pm, and even grabbed my fish tape to run the wires since he didn't have one! He came back the next day and we completed all the work together. I'm pretty handy and was glad to help, but there's no way this would have been done in 2 days if I hadn't.
To be clear, the tech isn't to blame here; he worked on our job 3-5 hours each day after already working 8 hours on another one each day. Kudos to him!
Worldview did shoot me a Home Depot gift card due to all the inconvenience described above, and I appreciate it. I hope they get more organized going forward and can succeed.

We hired Alpha and Omega to redo our electrical panel, update our electrical service, and install an electric car charger. It's been a positive experience. Paul has been the lead electrician for our project and he and his team have worked hard. We've had some glitches since the job was done (not their fault -- old house with old wiring) and they've been great about working with us to resolve the problems. I'd happily hire this company again.

Most electricians are too busy to take care of blown breakers and annoying little jobs. And probably Konsker Electric is no different but they did and it didn't take long and they were reasonably priced. This is the kind of service you hope for during your time of need. I've given out Konsker Electric's number to anyone that's needed electrical help and they all love him. Robert is a blast to be around, I mean come on, he's a New Yorker, he can service existing situations and  even build you a new house. He's been in the industry for generations. So don't be afraid,  try Robert Konsker,  I'm glad I did!
