All Water Plumbing, is an exceptional work of quality. VLad is an awesome gentle giant, his accuracy measurements is well performed when it came to replacing my double sink to a single sink. My pipes looked like the I 5 interchange hwy and with VLad's workmanship he made the pipes look smooth without any obstacles. I had a new sink/faucet and garbage disposal to install. Vlad was great. Showed up on time, quoted a reasonable price and did great work. So thoughtful he even asked if I was right or left handed so he knew which side to put the faucet lever. Very impressed.

I don't usually do a Yelp review but in the case of AWP, I feel like I'm compelled to.  I needed a 50 gallon water heater.  Now, my son installed a 50 gallon tank last year for $1500 (+ tax), so I knew what a reasonable price would be.  Furthermore, my research indicated that prices in my area would range from $1300 - $2000 with the average being $1500.

I contacted 4 contractors, including AWP.  The 1st contractor wanted $2400 (whaaaaat?).  The 2nd contractor wanted $2168.  The 3nd contractor wanted $1900, better but still above what would be reasonable.  This contractor did say he would meet any price but I don't play that game.  All I wanted is the best estimate a contractor could make.  The 4th contractor I contacted was AWP and finally got a proposal that was reasonable.

Contacted Julie on Friday and got a proposal that night.  AWP was full up of work during the week, so they squeezed in my work on Sunday.

They arrived on time as scheduled.  Their work was competent and expeditious.  Cost was reasonable.  If you find a good mechanic, doctor, or dentist, you stay with them.  So it is with a good plumber.  AWP is a winner and I'm sticking with them.

Vlad did a great job was curious and respectful and now our hot water works again! We already had the parts but we needed help I'll with installation.

Problem: shower valve needed to replaced and soldered on. We turned off our hot water because the shower kept running with it on.

We had opened the back wall for our shower to take out the valve but had trouble taking it off and installing so we called AWP and Vlad came and fixed it within an hour. Gave us a year warranty and charged literally HALF what other companies were charging. Definitely going to call him again and tell all of our friends to reach out.

Life saver. Leak coming from our hot water heater called AWP at 7:15p.m. At first they wouldn't be able to come until the next day, however after FaceTiming with my husband, to check out the situation Vlad made the decision to come over in 45minutes to fix our leaky problem.
Vlad did a excellent job and we will be using their services again.

Vlad was great to work with on our home faucet and sink installation for our home. When we ran into an issue he put in the extra effort to get us a solution, and stayed late to do it. Julie the office manager was also great to work with, and actually showed up on the job for the evening work needed to properly finish the job, and assisted in the work.

Had another project to do, so I called my go-to plumber Vlad. Vlad said it would take the whole day to do the project, and said what his rate is for the whole day. I said great. But they were busy and he would not be available for 2 months. I said okay I'll wait. So I waited the 2 months. Right before the appointment date, Vlad calls and the price is doubled. I asked how is that possible? I have been working with Vlad for a while, so he knew exactly how my house is and what the issues were. He said he needs another person to help lift the heavy tank. I said I have people that can help with that. He only knocks off 15% of the price. Needless to say, I said forget it. The original price was $1k+. So doubling that was quite a significant increase.  It's pretty disappointing to find another company that cannot honor their word.

I had a great experience with AWP. They were very professional.

They were able to come quickly and in time. I had a clogged toilet. He took care of the problem, and spent extra time polishing the toilet. (The plumber's snake left some black marks. This is typical.) The toilet operated correctly and looked great.

I engaged Vlad in conversation and quickly discovered he is a family man with high moral character. I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

AWP will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

We had a leak in the main water supply pipe that was flooding our front yard. After getting the leak pinpointed using a detection service, I started making calls for plumbers to come and repair the pipe, some of which quoted me upwards of $800-1000, after I had already dug up the area! I called All Water Plumbing and Julie was very nice and helpful to schedule Vlad to come fix our pipe. Vlad was very thorough during the course of his work, so much so that after he installed the fitting we needed, he noticed a small crack in the pipe near the fitting, and took the time to undo his work and reinstall it again, while showing me how to do this work myself should it happen again in the future. His work is professional, well priced, and trustworthy!

I'm happy to recommend All Water Plumbing, and look forward to working with them again in the future!

we had a small drip coming from our outdoor hose bibs that i tried to repair but they were so old and rusted i needed a professional to get the work done. did my yelp search and came across vlad and julie at AWP.

julie was great and super responsive through yelp messenger and setup an estimate for me within 2 days to deal with the issue. very easy setup.

then, vlad calls two days later with a consistent quote for the work, gets it done, sends me pictures and warranty and i paid over the phone and it was done. their communication was consistent and honest, never felt like i was getting ripped off which is hard to find. he even admitted to charging me less than what he paid for a access panel lart by $11 but i told him that i couldnt do that to him and i insisted on paying that since it was his cost. but it made me trust him more and will definitely use them in the future for our primary and rental home again.

and even better, the work was done well and left the site cleaner than when he got there. that's caring about your work.

We have used AWP twice now in the last 6 months.  We were moving and had to get some work accomplished installing a dishwasher trap.  Then, our new place needed a new outdoor faucet.  Both times they were super responsive, showed up on time, good workmanship,  with a price that came in as estimated.

We had a great experience today with All Water Plumbing. We chose to reach out for a quote because they were local and because we could request a quote through yelp. Julie was quick to respond with an estimate and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Vlad came out today to do the work and was very helpful! The estimate was accurate, and he walked be through every step of what he was doing, and made sure I understood how to avoid these problems in the future. We will absolutely use All Water Plumbing again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

With all the rain the last few weeks, the crawl space in our house had water in it. After a week of getting jacked around by another plumbing company I called All Water Plumbing. They immediately got me scheduled to have someone come take a look at our sump pump which was obviously not working as designed. Vlad showed up and inspected the pump, made sure it had power and initially determined the pump needed to be replaced. The cost quoted was reasonable and he was prepared to replace the pump that day. Not long after agreeing to the repairs and price, Vlad came back and said the pump did not need to be repaired after all. It needed some minor repairs which he had already made and the pump was working like a champ already. What I thought was going to be a $600-$800 job needed up costing me less than $300. I appreciated Vlad's honesty. I wouldn't have had any idea that the less expensive repairs would fix the problem and could have gotten taken for an additional $500. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with a need for a plumber. Job well done Vlad!!

Had some issues with a leaky kitchen sink. After calling around several places, I got a great estimate from all water plumbing and the service was great! In and out in less than an hour and by far the best price around. I highly recommend all water plumbing, exceeded my expectations!

Julie was great to work with setting up the appointment and quoting a price.  Vlad was terrific, he came out on time, in fact, a little earlier than we expected.  He was super professional, even wore booties in the house!  He was very thorough and got all the jobs done without a hitch.  If we ever have any more plumbing needs, we will definitely go with AWP!

Vlad was fantastic, he showed up on time, did quality work and was happy to explain what was going on in great detail. Instead of trying to up sell me on things he made some recommendations for things we could do on our own to save money. I'm a huge fan of honest people and Vlad was great. From a work perspective he moved our toilet drain and vent along with the plumbing for our new pedestal sink. He also fixed some leaks we had in another bathroom and fixed some flashing on the roof which technically was out of scope.

Vlad from AWP was just here to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional, kind and explained everything he was doing to fix the problem. He was GREAT!! Our sink is now draining like the problem was never there to begin with. He gave me some good pointers of what not to try to put down the garbage disposal. If I should ever need any plumbing services again in the future I will call them back for sure.

WE CAN FLUSH AGAIN! (thanks to Vlad, owner of AWP - All Water Plumbing, LLC. AWP is licensed & bonded.) Vlad's wife made my appointment for him to exchange my broken toilet for the new one we'd bought. She quoted the typical cost for that 2-hour task. Price included tax & recycling the old toilet. Vlad arrived on time & did an excellent job as described. He even hauled away some huge empty boxes I couldn't have managed in our small car. It's hard today to find workers who are not only skilled, but genuinely kind, considerate, & professional enough to arrive on time, call if late, or even arrive at all. I really had to sit down and take my time to put this review together just like how Vlad had taken his time to thoroughly work on the projects that I had him contracted for. It is the only way that I can repay him for everything that he's done for me.  He always worked with patience and a keen sense of attention to detail that far surpassed any other contractor that I've worked with throughout my entire remodeling process.

During my 4 month process of renovations, I had met with at least 12 different plumbers to discuss the projects, estimates as well as getting an overall gauge of personal demeanor and professionalism. These were all things that were important to me because we have 3 restrooms that needed to be worked on and our project is rather substantial.

I ended up hiring a plumber that was not Vlad and I really regretted this. I had found All Water Plumbing too late and had only stumbled into the opportunity of working Vlad by chance.  Vlad had originally been referred to me to help with framing out our restroom walls and setting it up for the plumber that I hired to build the rough ins for.  While most people would come and quickly try to find the easiest and fastest way to get the job done, Vlad actually took about 2-3 days to properly frame out the walls to the restroom. During his time there framing, he had also provided substantial and kind advice about the plumbing work that was being done just to make sure that we wouldn't have any issues later down the line. He was courteous and shows true concern for his customers and ensuring that they get the best of the best. He worked amongst other contractors such as plumbing, tiling, electrical and he has always be polite and a true team player.

I was so sad that I had already signed a different contract with another plumbing company. I had found out about Vlad too late.  He was so good during the framing, that I ended up wanting him to stick around to other things because I knew that he would take care of me and my home. After my plumbers were done with the work that I had contracted them for, which was rough in only, I ended up asking Vlad to complete the remainder of my plumbing work including setting in the toilets, vanities, and showers for all three restrooms that I have.  

I think that a a lot of people underestimate how hard this work because I certainly did. Vlad spent about 4-5 hours just installing my toilet and vanity. It may sound crazy to spend so long setting these in, however, when you see Vlad work and the level of detail that he puts into his job and making sure that it's done right, then you will understand why he is a one of a kind person.  For example, the vanity had to set up against the wall, however, there was a baseboard trim there. While most people would have just pushed it up against the trim and left a small gap in the back, Vlad had actually offered to cut out part of the trim so that the legs slid in smoothly allowing the vanity to sit right up against the wall so that it was secure. Another example that I can mention is that he tested the waters and pipes multiple times and thoroughly going back and forth to make sure that it was right.  

Lastly, installation of my vanity faucet may sound simple, but it's really not. I actually have the same vanity and faucet set up in another restroom that was done by the previous plumber. They ended up misaligning the handle bars where the starting point of the turn off was at an angle. In addition, they had put the hot and cold faucet on the wrong side and when I had mentioned this to them they brushed it off and said that it had to be like that because thats the only way it would work. I had to tell them that's not possible and a manufacturer wouldn't make such a critical mistake.  Someone like Vlad would *never* make excuses like this or these type of mistakes. He double and triple checks his work and assures quality.

While most people would come and quickly try to find the easiest and fastest way to get the job done so that they can take other customers, All Water Plumbing takes their time to properly assess the work and what it takes to have it done the right way.

If I had to do everything all over again, I would have wanted Vlad to be my main plumber for all my restroom remodeling jobs that I had done. I wish that I had found him sooner rather than later, but overall, I am still extremely satisfied with the work he has done. As the owner of All Water Plumbing, I have no doubt that he will continue to succeed and build a budding business that stands behind their outstanding quality of work.

Company was very responsive and provided a quote quickly. We did end up using another company, however, I will call them in the future.  Customer service was good when I was scheduling bid and so was their follow up!

I contacted All Water Plumbing for a gas water heater replacement.  Julie was very responsive and helpful.  Julie and Vlad worked with me to get the measurements of the old unit and the space as it was in a very tight location.  Vlad showed up on time on the day scheduled and did an excellent job of replacing the unit.  He was very efficient and went the extra mile to replace the old overflow pipe from the unit.  This was a challenging install due to the space limitations, but Vlad did an excellent job.  The estimate was reasonable and was not exceeded.  The work was very professional, a much cleaner installation than the one done prior by a different company.  I highly recommend this company.

All Water Plumber was just AWESOME! Vlad did a great job. I had a leaking man water line that wasn't leaking too bad at first. He came and estimated the job and referred me to a leak detection specialist that would pinpoint the exact location of the leak to limit the digging and disruption of my landscaping. A few days later the leak progressed to a more emergent situation. He came immediately (after hours) to inspect the water line again. He identified the leak and parts required to fix the problem. Due to the fact my water pipe was not standard sizing he would have to retrieve the parts from his vendor the next morning and return. He arrived the next morning promptly and replaced the parts with the highest quality material and best suited for this job...after all it is my main water line. He explained his approach and work very thoroughly. The photos added are the cheap galvanized and plastic fittings the original builder cobbled together to tee in my irrigation system. You can see Vlad's work in the finished photo. All brass and the highest quality of work. He stayed in constant communication throughout the whole job process from start to finished and delivered outstanding workmanship. I won't hesitate to use him for my future projects.

I had an emergency where our basement sump pump just stopped working. All Water
was able to come out the same day I called and put a new motor in the pump. They were very reasonably priced and had great customer service that went the extra mile. Would highly recommend!

All Water Plumbing was recommended by our neighbor who is very particular about home improvement. We wanted a new water heater quickly and knew what model we wanted. They met and exceeded all expectations. They were very responsive and my first experience chatting through Yelp with a service provider worked it great. Once we got things figured out we got into phone contact too. The price was hundreds less than competitors and the work was done on the weekend.  They were very thorough but only did the work I wanted done. The job has a very professional look and the new water heater is great. I am so excited to have a go-to plumber for future needs!

All Water Plumbing is all that!  He is able to handle plumbing as well as drywall which made my decision easy. He's very  competent at what he does, in fact,  he saved me $$$.  I had a different contractor out to my house for an estimate before All Water,  and the other contractor thought they would need to cut into my drywall to repair  but my problem was much smaller than I thought.

We had an issue with a threaded pipe that connects to the showerhead and it leaked into the wall and  down to the kitchen below.  All Water  quickly realized what the issue was and  repaired our problem in less than an hour. It was such a relief!  I would highly recommend this company.

Guys.  Vlad at All Water Plumbing is an angel! We discovered water all over the floor in the closet under the stairs early this afternoon and it took me over a dozen calls to find a plumber who does after hours calls.  Finally I got to All Water and Vlad was here in half an hour.  We had a pinhole leak in our copper piping coming from the water heater that leaked into our wall and pooled under our stairs & into our pantry (closet under the stairs).  He spent 3 hours working to replace that section of pipe, did several extras like bringing a few things up to code on our water heater & flushing the valves and even opened up the wall to allow the space under the stairs to dry properly.  He was soooooooo nice & did I mention he arrived within 30 minutes of our call!  Plus the price was AMAZING! I was so worried the invoice would be more than we could afford.  I had him put his magnet on our water heater so I NEVER have to look for a plumber again!

I recently had to find a plumber for my mom's leaky sink. I looked at 2 reviews that were rated well. One never called back and the other called back a few days later. I called All Water Plumbing and Julie answered right away and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days for us with Vlad. He was prompt, extremely courteous, patient, and helpful. At the first appointment he determined that the faucet was leaking after many years of use and said we needed to replace it. He offered to get it for us, but we were his last appointment of the day and he was still so gracious and willing to help. I said I could get it and we scheduled for install later that week. Vlad was early and was so professional. I will call All Water Plumbing for any future plumbing concerns and highly recommend Vlad and Julie.

Amazing service! We had a broken shower faucet and instead of replacing the faucet Vlad said I only have to replace the inner part of the faucet which saved me a lot of money. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also reseated a toilet for me that was unrelated to the call and wasn't even going to charge me. We called All Water Plumbing after having another plumber mess up a job, specifically told them on the phone that we need the previous job analyzed to see what needed to be fixed or finished to pass city code.  When the guy showed up to give the quote he refused to go under the house. I asked how he was supposed to give us an estimate if he didn't asses the damage... pipes are under the house, you have to go under the house!  He wasted both of our times, I would never hire them for being that lazy right from the start.

Vlad is a conscientious professional that will politely take care of you plumbing challenges.  We plan on having him be our go-to plumber and are very happy to recommend him.

Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service! We had a toilet that kept running and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. We thought we might need to buy a whole new unit but it's all fixed now. Vlad had great suggestions for a few other things in the bathroom that we could do ourselves. Vlad did the great job. After previous contractors did bad job with replacing a shower stall, Vlad pointed all troubled areas (not just in plumbing, but also in carpeting), than fix them and install new shower stall. Looks great, and most important no more leaks!

I had a leaking shower faucet, and I am very glad that I called AWP. I would say that Vlad and Julie run a class A business. After calling a few other companies, I realized that it was going to be hard to get any idea of how much my issue was going to cost. Not so with these folks. I provided a detailed description along with photos, and Julie gave me a quote(and a very reasonable one at that). Then, she contacted the manufacturer of my plumbing valve, to find out the cost of the part. It turns out that the manufacturer guarantees this part for life. Julie got me in touch with Kohler customer service, and I was able to get a new valve sent to me free of charge! Once I received the necessary part, I called AWP to set up an appointment. They were easy to get in touch with, and we were able to shedule a time that was convenient for me. On the appointed day, Vlad arrived, and at the scheduled time. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He did a great job, with lots of attention to detail. He made sure everything worked correctly before he departed. I am very happy with the service, work performed, and cost of this repair. I will definitely be using AWP for any plumbing needs in the future.
