I've historically had bad luck with plumbers resulting in a lot of water damage in the home I just bought, so now I am hesitant to trust plumbers because I know how quickly things can go wrong causing months of headache and tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. I had Able come out to fix some piping issues that were a result of the other company, and I cannot express how happy I am with the work that Konrad did. He was methodical, meticulous, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He even found some hidden issues that I never would have known to look for, and overall did the job with such a great demeanor. I *wish* I would have called Able sooner because I know Konrad would have taken care of everything without issue. Sam, Ino, Jonathan, and Will were an incredible team to work with. We needed to get our sewer lateral into compliance after buying our home, and from the first phone call with Sam, I could tell that Avalon is a straightforward, honest company that strives to do its best for customers.

In the process of shopping around, companies were only giving us quotes for complete replacement. When Avalon came to the house, they did a detailed exam and pressure test, and told us that the system actually did not need a replacement and just needed some repairs to get us to code. In the process, they saved us so much money and time, and as new homeowners, it was VERY appreciated! A special shoutout to Ino for doing the work on the sewer lateral with a smile, and leaving the cleanouts and area around it in better shape than when we moved in. Freddy's team replaced the main between my water meter and house by working around a large tree and recently installed hardscape.  Work was done quickly and his team also removed and replaced the plants that were in the path of the new main.  In addition he also found a leak in one of the values in my irrigation system and fixed that as well!   I really appreciate the extra effort and would certainly use him again.
