Berkeley Home Repair was super responsive, professional and efficient throughout the entire project! I am a realtor and used them to do some final projects in order to maximize the homes value for my clients. Projects included exterior power wash and paint.. interior touch up paint, new skylights, new furnace and a couple other small projects. BHR stuck to the timeline and was always there to answer questions or to keep us updated on all the details of the job. I definitely recommend them!

Used Eugene several times over quite a few years for both our rental condos in SF and he has been consistently helpful with various repairs that were needed; these included minor bathroom plumbing (toilet and faucet repair), tile regrouting, in sink erator replacement, sliding door lock lubrication and repair, window blind install and even restringing blind cord loops.  He's definitely quite the handyman! I had a broken handle of a refrigerator's freezer door. It was a off brand model from beko and nobody else wanted to fix it. We tried and nothing worked. Then I found Mike and he did an amazing job fixing it. We were afraid of having to drill the hardware of the door but mike found a way without having to resort to that. I am def going to hire him in the future and you should too

Keshab meticulously installed our new IKEA bathroom sink and a swivel tv rack for a 65 TV. He also fixed our leaking and noisy fridge. Will definitely work with him again.

i contacted Rick to inquire and schedule a few projects.  Rick was very responsive and scheduled Han to come out.  Han is reliable, professional, courteous and knows how to do just about anything!  very Impressed with this company and Han's outstanding work.  I had been looking for a reliable and professional handyman......well, I found one and highly recommended Reliable Handyman to anyone in search of a handyman.

Yevgeny is great.  I called him with an urgent request to help with a leak in our garage, and within 15 minutes he was outside our house ready to help.  After fixing two separate pressing issues, he offered to take a look at any other issues we were having at the house.  He is true professional and helpful for any plumbing, GC, or electrical issue you may have.  Yevgeny comes highly recommended, and I will definitely be calling him again in the future.

Dave responded to my request for bid and proposal right away by quoting $2500 for the job.  Understand he hadn't even seen the job site at this point.  

So I came back and wrote, well that's a bid but what's your proposal?  What do you propose to do for that $2500?  To which he agreed perhaps he should see the site.  And I agreed and told him that my week was free, just name a date for the visit.

He never responded to that after more than a week had passed by.

Dave might be the best thing since sliced bread for fixing floor problems, but he's totally missing proper project management skills.  He doesn't seem to know what a request for bid and proposal means.  At least with me he didn't show that he did.

I do not recommend him because of his lack of management skills.

Paul did a great job installing our new toilet today. He picked it up from Home Depot and installed it without any drama or issues. Nice guy and extremely capable. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend him and we are hanging onto his contact info for the future.

They say you can never finish remodeling your house. Not only it takes a lot of hard-earned money, energy and time, it seems to have this ongoing tension and lots of disappointment when you trust the wrong people. At least that's how we felt when we stared our bathroom remodel last year. The contractors whom we originally hired demolished everything and then told us that some unexpected circumstances came up and we'll have to pay more than double of the original quote. I started searching for alternative companies in the Bay Area and after several attempts when I was already pretty desperate to find a reasonable price I finally discovered Mr. Unger's Remodeling. His estimate was free, very timely, professional, with surprisingly low prices for the quality materials he offered. From the moment we hired him to the last minute touch-ups, his crew worked in an exceptionally efficient and satisfying way, and Dan would personally check the work every single day or at least call us to make sure we are seeing the expected results. Each question or concern we had were thoroughly discussed and clarified if needed. We are very happy with the new bathroom we enjoy now and will definitely contact Mr. Unger again when we decide to transform our kitchen.

LFM Construction and Plumbing helped me put up an indoor water pipeline and gas pipeline for my shop. They are well knowledgeable, reliable.  They helped me prepared to pass certification from the city licensing.  I will definitely use them again and refer LFM Construction and Plumbing to all my friends.
