Best Sewer Line Installation in San Diego CA

An easy 5 stars to this customer driven firm. I had some plumbing issues in my 12 yr old townhome.  

1. Ray is highly experienced, courteous, honest and prepared.

2. Ray helped me save money on my outrageous water bill (regulator issue) and then proceeded with saving my water heater years of life by immediately recognizing what the previous installer did not. I googled it. It's legit.

3. Ray inspires confidence. We were set on a delta cartridge replacement but due to my neglect, the entire faucet needed replacement. After trying as hard as he could to salvage my old faucet, Ray thoroughly explained the situation and provided me with options. One of those options allowed me to shower the next day given that I had the time for the job. Well, I've seen some other plumbers work and let's just say Ray is just simply efficient.

4. Ray is customer driven. He seeks loyal customers. Along with very competitive pricing, superb quality, he does this through respect and transparency.

5. Ray is a good guy. He was willing to show me a few things about maintenance and other tricks of the trade as I was really curious if I could figure it out myself. And the answer is nope. I'd give Ray and CSR a call any day for my plumbing tasks.

We are doing a whole house remodel.   I chose All American/Poway due to their great reviews on Yelp.  We needed plumbing to prepare for new fixtures in the kitchen and the new bathrooms after our demolition.  

Nate Powell, the plumber,  came and did a number of jobs for us -- installing a new tub, moving pipes for the showers, all the rough-in needed for our project, and then some.  Since he was pleasant and knowledgeable, each time we then asked for him.  There were some issues with the tub, but Nate kept his cool.

The last assistant to Nate, Lance, was terrific also.  At this last visit, all the finishing plumbing was done, including the faucets for three sinks, shower bars and shower heads, tub spout, installation of the washer and dryer, new toilets, garbage disposal and button in counter top, hook up of air gap, etc.  Nate pointed out that the gas fitting for the dryer was very old; so we installed a new one which would prove safer, as well as enable the W/D to be moved farther back, which made me happy.

A big plus was the company's being open on the weekends.  As our remodel progressed, we could schedule Nate for the next projects in advance, which made it very convenient, often on the weekend (between the other trades).   Byron, the owner, was very pleasant and forthcoming the times I had to speak to him.    I like their system whereby the receptionist, Cheri, schedules the plumber.   We also had an emergency fix -- on a Saturday, and Nate came the following morning, Sunday,  to correct a situation where the cabinet installer had made a mistake regarding the ice maker line.  That was a relief to have the correction made before the cabinet installer came back to work on more of the project.   We will be calling All American Plumbing of Poway for our future projects.  I would say Nate and Lance were very friendly and professional, as well as patient.

I had Collins  Plumbing install  a hot water heater a few weeks ago in my garage they did a great job outstanding service the plumber knew what he was doing I would highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing work

My home was built in the 1960's - that tells you how old the plumbing is!
When the hot water handle in my master bathroom tub stopped working I called TL Premier Plumbing.  Manny Ruiz, senior field specialist, came at 1 PM the next day and determined that a new cartridge was needed.  Where do you get a new cartridge for 60 year old plumbing?  
Manny checked out two resources here in San Diego and came back to our house to make sure the cartridge would work.  From my perspective this specialist went above and beyond to make sure the work was right and he kept me informed on everything included labor and parts cost.  Manny was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  He kept to all CDC  recommendations which put me at ease.  I recommend Manny and TL Premier Plumbing without reservation and will contact them with all plumbing and drain needs in the future.

I wish all businesses were like this. They managed to fit in same day service, showed up on time and prepared, fixed the problem, fixed the problem that *caused* the problem, explained it all, and charged a very fair price. Outstanding and worry free. They are my go to plumbing company.

I had a clogged sink on a Saturday morning. My call was answered and a plumber, Jomar, was here within the hour. He called to tell me he was 12 minutes away which I appreciated - and upon arrival was polite, courteous, patient, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I had a leak in the wall at my home called these guys. They were very calming over the phone and assured me that a technician would be out shortly. About an hour later Mark showed up at my door. I showed him the water mark on my wall. He shut down my water opened my wall and repaired the leak within 2 hours. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks Armstrong

Armando is amazing at what he does. He came to my home at the time he said he would be there. He quoted me a reasonable price and took care of the issue at hand immediately. He was even offering to re-do the side where the disposal went after it was done and I said, I thought it was going on this side. I said as long as it is ok on either than it can stay, so he did not have to re-do the work, but he was willing to do it.

Another important thing for me was that he was well-kept and clean. I know this is a stereo-type of plumbers, but his pants were clean. His pants stayed on him. He did not smell bad and he looked like he showers regularly. Please don't judge me on this post, I know that plumbers are doing things that get them dirty, but coming into my home clean like that is amazing to me and very much appreciated.

Wow, this will be an easy review to write! Late Saturday night I had a toilet leaking, and tub filling up during a shower. I didn't want to call a plumber on a Sunday cause they're more expensive. But, my son started looking for plumbers to come on Monday. He sent for a quote from Home Leak & Drain, and heard back within minutes. Omar called my son first thing Monday morning, and before noon, he was a my door, with a smile on his face, pleasant attitude, and wanted to know where the problem was. Omar was on it immediately. He ran some tests, and had the problem under control. Because of the water damage, he called a company that could take over after his job was done. Omar was thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. All with a smile, and great sense of humor. He was patient with my dumb questions. He showed me what the problem was, and how he would take care of it. I HIGHLY recommend HL&DS. I'm sure all of their employees are excellent, but if you're lucky enough to get Omar...SCORE! Oh, and their rates are good too!

Miguel was super helpful and talked me through everything he did, I learned a lot! He patiently dealt with my curiosity and expertly fixed our clogged drains. They are honest and won't charge you an arm and a leg!

We had a kitchen sink clog and Cliff from Team Rooter had it cleared in a matter of minutes.  Everything was smooth from me calling to set up the appointment, the notification he was on the way with the name and photo of who to expect, the work completed, and the easy payment and invoicing of the work.

Our bathtub drain backed up on a weekend.  We requested an estimate on Monday morning through Yelp.  RDZ responded quickly and set up an appointment for the same afternoon. They even arrived five minutes early!  In less than  1/2 hour the drain was flowing again.  There was no pressure to expand the scope of the repair.  We are very satisfied.

Replaced an old water heater. Contacted through Yelp, quick to reply.  Pricing is reasonable (for CA). Updated gas lines to code. Took a few hours with 1 trip to Home Depot. Cleaned everything up, took away old water heater.

Called Burtech to fix a clogged kitchen drain. The first technician came over promptly & professionally and fixed the clog for $140, but unfortunately left a small drip. There was no drip/leak prior to that work, only a clog. The second technician was committed to proving the residual leak was my fault and charged me $220 to fix a plate on the garbage disposal that was rusty. The leak never got fixed. The GM Bill then called me and offered to make it right and install a new disposal at no charge. The next technician fixed everything to working order.I really appreciated the call by Bill and concern for getting my issue resolved. Honestly the 5 star is 90% because of Bill's follow up concern so I wouldn't be left hanging.

Super responsive, great communication and they did an awesome job replacing our toilet, pulling tree roots from down the drain. Chico was very nice explaining all the steps and even cleaning after the job was done. He did an excellent job.  Thank you. Definitely will be coming back next time we need any plumbing work!

Same day service. Super quick and helpful with getting two of our sinks serviced. Recommended us solution to purchase for up-keeping. Hourly service hour rate rather than a per job cost, which was responsible. Would recommend this local company.
