We have had a knocking sound in our kitchen when we turn on our sink and we were worried it was a leak. All American Plumbing was able to come out right away and tell us exactly what the sound was (it wasn't a leak ). They were very nice, professional, and also gave us some good tips on how to help our water pressure for our old house. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!!!

The whole team was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. They helped me fix some washer dryer valves that were leaking. There plumber came prepared with all the necessary parts so no wasted time going back and forth to his truck or warehouse.

So Core Plumbing just finished my whole house, repiping brand new AquaPEX.  I'm so impressed! The level of service and professionalism they provided on both my jobs are top notch! Elijah and Tony were again the leads on this project and I couldn't be more happy! I love their attention to detail and workmanship. Everything turned out great! I recommend CP to anyone that needs plumbing work. I must add that even the owner (Don) came out on site for half a day to inspect the work. It resonates to me that he cares about his business and his customer's satisfaction. Thank you CP for everything! Hope we don't have to meet again under these circumstances, but I know who to call if things goes sideways. I appreciate you all!

Contacted this company and I am very glad I did. Arrived at the appointed service time. Fred and his associate evaluated my issue and fixed it. Left the area clean and both were very professional in all aspects of their visit. When, in the future I am in deed of a plumber or air conditioner this is the company I will be calling.

I reiterate what another reviewer, Daniel S.,  wrote this month: If you are reading this review, I'd just save yourself the time I did researching plumbers and book these guys. You will be thrilled!  I spoke with Manny on a Friday afternoon and explained to him that three other companies had quoted us $4500 to $5000 to clear the sewer blockage in our guest bathroom, which involved jack-hammering up the floor and removing roots in the line. I had a house full of guests arriving in three weeks and needed that bathroom working.  I was looking for a quicker, cheaper way forward.  Monday afternoon Manny came with his men to trouble shoot the problem. Once they removed the toilet they were able to removed the roots which were readily accessible, which was lucky for us. He charged $250 for that.  I opted to have him run a camera to make sure no more roots were in the line, for $250. It was all clear, the problem solved on the first business day after I called him, for a total of $500. How loud can I sing the praises of Manny and his men! No more stress of redoing the bathroom floor, everything so easy and professional and Manny saved me probably $6000 when you add in the price of redoing the tile work.  The other plumbers did not even consider there might be an easier, cheaper fix. Call Manny for his honesty, expertise, promptness  and the money he will save you.  We are so happy we did.

I had a kitchen and bathroom sink that were connected to a main line that clogged, so I had standing water in both. I called Discount Plumbing & Rooter, who sent Connor as soon as possible. Connor came out and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently, and cleaned the bathroom and kitchen areas before leaving. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend to others.

I believe in customer loyalty and have worked to always demonstrate that when it's deserved.  Five years ago I had to replace my water heater.  A few years later it was my pressure regulator.  Eastlake Plumbing was my go to.  I have recently had issues with the water pressure and Armondo showed me why my loyalty was well placed.  I called yesterday and he made time from a busy day and stopped by my house to assess the issue.  His inspection resulted in the discovery of the problem which was the water softener system.  No charge.  Yes, my loyalty in Eastlake Plumbing is well placed.  These are the types of examples that I value in a  business.  Thank you Armondo.  You're a real pro!

Good experience overall in dealing with a stubborn drain clog. The office responded very promptly to a request for a quote over Yelp, and they were able to send someone out that afternoon.

The arrival time was slightly outside the window, but they were apologetic about that. The two guys were very courteous, handled the job without an issue, and were very helpful about explaining what the issue was. They also gave advice that might help us be able to snake it ourselves next time.

When I spoke to the office again to handle payment, I also requested some notes to be added to the invoice for our landlord's benefit, since it sounded like the issue was partially caused by some recent shoddy repairs, and they were super helpful about that as well.

RDZ Plumbing came to the rescue when another plumber did sub-par work. They were quick to come out and give me a quote. Even though they had other projects, I asked if they would prioritize me and they did because a different plumber left a mess of things. We just had a leak repaired by Jaime at Burtech Plumbing.  Jaime really knew his stuff, and was fast and efficient.  He answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly to me.  And, there was no hard-sell or up-sell to deal with.  I really appreciate that Jaime did the job the right way.  He could've left previous patches in place and just replace the part that was leaking but instead he removed all shoddy patches and replaced everything so that there is now one continuous new pipe.  Burtech's customer service was excellent and their prices are very fair.  Burtech's will definitely be our go to company for any plumbing issues in the future.

Kitchen drain was clogged. Called and they were able to come out within a few hours. Rafael and his partner had to snake the drain 5 times, but eventually cleared the clog. Appreciate their dedication to my problem.  Will use them again.

I had a clogged drain in one of the bathrooms on my ground floor condo.  I actually called a different plumbing company initially, but was referred to Black Mountain Plumbing for this particular job.  Very glad to have been given the referral, as I was impressed from start to finish with Black Mountain.  Called Tuesday afternoon around 3, and the scheduler set me up with a 8-12 timeslot for the following morning.  Received an electronic confirmation of the appointment via text and email.  Very smooth process.

The technician (Dylan) called me the following morning and gave me a 15 minute heads up to arrival.  Dylan was punctual, polite, professional, and very candid about pricing.  He thoroughly explained how the work would be performed and completed the job very efficiently.  He cleaned up after himself and even wore protective shoe coverings and a mask prior to entering my residence.  I received an electronic invoice shortly after my CC payment was processed.  Black Mountain Plumbing has certainly earned my future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends or family.

We had previously had our shower repaired by another plumbing service. After that repair, the shower made a horrible screeching noise every time it was turned on. We called California Plumbing and they sent out Joseph R. to do an estimate. He was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. We got the estimate and booked the repair for two days later. Again, Joseph R. was on time and helpful. He completed the repair quickly and correctly, leaving no mess behind. No more screaming shower.

Had a hot water problem (it was cold). Matt came out on short notice on a late Friday afternoon. So glad to find a great plumber!

Sunday night (of course) figured out there was a broken pipe in our front yard. My husband did a quick patch to at least let us shower and while he was doing that I was on Yelp asking for quotes, Chris replied within about 20 minutes asking a few questions...then said he could be there 9am the next morning. Another company quoted $450 without asking any questions and the 3rd company didn't reply. Chris called about 8:30 saying he'd be there in 15 minutes. Showed up on time. He looked at the pipe said it would be $175-$200 for the repair. 20-30 minutes later repair done...$175. We have a house built in 1956.....we've had other plumbing issues and imagine we will again, our first call will be to Chris next time.

I was having issues with a leak in my garage drain.  Will responded to my inquiry right away and a technician was sent the next day.  Eric did an excellent diagnosing the issue.  He took his time to troubleshoot the leak and determined - at one point, there may have been a blockage with the mainline and when he checked it, the water was flowing properly and there was no blockage.  I appreciated his honest diagnosis and will definitely call Paws Plumbing first.  Thank you!
