Best Drain Cleaning in San Diego CA

We had a major remodel 15 years ago, and one of the most beloved upgrades for my husband was a Toto Washlet. This a bidet unit which replaces the toilet seat and washes the underparts after one has finished. I never really enjoyed it - unpredictable squirts of water in delicate places are just not my thing. However, my hubby is a very clean creature, and his heart was very perturbed when our old Washlet started leaking, to such an extent that it couldn't be used.

We called several places, including CSR Plumbing for advice. The first thing that struck me with CSR is that when you call, you get to talk with the owner.

I like that.

Not a receptionist or call-center who has no idea, but an expert plumber. He was familiar with the fixture and assured us that they could give an opinion on what to do.

He arranged for Mike to come out within a day or so to assess the problem. The first thing which impressed me was that Mike wore booties to protect our hardwood floor from his work shoes.

In the end, Mike could not fix the unit, but he was able to stop the leak. The first visit was $115.

Apparently Toto could not repair the unit either. CSR advised us to buy a replacement ourselves, as it would be cheaper for us, but then they could install it. We did that, and saved about 30% on the retail price for the part.

When the plumber came back to fit it, it probably took around one hour, because there was some confusion about whether some of the parts were correct (they were). The second bill was $150. So about $265 to replace a fancy toilet seat with some plumbing into the seat. Plus $360 for the seat. Total $625. I get it. Most people don't need it. My husband loves it. For him, it is worth it.

Picasso was once reported to say, Canvas and Paint, $20. Knowing how, $5 million.

I am not accusing CSR of amping their prices, but you have to pay for people who know how, and CSR knows how to fix things properly. You need people who know how to fix things properly. Especially when you have fancy toilet seats. :D

I cannot say enough good things about this company ! We had to use their service twice for a serious leak outside of our home. The response was swift, as one service tech came to our home at 7:30 at night after a call to them around 5 in the afternoon. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Really honest people who know what they are doing at a fair price. Do not hesitate to use this company as they are the best out there!

Sad day to report. I have been a Core customer for awhile and they charge alot. But, I was hoping they would bring their charges down for a loyal customer... NOPE. Matter a fact, i had a rusted out disposal and they quoted me $699.00, to replace... before tax... when I asked for a military discount, they said NO. I told Don, I'll hafta shop around and he told me, You're not listening to what im saying...... Which was $699 was a good deal for a company service. I called Roto Rooter and they did the job for $357.00... $400 cheaper...
avoid these conmen... anything with Core... blood honor...

Very professional, they know what they're doing, you can definitely rely on them!

Showed up on time and got the job done quickly, my repair was covered by the service call and the didn't try to charge me extra like many other companies.

I haven't used this company yet but when I called Mike he respond very quick my neighbor across the street use them twice. One was to put in her disposable inner sink and fix her toilet she said they did a good job I will keep the information and if I need to use them in a future I will. I had a little problem with my outside faucet but my husband fix it that's why I didn't use the company but my neighbor said they're really good and fast and the price was reasonable

Long over due review from March service call.  Tony and Eric were great, professional and quite the conversationalists, very entertaining.  Our sink in our only bathroom decided to fall apart on a Thursday evening just prior to the COVID19 lock downs.  Being a 1930's house this happens, but usually with better timing.  On Friday, despite looming clouds and some light rain these guys showed up, assessed, gave us reasonable options and then replaced the broken drain plumbing quickly and efficiently without issues.  We have had several plumbers over the years work on our system including myself when time permitted; these guys were by far the best experience I have had with plumbers to date.  Highly recommended as plumbers and just plain good people.

Had an issue with a broken sewage cap.  Jose came out and checked it out.  He was informative and knowledgeable about the situation.  He was able to fix the problem quickly and the tenants were happy. Thanks Jose!

We were quoted $90 for a same day appointment. We were told that the plumber would come between 1 and 4. We received a text that stated the plumber would be coming at 2:30pm 2:30 came and went, no plumber, no call. When we reached out at 4:00pm texting back we did not receive a response until 5:40pm informing us the plumber who was supposed to come was not responding, which I understand is not their fault, they proceeded to send someone out. He showed up around 6:30pm. We did receive a discount which is nice, but the technician did not have the right equipment to do the diagnosis needed.
Instead he dug a whole in my yard told my fiancé h would talk to his boss and get back to us the next day. The next day came and went. I sent an email and still haven't received a response. As I wanted written documentation at this point. Mean while we were gathering quotes  to get someone to come out again since the first attempt was not helpful. Troy plumbing had the nerve to respond to the quote request stating they could send someone out same day for $70. Nice consistency guys. Overall super disappointing especially since we had another company come out that fixed it in an hour, and by the way that was a same day appointment as well. Of course it was two days after our initial attempt since Troy plumbing didn't pull through even though we gave them the benefit of the doubt to call as promised. Biggest waste of $75. Especially since I had to pay another company to do the same thing, but much better. Absolutely will not recommend Troy plumbing.

Amazing! Great customer service. José was very patient and accommodated our needs earlier than expected. He fixed our shower leak along with a loose handle and had our water running within the hour! He was also very good with COVID guidelines and even wore shoe covers in the house :)

We had no water coming out of our kitchen sink so I called and spoke to Freddy. He walked me through asking me to check a few things so he could make a better determination. He was extremely nice and  patient. This was all on a Saturday. He sent someone over and they were able to fix the problem. The plumber was very thorough and nice. This is my second time using Plumbing Tree and I will definitely call on them again but hopefully not too soon. I highly recommend their services!

I received a flat rate quote to replace two bathroom faucets with two owner provided faucets.  The quote was $350 so we booked with them.  The technician came at the appointed time and told us he would need to replace the shut off valves under the sinks as well.  Probably true so we said give us new quote.  The new quote became $1500!!!  I noticed also that they made no attempt to contact me directly despite the fact they had my number.  Instead they discussed this with my wife who was not prepared to decide this.  I called but was unable to speak with anyone in charge.  I am beyond disappointed in this company and in all who recommended them.

I can't remember the guys name who stopped out but he was quick to respond, quick to solve the issue and being that he happened to be so close to where i live he didn't charge me.  Unbelievable.  I still gave him some money out of guilt for his time and expertise and I Will be using him in the future.

UPDATE ON TP!!! I just had the most amazing Technician to my house, Steve! He took the time to carefully explain what the different pipes were under my sink, and was extremely thorough and polite. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Burtech Pluming Came out this morning, Mike help us out..& I am Extremely excited that he was able to take out a snake that was up on the roof in a vent..it was suck up there for a long time because plumbers would come out To Fix the issue but DIDN'T.. this snake was the cause of all the clogs that I would get through out my house. Mike actually took the time to try to get it out and HE DID!!! Now I can finally use my washing machine:) No more public washing!! Definitely recommend this company, also with this pandemic going on... Mike had his mask on the entire time. THANK YOU MIKE!

Black Mountain Plumbing goes above and beyond.  My review is a little over due.  My water heater started leaking really bad on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON... late, like 4 PM and I was able to get in contact with Black Mountain Plumbing they came out the same day and set me up with a temporary water heater.....YES, a temporary water heater so I could have hot water while the dry wall dried out and was replaced.  Once the dry wall was dried and replaced they came out and installed a nice new water heater.  The guys were super friendly and professional and left everything tidy and clean.  I will always call Black Mountain Plumbing for all my future needs.  THANK YOU!

I have been working for California Plumbing for the last 6 years. I love working with this company! They always take care of the employees first and treat us like Gold. I have stayed with the company over the years because how they treat customers.

Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

I found this company on yelp and contacted Chris I was able to get super fast service scheduled for the next morning. Chris and his worker came on time. Very nice people! They got to work right away and finished super quick. I'm 100% satisfied and I'll be using them again for any plumbing issues that arise in the future!  Ps. The price was very reasonable as well!
