was very good about responding, gave a proper quote, even confirmed the appointment....then never showed up and stopped responding.  I called twice, texted once, and messaged through this app to no avail.

Andy and his guys are just wonderful!!  I bought an older Mobile Home as a Winter Getaway.  Little did I know all of the plumbing issues I would have. Andy jack-hammered the concrete, replaced a clogged clean-out from 50 years ago, installed new plumbing and re-concreted the area.  After that he replaced some flooring as he installed new toilets.  We had a new kitchen installed and he will be back today to hook up the kitchen plumbing.

Just a great honest group of guys!!

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

These guys were fantastic!  We encountered a problem with a clog leading to our sink, so we contacted them via text message and they responded almost immediately.  They were working a project already but swung by our house at the end of the day and fixed the issue within an hour at a flat rate.  I'm not sure I've ever had a more pleasant experience with a plumber.  Sorry for the short review, I've got dishes to wash.

Poor service did not feel it was important to come to my house at 9pm then stated they would be out to service first thing in the morning. I guess their day does not start until 10:30 am because that is when they finally arrived.

They kindly accommodated us on a short and urgent notice but I was disappointed by the organization of the team. We called for an emergency need at my grandmother's home. The office staff didn't have any information to offer me when I called for an update. They claimed they didn't know what it would cost or when it would be done. I asked for an invoice and never got one. I received a call at 9:30am the Monday following indicating the plumber was on his way and he didn't show up until nearly 11:45am. My grandmother thought it would be done Sunday and it wasn't completed till Monday. There was an overall lack of attention to detail and the whole process was very confusing. I'm trying to help my grandmother organize and it was extremely difficult to do so with this team. They got the job done and as far as I know my grandmother has no complaints about the work.

So called in and left a message they called back in 15 min!! Jim very professional called me back set meup with an appointment they were all booked for the same day but he placed me on waiting list and worked with me on the hour. 2 hours after the first call  Chris came in VERY NiCE guy and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Fixed the problem with less than an hour !!!!! 5 star if there is 6 he deserves it    

I had a leak from the garage wall every time I turn the master shower on.   Now it's fix that's to them!!!!!

I can't recommend Prendi Plumbing enough!

Our guest bathroom toilet backed up late on a Friday night. We tried Plunging and snaking but didn't do the trick. We called Paulie around 11pm and he told us he could come out in the morning

He came out at 9am and within an hour our problem was fixed...he even stuck around to help install a new toilet. He really cares and made sure we were good to go before he left. Super nice guy that knows what he's doing! Reasonable prices too!

Bought an older double wide. Had lots of plumbing leaks at drains/toilets/sinks. Worked reliably for two days to get us fixed. Only reason for less than five stars is a trained helper came out second morning, and in fixing master bath got water all over my carpet. I mentioned this to them and was told it was clean water no problem. However, this clean water has stained my brand new bedroom carpet, and I will have to get it cleaned. Other than that very reliable great work!

Well, what more can I say than 'five star service'? I called Tim at 9:00 am with an emergency request at one of my rental properties. Broken bathtub faucet handle and tenant unable to shut off the water. Within minutes he had one of his plumbers, Mark, scheduled to drive out. Mark coordinated via text and cell with both me and my tenant, arrived on-site at 11:00 AM-ish. Ten minutes later, the problem is fixed. Everyone's happy.

I went through Home Depot to get my flooring and during the project they needed to seal my concrete slab because of some moisture. They did a horrible job then tried to say it was my fault because there is a leak in my pipes which I didn't believe. I knew they just did a bad job.
Dave the Leak Guy came by and did a thorough job testing my pipe system and discovered I had zero leak issues. This guy was knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and respectful. He knew his stuff and it sure showed. If you have any leak concerns call this company and get Dave the Leak Guy out there to figure it out. You won't be disappointed.

If you want quality service, this is the plumber to call for your needs. Chris, the service manager is personable and the technicians are knowledgeable. Great service.

Contacted them and they came out the next day which was great. Ethan was a very nice young guy who did excellent work. I had him replace an old, which also turned out to be rusted, two handle faucet with a nice single handle chrome faucet with a 10 inch plate both of which I already had.  .
I was happy with the quick response, the quality of the work, and the tech they sent - Ethan.
I was lukewarm with the price. I paid for the same thing early this year using Richards Plumbing in my prior home and it was $120 less.  I know gas prices and expenses are up which is why I went  with it.  
Otherwise service was a 5. I'd give them 4 1/2 stars if Yelp would let me !  

Bottom line if you need a good plumber you wouldn't go wrong with these guys.

there were very helpful and the girl on the phone was respectful while scheduling for a tech to come out. They came out the same day for my running toilet and got it fixed right away. I would use them again if I need any more plumbing problems fixed!

Best service, prices, everything bar none. I would use them for soo much more if they were close to me in California. I called the owner, who was very down to earth and helpful, we were trying to help family get the water heater going and it was new years eve. They went above and beyond to help. Not only did the price come in substantially lower than the other plumbing company, they were very helpful and did more than needed. When I see this sort of service, which is rare, I take time to write up an honorable mention. Thank you Jones and Sons...I can see why you have stay I'm business for generations. Please support this local business, they are amazing.

This was the first time using Antones plumbing. They were on time, professional and  went straight to work. The only negative is a flat rate of $240.00 not counting  the extras. I wish this was communicated when I called to schedule the apmt. This was not an emergency call. They serviced a clogged kitchen drain.  I was a new customer.

I requested a quote from this business. They got back to me pretty quickly. They said for $95 they will come to my home for 45 minutes and work on an estimate of what I need done. After the 45 minutes is over they charge $25 per 15 minutes. Excuse me!? I don't understand this. Example : tattoo artist, lawyer, dentist, flooring/window installation, etc... = free consultation/estimates.

I continued looking for local plumbers (not the Big Box places such as McDonalds) and found some that do not charge a trip fee or an 'estimate' fee.

You get more customers with honey... treat people with respect and don't try and take them for their money. That is how loyalty to your product is gained. I will be doing my business elsewhere, sadly. I really wanted to stick with down-home local.
