They make it up as they work.
Do yourself a favor, call someone else! My next report is to BBB and
Teco as complaints to them receive no response. Disgraceful work, companies like this give the rest a bad name.

I had the bright idea that I could change our shower cartridge. Would've been just fine if that thing wasn't stuck in there like it had been cemented in. Then I find myself in the dog house because when I put it back together the water was running out of the faucet like Niagara Falls. A quick call to Zach at Tampa Bay Plumbing and next thing I know, Charles was at my house with his trusty magic bucket of tools fixing my shower. Charles had my shower fixed and me out of the doghouse in less than an hour. Big (huge) thank you for the quick response, professional service and empathy for my situation. Well done and you'll be on my permanent list of trusted businesses.

this is my THIRD experience with Heavenly Plumbing and as usual, their work was outstanding.  i will never use anyone else but this company.  detailed and conscientious in their work and fair pricing.  this trip, the fixture had an undiscovered manufacturer defect that created a real mess but they stayed on the job and solved the problem.  eventually you will need plumbing services - everyone does and they really are heavenly!!!  so happy i found them.

We had a small emergency  and decided to call these guys. They had a plumber out here within an hour of calling. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very quick to find the problem and suggest solutions. Overall a very positive experience and thankfully our problem was nothing major.

The houses in my neighborhood have Polybutylene plumbing, which can rupture and cause a flood, or a small leak that can ruin you drywall. That's the case here. I met with Adam on Tuesday and his crew was here on Thursday. They were extremely courteous and friendly. They made minimal cuts in my walls to re -pipe my entire house.
     It was a loud, messy ordeal, but now, I have peace of mind about my plumbing.
It took almost 2 days to complete the work.  I'm happy I bit the bullet and had it done. Guardian set me at ease about the process.

I've used St Peter Cass Plumbing Several times 1] replace pipes under kitchen sink. They were over 40 years old.  2] Emergency situation to replace 62 year old Montgomery Ward water heater. [came out right away & job completed same day. 3] Replaced a 40 year old toilet w/ dual flush.  
 Needless to say I've been very satisfied with the quality of their work and their workers, [Anthony, Maurice, Cleveland & Jeff] are all professional.  They explained things, answer my questions & even give me helpful tips. This is the company to call if ya have a plumbing problem.

I highly recommend this company.They came at our house as they said the time window between 9am-10am.They fixed our water heater because we keep resetting it everyday for the past couple of years now.Now its working great and no issues at all.I believe they charged the right amount for the worked they have done.Not like the other company I've dealt with,just to come look at it they charge you an enormous amount of money. A+++
