Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Saint Petersburg FL
They do not have camera services. They will still charge you $265 though they can't fix the problem and you will need to pay that to someone else. This company apparently took over the plumber's business I had used and did not inform me of that fact.

Evan was at our condo on time. Only a few hours after I sent a request for help. He was very polite and explained everything to me. He practiced social distancing. Problem solved! We will contact NLP in the future with any issues we have!

$500 to do a simple kitchen faucet install. We provided the faucet. Shutoffs were there. The job took 1/2 hour. Our fault not to ask for the price ahead. They have a set price, no matter the job. On top of a $100 service charge. Their motto is Where the plumping bird says cheap, cheap! Not the case. We've installed several faucets in the past 10 years or so, 3 being last summer, and have never paid that much.

Super quick and professional service! They came the next day to fix a bad hose bib that was leaking like crazy. Ryan was super diligent in sending me email/text updates and getting the work done in 2 hours. They patched where the work was done and the leak is GONE! Would recommend them for sure...real pros that understand customer service. I'm sure I could have done it cheaper, but great work is worth the extra money. Thanks so much - will definitely be sharing my experience with others:)

They got here on-time, they were honest, friendly and very skillful. They not only fixed our problem but suggested improvements. A+ service, will gladly hire them again.

It's never a good day when the hot water heater needs to be replaced, however working with the technicians from Curtis Plumbing made the experience painless. They arrived when they said, they worked quickly, they were respectful of my home and the COVID protocols. I had them return the next week to tackle a couple of other less pressing plumbing matters which were handled in the same competent, swift and clean manner. I recommend Curtis for any and all plumbing needs.

Jared was super efficient and very responsive. He had my issue resolved within 24 hours of reaching out to him through Yelp. I would totally recommend him for any plumbing needs.

there were very helpful and the girl on the phone was respectful while scheduling for a tech to come out. They came out the same day for my running toilet and got it fixed right away. I would use them again if I need any more plumbing problems fixed!

I contracted Tampa Bay Plumbers to fix a sewer odor issue relating to a sump pump drain back in June 2021. Chris Grimes was the lead and said a repipe of the supply from service to all fixtures, plus a new sump pump and hydro-jetting all the lines would solve my odor issue. Chris said his proposal would take care of all the plumbing issues and quoted me $12,400, saying that I would not have to worry about any plumbing issues for a long time. It was appealing because my property was getting converted into an Airbnb so I wanted good reviews and zero plumbing issues. TBP is a big local company with good reviews and its company website so I thought I was in good hands and could finally resolve this sewer odor problem once and for all. I was so wrong.
After multiple delays (non-weather related) and back and forth fixing and refixing, the sewer odor issue never went away. In fact, it got worse. The odor was initially coming from the small bathroom and the laundry room. After TBP tried everything, the odor started to come out from the master bath and kitchen! This dragged on for over 6 months and Chris became unresponsive. This significantly affected the newly launched Airbnb business, resulting in multiple negative reviews due to the unresolved odor issue. I had to escalate this issue and finally the owner, Ryan Pelky, and Cyndy Izquierdo, the Operations Manager, got involved in Jan 2022.
Ryan apologized and agreed that Chris made a mistake in his diagnosis. He went to mhy property to inspect and was confident that he could resolve the sewer odor problem this time. Oh, wait, he said I had to pay more to solve the same problem I initially contracted TBP to do. What?! He offered to refund the sewer/drain related work from Chris's project and I would just be responsible for the repipe work. He agreed to reflect the refund/credit in a new proposal and would give me an almost at-cost deal for all the grievances caused. The new proposal was $4700 for a pump drain reroute and $7000 for adding vents through roof (VTR). Ryan said the drain reroute should solve over 90% of the sewer odor issue but need the VTRs to 100% resolve it. Um, why wasn't this proposed the first time?? Basically, Ryan is asking me to pay another $12000 on top of the initial $12000 from Chris's project, totaling $24000, to solve the SAME sewer issue I had initially contracted TBP to do. Wow.
I've already lost my trust in TBP by then so I emailed Ryan and Cyndy to request the refund/credit to be applied to my balance instead so we can settle Chris's project first. The total credit Ryan offered totaled $6191. My TBP balance was $5000 which means that I should have $0 balance, plus a credit of +$1191. I said that I would like to use the $1191 credit towards the new proposal if I proceed with them because I was just not comfortable jumping into another $$$ project. I didn't proceed with them for obvious reasons. Ryan then sent me a letter completely changing what he promised via our phone call, saying that the refund credit was only applicable towards the next project. WHAT?? He basically lied and was forcing me to use his company again in order to benefit from the so-called refund. I couldn't believe that he was still asking me to pay in full for Chris's project when he had already agreed to offer a refund via our phone call on Jan 7th, Cyndy was on the line and heard it too. I responded right away and was holding them accountable for what was agreed over the phone and their own promise via their. Website, which advertises:
With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can trust that Tampa Bay Plumbers can handle any plumbing service needed and do it right the first time!
In my case, it was not done right the first couple of times and satisfaction is close to 0%. I asked them to uphold their promise of a refund by issuing the refund. This was back in Feb 2022. I didn't hear back from them until recently (July 2022). Their collection department kept calling me. Each time I explained the situation and the lady said a manager would call me back. Nope. Never heard back. They just kept sending me invoices. I finally had enough and filed a BBB complaint. I was shocked (and not so shocked) to see that their BBB rating has dropped to a F.
I would suck it up and pay for the supply line repipe portion that didn't do anything to solve my sewer issues. TBP should do the honorable thing and uphold their promise of a refund instead of forcing me to spend more.
And guess what? I later found another plumbing company and the owner Sam immediately pointed out the pump drain problem and gave me a $2000 proposal to reroute the drain line (the same work that Ryan proposed except he was charging me $4700 and called that an at-cost good deal to make things right). It only took Sam 1.5 days and the sewer odor never came back. Just unbelievable. TBP was charging me over $24000 to resolve this same issue that cost $2000...Unbelievable.

Excellent plumbers! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and timely. Very good product, installed professionally and neatly, for a very good price. Beat two major competitors, who do a lot of radio advertising, on price. We needed a new water softener and filter for the whole house. They really came through! I'd had other companies come out to discuss and then never hear from them again. A couple of others with much higher estimates. Basically I did a lot of legwork shopping around and couldn't be happier. Will certainly use them again for any other project.

I would like to thank Don Connell, Manny and Chris for their excellent work on our new AC unit. Their customer service and process was excellent. Don led us through the process of purchasing a new AC flawlessly and answered all of our questions. Manny and Chris were professional and installation went smoothly! We are extremely happy with our new AC unit, that we badly needed ! Thank you!

Two Very helpful men showed up to take care of a kitchen sink plumbing issue. They ended up on top of the roof working hard to work the snake through our pipes. Was finishing up the the tub started filling with black water! They loosened something up and shifted focus to the bathtub. They were very polite, informative and fast to respond within the same day. Will go with them if we are in this situation again.

Must read before any purchase!!
Having a maintenance contract was helpful, until we had a serious issue!
Had techs out 3 times in 2 week period. All were super awesome! Last visit a pressure test was done and a leak was revealed in receiver coils this happened on a Tuesday.
Then we realized we needed to eval a new unit VS. Repair($1600.00)
The following day Wednesday, Vince the salesman came to see us and was there 3 hours telling us all our options for replacement with new 2.5 ton unit. Using all existing wiring and plumbing.
His bids varied from $7800.00- $9000.00 for a 2.5 ton residential unit? We have a neighbor who had his 3 ton unit from Cool Today installed 4 months ago. He paid $5700.00 and got all the bells and whistles!!
I decided to call Vince the salesman to find out how the heck this could be possible?? He was SO offended and rude.
Over talking us, making excuses. Our A/C was in the attic and our neighbors a closet? Okay, an extra $200-500.00 labor for the attic?
Just so you know we tried to resolve this with the owner before this review. Our hope was that a simple phone call showing Vince was taking advantage of our immediate need for A/C was proof with the 4 other estimates we got all $1500-2500.00 lower.
After speaking with Nicole the right hand to the owner she said, I'm going to speak with the Pres and VP right now, this doesn't sound right Ya think?!
Never heard back from Nicole on Friday. Even though they have my email, my husband's number and email not a word, EXCEPT from Vince the Salesman sending us new bids, each a couple hundered less than the initial one. What a joke!
Monday I get a call from call from Nicole. She let's me know she has been unable to get the bids from our Salesman Vince for review??? Odd, as he was able to pull up our neighbors from 4 months ago to argue the $ difference?
All of Cool Todays bids still well over $1800.00 more than the 4 estimates I got on Friday.
Its Monday and its been 6 days no A/C and not a single call from our contracted company. Pathetic!
Thanks to Coastal A/ C and Pat who came
out and helped us today, we now have A/C. They even brought us a portable unit for over the weekend so we could survive the summer heat!
To think we have a contract with Cool Today and the over the past 8 months have referred so many people.
BEWARE!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Heard they have been sold to a large company. Clearly they dont care about the consumer any longer! Well, Jaime guess you wont be on TV anymore....what a shame...NOT!

This place is a complete fraud scam. Please don't make the mistake I made and spend 10 cents with this company. They will lie and cheat and steal any money you will pay them. I spent over $15,000 for a Trane Unit and two mini splits and they all broke within the first year and I've had nothing but problems ever since. They don't have any amount of integrity and do not stand by their made up warranties so do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place!

I need a contractor for several jobs. I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool. Seemed simple.
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby. The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose. I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose. So they re-did it. I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min). It was worse. Very unsafe. Very poor workmanship. I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away. I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't. I asked for my money back. They said no. They do not stand by their work. They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done. I suggest to avoid BMD. They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it. It was worse. Why would I have you out a 3rd time? I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you, i had a real professional out to fix it. He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert. He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing. You caused a dangerous situation. You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled. To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
