FAST. RESPONSIVE. PROFESSIONAL. REASONABLE. Roman called right away, gave me an arrival time and estimate. He text me when he was on the way. he did a thorough assessment of my property and performed the work that was necessary. He took notice of other issues but didn't try to convince me to do work that didn't require immediate attention. He was honest and said since the area isn't used there's no need to spend more money than necessary.

The best in the business! We've used them a few times now and they never fail to exceed our expectations. Fast, friendly, and professional service. We will definitely be calling Legend the next time we need heating, ac, or plumbing work done. Thank you, Erik, for getting our ac fixed so quick!

I had to call a plumber. It's not a sexy or exciting way to drop a wad of cash, but necessary nonetheless.

So I went onto Yelp to see who my fellow Yelper's have used and like - and found Norblom Plumbing Co. I set up my call for this morning between 8-9:00 am.  Jim, my new plumber friend, arrived about 8:15 and got started. Jim was friendly and courteous and kept me informed at every step.

My dog was going absolutely bat-shit crazy because I didn't let her out to see who was here - so I checked to make sure he wasn't anti-dog and let her out. She flirted with him relentlessly for a good 5 minutes (dammit Trixie, he's on the clock!). This is actually a good sign because sometimes she is so terrified of new visitors she cowers in the corner and piddles on the floor (sadly, this is true).  This is pertinent to my review because I can't have people in my house who make my dog cower in fear. Trixie likes him, he must be a good guy.

Jim gave me some good advice on some upcoming projects I will need him for, cleaned up after himself, took all my money and left. Aside from the being broke part, it was pretty painless. I will definitely call Norblom again - and will request Jim. Great guy with dog approval.

I discovered a burst pipe late Thursday night and contacted Jake the Plumber early Friday morning.  I got a call back five minutes after they opened and John arrived 30 minutes later.  He fixed the leak and did a quick scan of the rest of my pipes, answered LOTS of my questions, and completed the work quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely be following up with them for additional repair work!

I am a senior who over the years has had some experience with plumbers. However, I ran into a problem that none of the plumbers I hired were able to repair. Our upstairs shower began leaking down into our kitchen. It was not immediately apparent since it was leaking behind the crown molding of the kitchen cabinets. Over time, I had a parade of experience plumbers in my home working on this and none of them could find the problem. After one plumber thought the problem was fixed, we ended up with water running down our kitchen walls, out an electric outlet and out on to our counter top. Not getting any results, this got costly and we gave up. We just didn't use the shower. Many years later, and out of shear frustration, I made another attempt to find a good experienced plumber. After numerous phone calls, Jim Murr Plumbing was highly recommended. I was afraid to get my hopes up, but this time we got lucky! Jim came out to our home, and we explained all of the problems we had gone through over the years and to his credit, he did not try to run away. Essentially, the job was quite complex, and involved other issues as time went on. However, we could not be happier with the out come. Jim sent the A team over to our house and they wasted no time. They also carefully explained along the way everything that needed to be done and the costs involved. Surprises like the wall being moved. Also, after all that we had gone through, we decided to put in a tile shower. And fortunately, Jim had just the guys to do the work! The quality of the work was exceptional and we were thrilled with the results. We also have a greater appreciation for the work involved. I have recommended Jim Murr Plumbing to others.

You can't ask for better service! John offers great service at a resonable price. We'd call him again!

On short notice, Joe made time in his schedule to come out and diagnose my plumbing issue.  He gave me a fair price and an honest assessment, connecting me with the crew needed to to the job.  I absolutely recommend Joe and would hire him again.

I has 3 separate plumbers bid on a laundry room replumb: remove old concrete sink and get rid of unused old lines and vents, new sink, new gas lines, new waste and fresh lines. Move dryer vent and bring floor drain up to code. These guys did great work, left the area neat with nice details like securing my ac hose and running it out of site. And all this for a great price and frankly it was done...DONE before the other two even submitted their bids. Will call first next time

Our bathroom sink had a leak and my handy husband was not able to repair it. We called Boldt Plumbing. Logan was our technician. He arrived on time, which is very important to us. He introduced himself right away and he was very pleasant, easy to talk to and made sure we understood the situation. He was quick, efficient, and seemed very knowledgeable. We were and are very satisfied with his service. If / when we need plumbing services again we will definitely call Boldt. And yes, Logan left our home very clean.

Always responsive, and professional!  They do great work, and they don't try to pressure people or up-sell anything.  Highly recommend.

Showed up quickly and do great work at a reasonable price.  The crew was very knowledgeable and went out of there way to answer questions and even checked my gas fire place after having to shut down the gas.

Not only where they able to get out within hours of first contact, but their price was perfectly reasonable, the work was completed with attention to detail, and the technician took that extra few minutes to make sure I was happy.  Needed someone in a pinch, found someone I'll count on for any plumbing needs down the road.

Review would be 4.5 stats if I could.

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

I don't like to give out bad reviews but I'm just gonna have to. I had two leaky toilet valves that needed replacement, along with exchanging out the rigid copper piping with the more modern, flexible stuff. Submitted an appointment request online around 7am yesterday due to not being open yet. 11am rolled around and I hadn't heard from them so I called. A lady answered the phone, took my name and number. She said she would speak with Terry and call me back. And that was fine. 5pm rolls around and still no returned phone call. So I called another metro area plumber (TJK, 4 stars on Yelp!). Got a returned phone call 5 mins later, appt at 8am this morning and work was completed within 30 mins. Now me and my toilets are happy!

Plumber showed up on time, When I got the estimate, I explained that amount around $3000 was not in my budget and would pay the trip charge.  The plumber decided to call his manager and I was given the guilt trip of spent the gas to come out and time yada yada.  So the 'manager'  quotes a $1700 for the work, if I agreed to give them the hvac work.
I said ok and expected a completed job, instead, one hour after the plumber left, water was streaming from where the sink connected to the drain pipe and at the cold water connection.  
I was able to determine where the leaks were and tightened the connection for the sink drain, but could not reach the connection for the cold water pipe.
After I went downstairs, noticed that the first plumber had plastered the companies name all over all of my equipment without my permission.
A different person showed up  a week later to fix the leak that the first plumber left and charged me an additional $229 for work that should have been finished on the first trip.
I advised since the agreement was not completed as promised, I had trust issues with this company and they will not be doing anything with my furnace and would not be getting my hvac business.
I would not recommend this company because of the guilt trip type of bullying it does to get people to allow them to charge excessive prices and not complete quality work
