I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. Extremely speedy response to a backed up drain in the basement floor in an older (1963) house. We're relatively new to living in this house and didn't have a full history of past ownership maintenance. Roman perfumed a thorough inspection of two sewer lines with a camera to identify the source of the problem. Everything was handled professionally, with clear understanding of work needed, and completed much faster than I expected. I will definitely be keeping this number for future plumbing needs AND will have my sewer lines flushed annually. No more surprises!

Legend Services installed a new Day & Night brand furnace in our home today.  Their service was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional from initial visit to assess the situation, to their estimate, and the actual installation.  They arrived on time, completed the work very neatly in just a few hours, and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done.  I would highly recommend this company for heating, A/C and plumbing work.  Truly one of the most professional service providers with whom I've worked in the 29 years that I've owned the home.  Thanks for an excellent job!

I checked Yelp before looking for a plumbing business to help us with an issue another company had called to our attention.  Norblom had lots of ardent fans and very few less-than-positive reviews, so I called them.

When I described the problem, the nice lady on the phone said we needed to talk to a project manager. Yikes!  Sounded serious. Steve and I connected after a few tries, and he was always responsive. I called on a Friday, and he got here Monday first thing. He spent quite a bit of time with me, looking at the exterior of the house, up and down three  flights of stairs several times.  He basically said that they would be happy to do the work we might need, but it would be very expensive and not really necessary.  I wasn't charged a penny for his valuable time (25+ years of experience).

I was so impressed with his expertise, practical approach, honesty and generosity, Norblom will be the first place I call for work, and I've already shared my story with the entire neighborhood.  When will all the on-a-quota, over-selling companies realize that word gets around that they care more for themselves than the customer?  I bet Norblom gets more calls than anyone, and more repeat business and referrals,  because their friendly, honest, practical approach appeals to hard-working, honest people of the Twin Cities. Thought the price was fair and answered all the questions we had about the install and product supplied. (Kohler).
Would use them again for other plumbing needs.

Nothing went as planned from the minute I requested service. They said to expect one thing and didn't follow through every step of the way. The job was to bring two items to code. They didn't (inspection failed) and won't return my calls... the customer service person just keeps making promises but no one ever calls.

Pedro was the technician who stopped at my house and I don't know if he is the owner of the company or just works for them but he is the only in-home technician that I have ever had a truly horrible experience with.  I showed him the problem in my basement and after some examination, he tried to show me in my pipes where the problem may be coming from.  All of that was just fine but, honestly, I couldn't get too close to the guy because he was soaked in cologne and the smell of him was giving me a vicious headache.  He didn't seem to appreciate me not wanting to get close to him and started to speak to me in an agitated manner. He asked me questions about the work done prior, which I hadn't been home for.  I called my husband and asked him questions about the work done previously to the pipes and Pedro kept talking over me as I was talking on the phone or trying to listen to my husband speak.  I put my husband on hold and asked Pedro not to interrupt me, I couldn't talk on the phone that way.  He said If you don't want my help, fine.  Pay me and I'll leave.  I wrote him a check and he stormed out.  About 5 minutes after he drove off he came back and parked in front of my house.  He got out of his van and stormed halfway up the driveway like he had something else on his mind, and by God, I was going to hear it.  Then he turned away and left, like he had changed his mind.
I have dealt with technicians in my home a lot and this was the first time that I felt uncomfortable and a bit unsafe.  Seriously.  Do NOT do business with this company.
