My water heater quit working and Jake contacted me within minutes of my initial phone call.  He walked me through trouble shooting over the phone and helped me to get it back up and running without making a service call.  That is AWESOME in my book!!

So grateful for Roman answering his phone at 640 am and getting to my house by 740 as we had an unidentified water problem in our basement. He took care of it and no issues!  Very professional, expedient and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Legend Services installed a new Day & Night brand furnace in our home today.  Their service was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional from initial visit to assess the situation, to their estimate, and the actual installation.  They arrived on time, completed the work very neatly in just a few hours, and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done.  I would highly recommend this company for heating, A/C and plumbing work.  Truly one of the most professional service providers with whom I've worked in the 29 years that I've owned the home.  Thanks for an excellent job!

I left a previous review saying that they never showed up, which is true.  The next day, they returned my voicemail and the secretary said it was her fault - she had a personal emergency and she got distracted.  Not great for me but at least it wasn't a bad leak.  Stuff happens, and they came the next day.  The plumbing job was good, fast, professional.  

I've used Norblom plumbing on other occasions as well and they've always been good.  The one hiccup seems to be just a one-time mistake.  The people at the company are honest and do a good job.

I am a senior who over the years has had some experience with plumbers. However, I ran into a problem that none of the plumbers I hired were able to repair. Our upstairs shower began leaking down into our kitchen. It was not immediately apparent since it was leaking behind the crown molding of the kitchen cabinets. Over time, I had a parade of experience plumbers in my home working on this and none of them could find the problem. After one plumber thought the problem was fixed, we ended up with water running down our kitchen walls, out an electric outlet and out on to our counter top. Not getting any results, this got costly and we gave up. We just didn't use the shower. Many years later, and out of shear frustration, I made another attempt to find a good experienced plumber. After numerous phone calls, Jim Murr Plumbing was highly recommended. I was afraid to get my hopes up, but this time we got lucky! Jim came out to our home, and we explained all of the problems we had gone through over the years and to his credit, he did not try to run away. Essentially, the job was quite complex, and involved other issues as time went on. However, we could not be happier with the out come. Jim sent the A team over to our house and they wasted no time. They also carefully explained along the way everything that needed to be done and the costs involved. Surprises like the wall being moved. Also, after all that we had gone through, we decided to put in a tile shower. And fortunately, Jim had just the guys to do the work! The quality of the work was exceptional and we were thrilled with the results. We also have a greater appreciation for the work involved. I have recommended Jim Murr Plumbing to others.

Jeff was great! I called these guys for a furnace tune up. He explained everything that was going on with the furnace and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. He was friendly and went above and beyond when I needed help and he even fixed my thermostat that kept flashing filter. If you're looking for friendly and affordable heating and AC people, these are your guys! Highly recommend!

Just used them to install my water softener and a toilet. It was definitely worth the $$. They are the most affordable plumbers I could find that isn't trying to sell you stuff, they just get the job done, end of story.

New homeowners, we woke up to our basement drains backing up. They were able to get us in same day to clear the roots from our pipes, which was likely overdue. Clean, courteous, informative, professional and prices were reasonable. We'll see you again next year!

He could have gone along with an overpriced and unnecessary repair, but instead cleaned out my problem with a PROPER use of blades and knowledgeable technician, George. I has 3 separate plumbers bid on a laundry room replumb: remove old concrete sink and get rid of unused old lines and vents, new sink, new gas lines, new waste and fresh lines. Move dryer vent and bring floor drain up to code. These guys did great work, left the area neat with nice details like securing my ac hose and running it out of site. And all this for a great price and frankly it was done...DONE before the other two even submitted their bids. Will call first next time

My new landlord informed me I would have no sink AND no hot water for 2 weeks the day before I was supposed to move in, but these guys showed up the NEXT DAY, while we were moving our things in, and got everything squared away within moments and even walked my husband through what the problem was so he knew what they were doing. Nice guys and done fairly good job to replace my old 11 year old water heater. So they installed brand new Platinum Plus WH and reused old rusty parts from the old heater????
My wife is totally ecstatic! Finally she blamed me that I did not supervise this installation job properly.

I didn't know who to call so I took a random guess. Had an outstanding experience with this company. Nate was awesome. We got our new water line in hassle free and very affordable.  I will definitely use them again when needed. Great job!

I made an appt. with these people to unclog a slow draining bathtub. They showed up and said they don't do this work themselves and called in Drain Rite. Those folks came and busted both bolts off of the overflow faceplate. They told me I would have to call K&S to come fix that. I called them twice in the same day. The first time they said someone would be there between 1-4 p.m. The second time they promised their service manager would call me with an estimate of the work that would need to be done, because they felt it would be extensive and expensive. They never called. I called them again the next day and they, once again, promised their service manager would call me. It is now ten days later and I have not received a phone call. I called there today and told them not to bother. Oh, and FYI, I had also asked them for an estimate to install a new hot water heater for me. I canceled that request as well. NEVER again would I use their services.
