We were very happy with our experience with YoungCastle Bathrooms and would recommend this company to anyone thinking about a bathroom project.

Starting with the bid process, Dimitri showed up on time, was respectful, and spent the time he needed to measure and clearly document the project. After the proposal was ready, he stopped by and went through every item in detail - the work breakdown for demolition, carpentry, plumbing, tile work, and other optional labor work. Everything was clearly spelled out, and Dmitri answered all of our questions.

Our project lasted three weeks. He was on time every day - not a minute late. He would always spend a few minutes every morning going through his plan for the day, reviewing any change requests, and answering questions. The path to the work area was covered and taped with tarps; every single item that needed to be preserved was wrapped and taped with plastic. Entrances to the nearby bedrooms were covered (and the plastic was removed at the end of each day). The mirror and the vanity in the bathroom were properly protected. We were very impressed with his attention to detail.

The quality of Dimitri's work was superb. As he was laying down the tiles, he took the time to make sure no tiles with repeating patterns were next to each other, and made sure the tiles were from the same lot. He inspected the new bathtub for defects. He was very conscious about how the project work would inconvenience us (we are all working from home) and he made sure we had plenty of advance notice before the water needed to be shut off for plumbing work. As part of the project, he also took hundreds of pictures to document the process.

When you're looking for a contractor, you want someone who has excellent skills, is dependable, responsible, and pays attention to detail. You will be happy with YoungCastle Bathrooms.

So grateful for Roman answering his phone at 640 am and getting to my house by 740 as we had an unidentified water problem in our basement. He took care of it and no issues!  Very professional, expedient and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

I contacted 3 plumbers about flushing my hot water heater.  2 came back with bids, Metro asked how old was the unit, 2.5 years I said.  He said unless you flushed the heater yearly it would do me no good. He also said he personally never flushes his heater because the 3/8th inch drain won't get all the sediment out anyway.   I thought he was very honest with me and I'll definitely look him up for the future

We had the pleasure of working with John from Jake the Plumber. He took great care of us and our plumbing - even taking time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it. I am a senior who over the years has had some experience with plumbers. However, I ran into a problem that none of the plumbers I hired were able to repair. Our upstairs shower began leaking down into our kitchen. It was not immediately apparent since it was leaking behind the crown molding of the kitchen cabinets. Over time, I had a parade of experience plumbers in my home working on this and none of them could find the problem. After one plumber thought the problem was fixed, we ended up with water running down our kitchen walls, out an electric outlet and out on to our counter top. Not getting any results, this got costly and we gave up. We just didn't use the shower. Many years later, and out of shear frustration, I made another attempt to find a good experienced plumber. After numerous phone calls, Jim Murr Plumbing was highly recommended. I was afraid to get my hopes up, but this time we got lucky! Jim came out to our home, and we explained all of the problems we had gone through over the years and to his credit, he did not try to run away. Essentially, the job was quite complex, and involved other issues as time went on. However, we could not be happier with the out come. Jim sent the A team over to our house and they wasted no time. They also carefully explained along the way everything that needed to be done and the costs involved. Surprises like the wall being moved. Also, after all that we had gone through, we decided to put in a tile shower. And fortunately, Jim had just the guys to do the work! The quality of the work was exceptional and we were thrilled with the results. We also have a greater appreciation for the work involved. I have recommended Jim Murr Plumbing to others.

Great job installing new faucet and drain opener in bathroom. They also put in new shutoff valves which were not present. Travis and Eric also cleaned sediment from the water lines. We have an old house and so much of this had been deferred for many years. Nice people. Prompt. Fair price. Great job!

My new landlord informed me I would have no sink AND no hot water for 2 weeks the day before I was supposed to move in, but these guys showed up the NEXT DAY, while we were moving our things in, and got everything squared away within moments and even walked my husband through what the problem was so he knew what they were doing. Still waiting for my rebate since June, I call   Excel energy, they said they never received my rebate application, then I call and text Michael to see what's going on, no response.

Disrespectful and a racist. Dont give him your money. He is known for over charging and being disrespectful. Only works with rich white folks and scams them by over charging because the rich folks dont know anything.

I would not recommend this Plumbing outfit to anyone I understand and know how much plumbers cost but if you want to get ripped off go ahead and contact Terry just ridiculously overpriced.
