Best Drain Cleaning in Saint Paul MN

I had two outdoor faucets that were leaking. I called a different plumbing company that sent out two guys who told me they were fixed but when I went out to use the faucets, they continued leaking. I had them back out and they still didn't fix them. I called Hugo Plumbing, talked to a very nice dispatch lady and they had someone out the same day. The two men were nice and personable, they were able to fix the faucets with a friendly demeanor and smile, and at a lower cost than the first plumbing company.

I strongly recommend Hugo Plumbing and will continue using their services for all of my plumbing needs.

I hated having to call Cardinal but was happy with the end result. Cardinal came highly recommend from a friend of mine. They came with in an hour (they were kind of in the area). Tech came in, reviewed the situation, got his gear and started to work. 2 hours later we were clear of roots and debris. A quick run of the camera displayed no damage to the pipes and we were clear to the city line.

I felt confident in the tech's ability and what he was telling me as he worked through the situation I had. The tech was personable and friendly. I would definitely call them again (and will every couple of years to clear any roots before they become a problem).

They've helped us out a couple times with leaking, corroded valves. The plumbers and scheduling staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. Well done! Much appreciated!

Our contractor used Metro Heating and Cooling to relocate an AC unit that was placed in our 1920s bungalow attic.  We were extremely disappointed in the service.

Warning, I'm going to rant a little.  If you read nothing else, read this: if you have Metro perform any service to your HVAC system, make sure it works before letting them leave and paying the bill.  

The central air in our home had always worked perfectly, but it needed to be moved due to renovations we were doing on our attic.  We had installers from Metro come out to move it.  Apparently, we needed to be more specific and tell them it still needed to WORK after moving it.  The job was around $3000.  It did not pass the first city inspection due to them using the wrong tubing in the duct work.  They came back out to fix the tubing.  Once that was updated to meet code, no one thought to turn it on to make sure it worked?  Sure enough, 90 degree heat came to MN later that week and we discovered it was not working.

Long story short, it took four ADDITIONAL service calls to get the AC working.  Apparently, this company thinks it's perfectly OK to leave without having everything fully fixed.

The most unprofessional response came last Wednesday, after we had arrived home from a long weekend at the lake.  The AC had been working on Sunday morning when we left, after 3 of the 4 additional service calls.  When we came home to a broken AC unit (again, on a 90+ degree day), I called Metro.  Paul, who answered the 24 hour maintenance line (side bar: I called him one morning around 8:00 am and got a call back at 9:30 am, he'd been sleeping he informed me), asked me if I had changed the filter, and informed me that any additional work would probably not be covered by the original work warranty.  Well, Paul, you've had 6 HVAC people out here in the last week, did one of them check the filter?

A leaking waterline under my kitchen sink was attended to by this service. Fees upon fees! $205/ hour plus driving fee of $89. The assigned plumber solved the problem, which was more complicated than estimated. (Spent too much time talking with me than working, especially since he was being paid hourly!) Good work but I will look for a better $ estimate somewhere else, especially as someone on a fixed income!

Recommended as a before we dig up your yard after another company failed to clear the lateral to the street in THREE attempts, Midway came out and cleared it in one shot. No $15K yard dig necessary. Nice people, too! Call these guys FIRST.

I sent out a message on Yelp to many plumbers and Roman the owner of Rescue Sewer and Drian replied immediately.
I had a leaking water heater and a tub faucet handle that was broken and leaking. He was able to come the same day and fix both things minus the leak on the faucet. He replaced my old water heater with a new one and hauled away the old one. The leak on the faucet is my own fault for waiting so long to call a plumber. He will be coming back in a few weeks to address the issue.
He was here for about 5 hours bless his heart!
I would definitely recommend Roman to fix any of your plumbing problems. He's very professional, nice and explains what the issues are and what needs to be done.  Please Support your small business people!!

We called about a clogged kitchen sink and Eric had Nick out to solve our problem within the hour.  Excellent service!

I'm generally handy around the house so I tried many things including attempting to flush out the clog by dumping boiling water down the drain, using baking soda and vinegar mix and dismantling the drain and snaking the pipe myself... One trip to Menards, three hours and a sore back later finally I gave in and decided to contact a plumber.

I called several plumbers including one plumber that was highly referred by friend. I was told by that company they would charge me double-time due to the weekend and suggested I call back Monday. I called back 8:30 am on Monday and they told me they were fully booked for the next two days and they would call me back if they could fit me in.

The last place I called was Affordable Sewer and Water for the St. Paul area (I live in Maplewood) the operator was professional and gave me and quote which was aproimately $70 cheaper than all the quotes I received that morning plus they were able to schedule me right away so I set an appointment for that afternoon.

My Drain is now free of clogs after the plumber used his 60-foot power snake to clear it out. After all of this I still haven't heard back from the two companies who said they would call back. The plumber was conscious and respectful of my house and put on boot coverings and didn't leave any mess whatsoever. I'm completely satisfied with the service Affordable Sewer and Water has provided, they communicated their fees clearly and efficiently performed the job. I will contact Affordable Sewer and Water first next time I have plumbing needs.

Jeff was great! I called these guys for a furnace tune up. He explained everything that was going on with the furnace and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. He was friendly and went above and beyond when I needed help and he even fixed my thermostat that kept flashing filter. If you're looking for friendly and affordable heating and AC people, these are your guys! Highly recommend!

I haven't actually used these guys.  But when I called to get an estimate for having a Whole House Humidifier installed they said they'd be happy to come out to my house for $69 to give me an estimate.  This was the 4th company I called and they all gave me a price over the phone.  Weird business practice.  We'll come out and do it tomorrow but if our price is too high for you we'll charge you $69 to turn us down.

$550 to install a kitchen faucet that I supplied! And according to Tom the smooth talking plumbing manager that was the heavily discounted price. I would warn against anyone considering using Muska. For any of their services.

Disrespectful and a racist. Dont give him your money. He is known for over charging and being disrespectful. Only works with rich white folks and scams them by over charging because the rich folks dont know anything.

I had a leak in the second level stand up shower that I had identified.  Terry Overacker was quick to have a team out the next day and was expecting them to repair the identified leak.
Instead, they said that fixing the leak was not a permanent solution so they would not complete the work I had requested.  They advised I needed a whole shower removal and new install.  The cost for this opinoin  left me with a $150 bill.  I challenged that I had ask them to complete specific work, I did not request them to identify the problem.
My opinion was that I shouldn't pay such a high fee for their alternative opinion but they did not agree and no refund for me.  Since then I have completed the work on my own and have been leak free for 6months. mike fridley mn

Pedro was the technician who stopped at my house and I don't know if he is the owner of the company or just works for them but he is the only in-home technician that I have ever had a truly horrible experience with.  I showed him the problem in my basement and after some examination, he tried to show me in my pipes where the problem may be coming from.  All of that was just fine but, honestly, I couldn't get too close to the guy because he was soaked in cologne and the smell of him was giving me a vicious headache.  He didn't seem to appreciate me not wanting to get close to him and started to speak to me in an agitated manner. He asked me questions about the work done prior, which I hadn't been home for.  I called my husband and asked him questions about the work done previously to the pipes and Pedro kept talking over me as I was talking on the phone or trying to listen to my husband speak.  I put my husband on hold and asked Pedro not to interrupt me, I couldn't talk on the phone that way.  He said If you don't want my help, fine.  Pay me and I'll leave.  I wrote him a check and he stormed out.  About 5 minutes after he drove off he came back and parked in front of my house.  He got out of his van and stormed halfway up the driveway like he had something else on his mind, and by God, I was going to hear it.  Then he turned away and left, like he had changed his mind.
I have dealt with technicians in my home a lot and this was the first time that I felt uncomfortable and a bit unsafe.  Seriously.  Do NOT do business with this company.

I fell victim to the coupon in the mail that gives you a seemingly great deal, only to steal your money. This was for a $44 inspection of my furnace, softener, and water heater. To be brief, when all was said and done, I'm out a lot more money than it should have cost, all because I fell for their high pressure sales model. I'm sure they good work, but I really wish I looked elsewhere.

If you get a coupon, consider putting it straight in the trash.
