I had about Plumbing come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for about plumbingand they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend them to my family and my 5,000 + co-workers

They we're very friendly and prompt. Their prices were reasonable, considering the time they take to make sure the work is done right.  Which I am grateful for, I didn't have to have any parts replaced.
I am very satisfied with there over all service.  Also they were able to do same day service.

I'm someone that has gotten screwed by other companies in the past. I know a service/appointment fee is normal for most companies, but you would be surprised the amount of companies I've paid for a service then found out they way overcharged me, yet I was stuck using them because I had already paid $100 for a quote and didn't want to spend another $100 to get a second opinion. I know companies need to be reimbursed for time, energy, and gas for coming out for a quote, but this company trusts that they'll get the job, because their quote is free. And the fact that they know they're the best, so they CAN give free quotes, says everything about them.

The person who came out and checked out my iron stack was extremely honest with me (after another company already wasn't). They actually told me the work didn't need to be done, and gave me some really awesome professional advice. Their quote was extremely fair, in my opinion. When I do end up replacing it, I will be calling them back.

Communication was great, their office person was very sweet (also not common when I've called other plumbers). They always answer/call back. This company is highly rated for a reason. Believe the reviews.

Very responsive!  Was in & out in less than an hour! I was so worried about the cost, but they did a great job for a great price.  & Made recommendations to keep system flowing. Very nice!

Christian handled a whole house of work for us when we were pressured to get our house on the market, from the roof to the basement.  He adjusted  to our schedule and worked around the other activities that were going on at the same time. Quality work, fairly priced.

Had such great customer service and they fixed my problem so fast! They really cared about what they did and made sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy that I decided to call them. Everyone was so nice and I won't be using any other plumbing companies from now on. 100% recommend!

Ed Bellm Plumbing changed out an old failing water heater for a larger more efficient and reliable one. Showers never felt so good and we even have enough hot water to do the laundry and run the dishwasher too.
They were very knowledgeable and careful with delivery and installation. They had to do some pipe work to make it fit properly. They did a great job and cleaned up the whole area before leaving.

The water line broke under the steps which was plastic and a new line had to be put in and rerouted which they replaced with copper. It was a big job and they professionally and efficiently installed it and additional installation at such a fair price. Steve was very polite and patient and I would recommend this Company for any Plumbing issue for the quality of their work and cleanliness and quick response. Josh of Joshua Plumbing proved to us his honesty and integrity, and therefore gained out loyalty.  A competing plumber suggested a major plumbing restoration for our home which would have cost a lot and put our home under stress.  After getting a second opinion from Josh, come to find out the job was not even necessary.  Although Josh could have taken advantage of the opportunity to grease his own pockets, he did the right thing by us and saved us a bundle of money and time.  Thank you Josh!

We had a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and it was after 5:00pm.  I checked the web and found Reed's Plumbing with two favorable reviews.  The owner, Chris, was at a job digging a trench but was at our home within the hour as promised.  He apologized continuously for the uniform as mud is not normally part of it.  While he usually carries the part on the truck (a cartridge), he had to go to a store to get one.  His price after seeing the problem, was extremely reasonable!!!!  We were so grateful for his promptness; knowledge - he is a master plumber; work ethic and professionalism.  We received a follow-up call the next day!  THANK YOU CHRIS!!

What a wonderful plumbing experience.  Cordia was hired by the county to fix the water main lateral going from the street to the underground shut-off, so I hired them to replace the 80 year-old pipe going into the house.

Everyone involved showed that they were concerned about how their work affected me and did what they could to minimize the impact.  They were friendly and informative about what was happening.  There were some issues that were not under their control (the water main cracked during the night) and Steve jumped through hoops to get the water company out to fix so that they could complete the work.  They made sure I was never without water when I came home from work.

I'd hire them again in a minute.

It's the end of July in St Louis & my air condition crashes. Makes your heart sink but Anton's response time & service made a challenging situation a lot easier. They were very professional, thorough and responsive.

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend. Greg Goforth came out to my home to look at my hot water heater. He told me he would schedule a time to replace 2 elements that were bad. Never responded to emails or text messages. He only responded to a text message when I told him I requested another contractor w/ a sarcastic reply.  Very unprofessional.

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction.  I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service.  On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed.  Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately.  When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back.  I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.

They saved us in a pinch but charged us 12 grand for the job.
Two years after that, our waterproof basement flooded. Come to find out, the waste line coming out of the front of the house was not connected to the line going to the city that Tiger originally fixed. As the other company was fixing it, they explained they generally go behind Tiger Plumbing and clean up their messes because they only do half of the job or mess things up regularly.
A year after that, we got a sink hole in our backyard next to the house. The sump pump waste line was not hooked up to the Tiger Plumbing line either. Add in-they aren't legally allowed to do this BUT they didn't tell us it wasn't hooked up and essentially our waste water was coming into the soil right next to our home.

Here's the REAL kicker...they really get you on a high interest loan and get the payment low. But you end up paying on the loan itself for years. Plus, they don't inform you that loan you get to pay for the emergency plumbing work is essentially a lien against your home. So when you go to refinance or sell your house, you can't.

I would highly suggest to never use this company. There are other great local companies in the area. Do some research, it will pay off for you in a big way.
